Projekt <a href=\"https:\/\/didakticka-dilna.fp.tul.cz\/\">Didaktick\u00e1 d\u00edlna<\/a> a\u00a0Didaktick\u00fd inkub\u00e1tor Fakulty p\u0159\u00edrodov\u011bdn\u011b-humanitn\u00ed a\u00a0pedagogick\u00e9 Technick\u00e9 univerzity v\u00a0Liberci je inovativn\u00ed pedagogick\u00e1 iniciativa, kter\u00e1 si klade za c\u00edl p\u0159in\u00e9st do \u0161kol nov\u00e9 metody v\u00fduky a\u00a0podpo\u0159it integraci vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch obor\u016f. Didaktick\u00fd inkub\u00e1tor p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed nov\u00e9 postupy v\u00a0u\u010den\u00ed tak\u00e9 do \u0161kol na Sedmi\u010dce.<\/p>\r\n<p>[\/perex]<\/p>\r\n<p>Nap\u0159\u00edklad m\u00edsto v\u00fduky matematiky, zem\u011bpisu a\u00a0d\u011bjepisu \u010di ciz\u00edho jazyka jako samostatn\u00fdch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f mohou \u017e\u00e1ci studovat druhou sv\u011btovou v\u00e1lku z\u00e1rove\u0148 z\u00a0hlediska ekonomick\u00fdch, geografick\u00fdch a\u00a0historick\u00fdch aspekt\u016f. Vyu\u017eij\u00ed znalosti z\u00a0n\u011bkolika obor\u016f najednou a\u00a0pracuj\u00ed v\u00a0souvislostech. Neznamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee se zru\u0161\u00ed samostatn\u00e9 hodiny jednotliv\u00fdch obor\u016f, pouze se \u010d\u00e1st jejich obsahu a\u00a0\u010dasov\u00e9 dotace p\u0159esune do nov\u00e9ho integrovan\u00e9ho p\u0159edm\u011btu, kter\u00fd do \u0161koly vn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed t\u00e9ma. Rodi\u010de se tedy nemus\u00ed ob\u00e1vat, \u017ee by \u201ese nestihlo v\u0161echno probrat\u201c. Naopak, stihne se v\u0161e a\u00a0inovativn\u00ed forma pr\u00e1ce p\u0159id\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b nav\u00edc v\u00fdrazn\u00fd rozvoj \u017e\u00e1kovsk\u00fdch kompetenc\u00ed.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Pot\u0159eby 21.&nbsp;stolet\u00ed<\/strong><br \/>\r\nProjekt vznikl na p\u016fd\u011b Technick\u00e9 univerzity Liberec a\u00a0pom\u00e1h\u00e1 napl\u0148ovat n\u011bkter\u00e9 z\u00a0kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f Strategie vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed 2030+. Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0nich je inovace vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho syst\u00e9mu tak, aby l\u00e9pe reflektoval pot\u0159eby 21.&nbsp;stolet\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b Didaktick\u00fd inkub\u00e1tor je jedn\u00edm z\u00a0praktick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f, jak m\u016f\u017ee takov\u00e1 inovace vypadat. Prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm t\u00fddenn\u00edch inkuba\u010dn\u00edch program\u016f, specifick\u00fdch projekt\u016f, jako jsou d\u00edlny zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na slovo, \u010d\u00edslo, geometrii, kartografii \u010di poslech audioknih, se \u0161koly transformuj\u00ed v\u00a0kreativn\u00ed laborato\u0159e, kde je u\u010den\u00ed z\u00e1bavn\u00e9, interaktivn\u00ed a\u00a0p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm smyslupln\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u201eNa\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem je poskytnout u\u010ditel\u016fm n\u00e1stroje a\u00a0zdroje, kter\u00e9 pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed k\u00a0\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9mu zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed integrovan\u00fdch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f. Integrovan\u00e1 v\u00fduka je zn\u00e1m\u00e1 t\u00edm, \u017ee podporuje \u010dinnostn\u00ed u\u010den\u00ed a\u00a0u\u010den\u00ed od vrstevn\u00edk\u016f, pr\u00e1ci v\u00a0t\u00fdmu, kritick\u00e9 my\u0161len\u00ed, tvo\u0159ivost a\u00a0efektivn\u00ed komunikaci \u2013 dovednosti, kter\u00e9 jsou dnes vysoce cen\u011bny. Nav\u00edc kontextov\u00e9 u\u010den\u00ed, kde se znalosti\u00a0z\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00fdch oblast\u00ed propojuj\u00ed, pom\u00e1h\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm l\u00e9pe ch\u00e1pat a\u00a0zapamatovat si u\u010divo,\u201c vysv\u011btluje tv\u016frce projektu Miroslav Slowik.<\/p>\r\n<p>Jako prvn\u00ed se Didaktick\u00e9ho inkub\u00e1toru z\u00fa\u010dastnila Bratrsk\u00e1 \u0161kola, hned po n\u00ed n\u00e1sledovala Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kola Korunova\u010dn\u00ed, kde na z\u00e1klad\u011b t\u00fddenn\u00edho pilotn\u00edho testov\u00e1n\u00ed dosp\u011bli k\u00a0rozhodnut\u00ed za\u010dlenit integrovan\u00fd p\u0159edm\u011bt p\u0159\u00edmo do v\u00fduky. V\u00a0nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00ed dob\u011b hodlaj\u00ed uk\u00e1zkov\u00fd t\u00fdden vyzkou\u0161et tak\u00e9 Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kola Tom\u00e1\u0161e Garrigua Masaryka a&nbsp;op\u011bt tak\u00e9 Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kola Korunova\u010dn\u00ed.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>N\u00e1stroje budoucnosti<\/strong><br \/>\r\nJak v\u00fdvoj (inkubace) takov\u00e9ho p\u0159edm\u011btu prob\u00edh\u00e1? Projekt za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 t\u00edm, \u017ee se ve vybran\u00e9 zapojen\u00e9 \u0161kole postav\u00ed kreativn\u00ed d\u00edlna. Tato d\u00edlna slou\u017e\u00ed jako prostor pro praktick\u00e9 vyu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed, kde se \u017e\u00e1ci mohou u\u010dit nov\u00e9 dovednosti a\u00a0pracovat projektov\u011b. B\u011bhem t\u00fddne se garant projektu setk\u00e1v\u00e1 s\u00a0veden\u00edm \u0161koly, u\u010diteli \u010di cel\u00fdmi u\u010ditelsk\u00fdmi t\u00fdmy a\u00a0konzultuje s\u00a0nimi postupy a\u00a0metody. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0vyhodnocen\u00ed situace, aby \u0161kola mohla nastavit svou inovaci do budoucna l\u00e9pe\u00a0a\u00a0efektivn\u011bji.<\/p>\r\n<p>Jak vypad\u00e1 samotn\u00fd uk\u00e1zkov\u00fd t\u00fdden o\u010dima \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, vypr\u00e1v\u011bj\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci akce ze Z\u0160 Korunova\u010dn\u00ed: \u201eTento t\u00fdden jsme m\u011bli mo\u017enost nau\u010dit se p\u011bti K\u00a0\u2013 kooperaci, komunikaci, kreativit\u011b, koordinaci a\u00a0pozd\u011bji i\u00a0konkurenci. V\u00a0pond\u011bl\u00ed jsme m\u011bli za \u00fakol po t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ch vytvo\u0159it mapu Evropy. Na \u00fater\u00fd bylo zad\u00e1no dokon\u010dovat pr\u00e1ci z\u00a0minul\u00e9ho dne, nato\u010dit minutov\u00fd film v\u00a0angli\u010dtin\u011b, vytvo\u0159it m\u011bsto z\u00a0geometrick\u00fdch \u00fatvar\u016f a\u00a0tak\u00e9 historick\u00e9 mapy (nap\u0159\u00edklad \u010ceskoslovenska). Ve st\u0159edu jsme vytvo\u0159ili r\u00e1diov\u00e9, televizn\u00ed a\u00a0redaktorsk\u00e9 stanice. \u017d\u00e1ci chodili po \u0161kole\u00a0a\u00a0navz\u00e1jem spolu komunikovali pomoc\u00ed rozhovor\u016f a\u00a0anket. Na \u010dtvrtek byl p\u0159id\u011blen velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd \u00fakol. M\u011bli jsme rozlousknout slo\u017eitou geometrickou \u00falohu, v\u0161echny t\u0159\u00eddy to zvl\u00e1dly uk\u00e1zkov\u011b po mnoha nezda\u0159en\u00fdch pokusech. Posledn\u00ed den jsme fotografovali hotov\u00e9 projekty, kter\u00e9 jsme b\u011bhem cel\u00e9ho t\u00fddne vytvo\u0159ili, a\u00a0dokon\u010dovali detaily na nedod\u011blan\u00fdch prac\u00edch. Bylo to n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 a\u00a0velmi zaj\u00edmav\u00e9.\u201c<\/p>\r\n<p>U\u010ditel\u00e9 pot\u00e9 prob\u00edraj\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed u\u010debn\u00ed pl\u00e1ny, rozv\u00edjej\u00ed n\u00e1pady a\u00a0navrhuj\u00ed zm\u011bny v\u00a0koncepci \u0161koln\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho programu. Z\u00edskaj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost pro profesn\u00ed rozvoj a\u00a0inovaci ve sv\u00e9 pedagogick\u00e9 praxi. Inkuba\u010dn\u00ed program nab\u00edz\u00ed mentorstv\u00ed a\u00a0metodick\u00e9 veden\u00ed, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1h\u00e1 u\u010ditel\u016fm p\u0159i integraci nov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f a\u00a0technik do v\u00fduky. T\u00edm se nejen roz\u0161i\u0159uj\u00ed jejich odborn\u00e9 kompetence, ale tak\u00e9 se zvy\u0161uje motivace, spolupr\u00e1ce a\u00a0spokojenost\u00a0s\u00a0vlastn\u00ed prac\u00ed. V\u00fdsledkem je, \u017ee \u0161koly pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed nov\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje a\u00a0metody, jak u\u010dinit vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed atraktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm a\u00a0efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm, zat\u00edmco \u017e\u00e1ci z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed dovednosti a\u00a0znalosti, kter\u00e9 jsou p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00e9 po\u017eadavk\u016fm sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho sv\u011bta.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Otev\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed dve\u0159\u00ed<\/strong><br \/>\r\nRodi\u010de mohou vid\u011bt, \u017ee \u0161kola aktivn\u011b hled\u00e1 zp\u016fsoby, jak inovovat a\u00a0zlep\u0161ovat vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed proces. Praha&nbsp;7 kladla a\u00a0klade na vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0\u00farove\u0148 sv\u00fdch \u0161kol v\u017edy velk\u00fd d\u016fraz, proto \u0161koly v\u00a0zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch inovac\u00ed podporuje i\u00a0finan\u010dn\u011b. Spolupr\u00e1ce na projektu m\u016f\u017ee pos\u00edlit komunitu uvnit\u0159 \u0161koly (mezi pedagogy\u00a0a\u00a0\u017e\u00e1ky) i\u00a0komunitu vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed (spolupr\u00e1ce s\u00a0rodi\u010di, m\u00edstn\u00edmi organizacemi atd.). To vede k\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed soudr\u017enosti a\u00a0podpo\u0159e vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Z\u0159izovatel tedy investic\u00ed do projektu didaktick\u00e9ho inkub\u00e1toru nejen podporuje kvalitu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti, ale tak\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k\u00a0rozvoji komunitn\u00edho ducha a\u00a0otev\u00edr\u00e1 dve\u0159e k\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edm mo\u017enostem spolupr\u00e1ce.
