Permanent exhibition of the NTM _Sugar and Chocolate_ is devoted to Czech sugar production industry. Sugar was a very strategical resource for Czechoslovakia and its production also had political influence that is the reason why the sugar was also called “Whiten Gold”. In addition magnates of sugar production industry funded the construction of NTM building in 1908.
