Citizens of EU member states that have permanent or temporary residence in Prague 7 and are on the voters’ list can take part in the European Parliament elections on 24 and 25 May. You can check whether you are on the voters’ list up until 14 April 2019 at the Administrative Department of the Prague 7 Town Hall (U Průhonu 11; bring ID). Due to protection of personal information this information can unfortunately not be provided over the telephone.

The Prague 7 Assembly has approved the 2019 budget. More info on page 28.

Participatory budgets allow students from Prague 7 to decide what they would like to purchase at their school. The local government has allocated CZK 50 thousand per school for this purpose.

This year’s first Prague 7 Assembly meeting approved an action plan with the goals and projects to which the municipal district wants to devote itself this year. www.praha7.cz

The street stalls in the Prague Market will be moved indoors as part of the revitalisation of this cultural monument. The market’s transformation into a place of shopping, culture and gastronomy will be gradual – City Hall first wants to make temporary use of the empty halls and initiate the step-by-step renovation of the complex.
