Aut\u016fm, cyklist\u016fm a&nbsp;p\u011b\u0161\u00edm, je pr\u016fjezd a&nbsp;pr\u016fchod p\u0159es Libe\u0148sk\u00fd most umo\u017en\u011bn. Uzav\u0159en je pouze \u00fasek od zast\u00e1vky Libe\u0148sk\u00fd most sm\u011brem k&nbsp;Palmovce. Na m\u00edst\u011b jsou k&nbsp;dispozici obj\u00edzdn\u00e9 a&nbsp;obchoz\u00ed trasy.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>S t\u00edmto dlouhodobou opat\u0159en\u00edm souvisej\u00ed zm\u011bny veden\u00ed tras tramvajov\u00fdch linek 1, 6, 14, 25 v&nbsp;\u00faseku Palmovka \u2013 Libe\u0148sk\u00fd most \u2013 Maniny, resp. D\u011blnick\u00e1 a&nbsp;Vltavsk\u00e1 \u2013 T\u011b\u0161nov (oba sm\u011bry). Zavedena je n\u00e1hradn\u00ed autobusov\u00e1 doprava.<\/p>\r\n<h4>Zm\u011bny tras MHD platn\u00e9 od 18.&nbsp;3.&nbsp;2024 do odvol\u00e1n\u00ed najdete <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dpp.cz\/omezeni-a-mimoradne-udalosti\/detail\/21779\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"color: #0000ff;\" rel=\"noopener\">na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch DPP<\/a>.<\/span><\/h4>\r\n<p><strong>B\u011bhem jarn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f bude zah\u00e1jena demolice uzav\u0159en\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti libe\u0148sk\u00e9ho soumost\u00ed<\/strong>, v\u00edce se do\u010dtete n\u00ed\u017ee. Praha&nbsp;7 v&nbsp;dob\u011b pokra\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdluky po\u017eaduje maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed preferenci MHD v&nbsp;dot\u010den\u00e9 oblasti.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>[\/perex]<\/p>\r\n<h3>Vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed TSK\u00a0 k&nbsp;31.&nbsp;lednu 2024<\/h3>\r\n<p>V\u00a0pond\u011bl\u00ed 29.&nbsp;ledna 2024 prob\u011bhlo druh\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed Rady monitoringu (RAMO), na kter\u00e9m byly vyhodnoceny v\u00fdsledky proveden\u00fdch diagnostik. Z\u00e1stupci RAMO projednali i&nbsp;v\u0161echny technick\u00e9 okolnosti, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed vliv na v\u00a0minulosti uva\u017eovan\u00e9 zprovozn\u011bn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti soumost\u00ed pro tramvajovou, individu\u00e1ln\u00ed automobilovou dopravu, chodce a&nbsp;cyklisty. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 zv\u00e1\u017eili mo\u017en\u00e1 rizika a&nbsp;nep\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed konstrukce, kter\u00e9 v\u00a0\u010dase nelze s\u00a0jistotou predikovat ani z\u00a0aktu\u00e1ln\u011b proveden\u00fdch diagnostick\u00fdch pr\u016fzkum\u016f ob\u011bma \u00fastavy (VUT Brno a&nbsp;K\u00da \u010cVUT) a&nbsp;z\u00a0v\u00fdpo\u010detn\u00edch model\u016f. Rada monitoringu dosp\u011bla k&nbsp;jednozna\u010dn\u00e9mu\u00a0z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee nedoporu\u010duj\u00ed obnoven\u00ed ve\u0161ker\u00e9ho provozu. Rada tak potvrdila p\u0159edpoklady z\u00a0minul\u00e9ho t\u00fddne. Doporu\u010duje p\u0159istoupit k\u00a0demolici v\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b uzav\u0159en\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Libe\u0148sk\u00e9ho soumost\u00ed a&nbsp;d\u00e1le se nezab\u00fdvat \u017e\u00e1dnou z\u00a0variant podep\u0159en\u00ed inunda\u010dn\u00edho mostu. A&nbsp;to zejm\u00e9na vzhledem k\u00a0nev\u00fdhodnosti \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, jak z\u00a0\u010dasov\u00e9ho, tak finan\u010dn\u00edho hlediska, kdy se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00e1 doba realizace podep\u0159en\u00ed pohybuje v\u00a0\u0159\u00e1dech n\u011bkolika m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f a&nbsp;n\u00e1klady jsou ve stovk\u00e1ch milion\u016f. TSK v\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b intenzivn\u011b pracuje na zah\u00e1jen\u00ed demolice inunda\u010dn\u00edho mostu. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00fd term\u00edn zah\u00e1jen\u00ed demolice je v\u00a0jarn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch 2024.<\/p>\r\n<p>Dopravn\u00ed podnik v\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b p\u0159ipravuje realizaci tramvajov\u00e9 zast\u00e1vky na konci provozovan\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Libe\u0148sk\u00e9ho soumost\u00ed, p\u0159ed uzav\u0159enou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed mostu, tak aby byla pro p\u011b\u0161\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u011b zkr\u00e1cena pochoz\u00ed doba na stanici metra.<\/p>\r\n<p>Prohl\u00eddkou mostu X656, kter\u00e1 byla provedena v&nbsp;obdob\u00ed 11.\u201326.&nbsp;1.&nbsp;2024, bylo potvrzeno, \u017ee konstruk\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9m mostu nen\u00ed funk\u010dn\u00ed. Obsahuje z\u00e1sadn\u00ed z\u00e1vady, nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 predikovat jeho dal\u0161\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed a&nbsp;nen\u00ed zaji\u0161t\u011bna jeho bezpe\u010dnost. Pokud by do\u0161lo k&nbsp;n\u00e1hl\u00e9mu kolapsu konstrukce, tak m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k&nbsp;v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm \u0161kod\u00e1m v&nbsp;jeho bezprost\u0159edn\u00edm okol\u00ed s&nbsp;dopadem i&nbsp;na bl\u00edzk\u00e9 stavby. Konstrukce oblouku mostu X656 je tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edmo propojen\u00e1 s&nbsp;navazuj\u00edc\u00edmi r\u00e1mov\u00fdmi stojkami, kter\u00e9 jsou podep\u0159eny i&nbsp;na oblouku. Jedn\u00e1 se o&nbsp;samostatn\u00fd oblouk na Rohansk\u00e9m ostrov\u011b. D\u016fvodem okam\u017eit\u00e9ho uzav\u0159en\u00ed byly zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 technick\u00e9 z\u00e1vady, vyvolan\u00e9 pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b siln\u00fdmi mrazy. V&nbsp;cel\u00e9 trase Libe\u0148sk\u00e9ho mostu proto musela b\u00fdt kompletn\u011b vylou\u010dena tramvajov\u00e1 doprava. Libe\u0148sk\u00fd most V009 p\u0159es Vltavu m\u00e1 omezen\u00fd pouze tramvajov\u00fd provoz. Automobilov\u00e1, cyklistick\u00e1 a&nbsp;p\u011b\u0161\u00ed doprava je na tomto most\u011b zachov\u00e1na. Inunda\u010dn\u00ed most X656 byl kompletn\u011b uzav\u0159en pro tramvajovou, individu\u00e1ln\u00ed automobilovou dopravu a&nbsp;chodce i&nbsp;cyklisty. Uzav\u0159en\u00fd \u00fasek mohou chodci a&nbsp;cyklist\u00e9 sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed od Palmovky na Prahu 7 obej\u00edt po l\u00e1vce ke komplexu DOCK, d\u00e1le po ulici \u0160torchova a&nbsp;rampou zp\u011bt na Libe\u0148sk\u00fd most p\u0159es Vltavu.<\/p>\r\n<p>Ve\u0161ker\u00e9 dosavadn\u00ed statick\u00e9 v\u00fdpo\u010dty a&nbsp;diagnostick\u00e9 pr\u016fzkumy p\u0159edpokl\u00e1daly spr\u00e1vnou funk\u010dnost kloub\u016f nosn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu oblouku mostu X656. Statick\u00fd syst\u00e9m na obloukov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech Libe\u0148sk\u00e9ho soumost\u00ed je citliv\u00fd zejm\u00e9na na ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed teploty v\u00a0zimn\u00edm obdob\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed pro celkovou \u00fanosnost mostu.<\/p>\r\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b sledov\u00e1n\u00ed mostu v\u00a0obdob\u00ed dlouhotrvaj\u00edc\u00edch mraz\u016f na za\u010d\u00e1tku ledna 2024, kdy byl pozorov\u00e1n rozvoj poruch na most\u011b, byl iniciov\u00e1n projektantem dodate\u010dn\u00fd pr\u016fzkum konstruk\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu obloukov\u00e9ho mostu. Pr\u016fzkum proveden\u00fd Vysok\u00fdm u\u010den\u00edm technick\u00fdm v&nbsp;Brn\u011b spo\u010d\u00edval zejm\u00e9na v&nbsp;endoskopick\u00e9 metod\u011b pro pohled dovnit\u0159 kloubov\u00e9ho detailu. V\u00a0tomto m\u00edst\u011b bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee nosn\u00e9 kovov\u00e9 desky zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed funk\u010dnost cel\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu jsou mimo svoji spr\u00e1vnou polohu a&nbsp;z\u00e1rove\u0148 doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0drcen\u00ed betonu nosn\u00fdch prvk\u016f.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>O dal\u0161\u00edm postupu ohledn\u011b uzav\u0159en\u00e9ho inunda\u010dn\u00edho mostu by m\u011bla TSK hl. m.
