Letn\u00e1 je pro Pietra jako centrum bez dav\u016f a&nbsp;na zmrzlinu \u010di pravou italskou k\u00e1vu do Kamenick\u00e9 zav\u00edtaj\u00ed hlavn\u011b m\u00edstn\u00ed a&nbsp;pravideln\u00ed \u0161tamgasti. V&nbsp;Praze 1, kde najdete mlad\u0161\u00ed sestru Pietrovy letensk\u00e9 zmrzlin\u00e1rny, jsou to p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b turist\u00e9. A&nbsp;a\u010dkoliv by chu\u0165 m\u011bla b\u00fdt na prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b, najdou se i&nbsp;tac\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed kupuj\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161 o\u010dima. \u201eJedna pan\u00ed se podivovala nad t\u00edm, pro\u010d nen\u00ed na\u0161e vanilkov\u00e1 tak \u017elut\u00e1 jako jinde. Vysv\u011btlil jsem j\u00ed, \u017ee vanilkovou zmrzlinu vyr\u00e1b\u00edme ze sirupu p\u0159\u00edmo z&nbsp;vanilkov\u00fdch lusk\u016f, kter\u00fd se sm\u00edch\u00e1 se smetanov\u00fdm z\u00e1kladem. P\u0159irozen\u011b tedy zmrzlina z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161e b\u00edl\u00e1. \u017dlut\u00e1 je jedin\u011b po p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed barviva.
