Would you like to know more about a lesser known Czech feast – St. Martin? This is one of the holidays celebrated more in the country than within cities districts, but one famaous for the saying „St.Martin riding a white horse.“ – which suggest, that around this time it usually snows for the first time. But the feast is famous not just for it´s parade, led by the saint on a horse, but also for a traditional cookies, wine and baked goose.
If you join us on Sunday 11th November (meeting point in front of the Integrační centrum Praha , Žitná 1574/51, Praha 1 at 16.30), bring your own paper lantern, as we joint he parade on Vyšehrad later in the afternoon!
