Kter\u00fd byl mo\u017en\u00e1 objektivn\u011b i&nbsp;docela o\u0161kliv\u00fd? A&nbsp;vy jste v&nbsp;n\u011bm p\u0159esto spat\u0159ili cosi, co v\u00e1s hluboce zaujalo. N\u011bjak\u00fdm zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem v\u00e1s p\u0159itahoval. Takov\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b vyza\u0159oval svou vnit\u0159n\u00ed kr\u00e1su (a&nbsp;s\u00edlu). Byl takzvan\u011b napojen\u00fd na vlastn\u00ed zdroj. A&nbsp;tahle kr\u00e1sa je v\u017edycky v\u00edc ne\u017e kr\u00e1sa vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. P\u0159esto mnoho lid\u00ed tr\u00e1v\u00ed \u010das tr\u00fdzn\u011bn\u00edm fyzick\u00e9ho t\u011bla a&nbsp;snahou nasoukat ho do formy, o&nbsp;n\u00ed\u017e si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee by ji m\u011blo m\u00edt. P\u0159itom kultivace nitra nese mnohem \u0161\u0165avnat\u011bj\u0161\u00ed plody. Bohu\u017eel, nebo bohud\u00edk hraje na t\u00e9to cest\u011b v\u00fdznamnou roli pr\u00e1v\u011b i&nbsp;t\u011blo. P\u0159es n\u011bj doch\u00e1z\u00ed k&nbsp;prvn\u00edmu kontaktu s&nbsp;okoln\u00edm sv\u011btem. A&nbsp;kdy\u017e ho nem\u00e1me r\u00e1di, nev\u00e1\u017e\u00edme si ho, neum\u00edme ho pou\u017e\u00edvat, nebo se o&nbsp;n\u011bj spr\u00e1vn\u011b nestar\u00e1me, o&nbsp;na\u0161\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed kr\u00e1se se nejsp\u00ed\u0161 nikdy nikdo nedozv\u00ed.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>[\/perex]<\/p>\r\n<p>Anorexie je pojem vych\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed z&nbsp;novolatinsk\u00e9ho anorexia, je\u017e bylo odvozeno ze staro\u0159eck\u00e9ho <em>\u1f00\u03bd\u03bf\u03c1\u03b5\u03be\u03af\u03b1<\/em>. Z\u00e1porn\u00e1 p\u0159edpona <em>\u1f00\u03bd- (an-)<\/em> vyjad\u0159uje absenci a&nbsp;podstatn\u00e9 jm\u00e9no <em>\u1f44\u03c1\u03b5\u03be\u03b9\u03c2 (orexis)<\/em> znamen\u00e1 chu\u0165. Doslova bychom tedy toto slovo mohli p\u0159elo\u017eit jako nechu\u0165. Nechu\u0165 k&nbsp;j\u00eddlu a&nbsp;na hlub\u0161\u00ed \u00farovni logicky nechu\u0165 k&nbsp;\u017eivotu jako takov\u00e9mu. Jedn\u00e1 se o&nbsp;(smrtelnou) du\u0161evn\u00ed nemoc, kter\u00e1 spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v&nbsp;odm\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed potravy a&nbsp;velmi zkreslen\u00e9 p\u0159edstav\u011b o&nbsp;sv\u00e9m t\u011ble. Odkud se bere a&nbsp;co se n\u00e1m sna\u017e\u00ed \u0159\u00edct? Co osoby, kter\u00e9 j\u00ed podlehnou, poj\u00ed? A&nbsp;jak j\u00ed lze p\u0159edch\u00e1zet? Tento text je zamy\u0161len\u00edm nad t\u00edm, co anorexie vlastn\u011b je a&nbsp;jak vznik\u00e1, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm by m\u011bl nazna\u010dit cestu, kter\u00e1 vede temnotou ke sv\u011btlu.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Nep\u0159ijet\u00ed<\/strong><br \/>\r\nSkrze poruchy p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy mezi n\u00e1s, do na\u0161ich rodin a&nbsp;mezilidsk\u00fdch vztah\u016f prosakuje zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed druh temnoty. Nechci se pou\u0161t\u011bt do litani\u00ed o&nbsp;roli d\u00edvek a&nbsp;\u017een ve spole\u010dnosti, ale kdy\u017e se pono\u0159\u00edm do t\u00e9mat jako anorexie, nem\u016f\u017eu se zbavit dojmu, \u017ee pro skute\u010dnou \u017eenskost nebo mo\u017en\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161 ur\u010dit\u00e9 \u017eensk\u00e9 principy (kter\u00e9 se ov\u0161em t\u00fdkaj\u00ed i&nbsp;mu\u017e\u016f) jako jemnost a&nbsp;zranitelnost v&nbsp;patriarch\u00e1tu opravdu nen\u00ed mnoho m\u00edsta. O\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed se od n\u00e1s p\u0159edem dan\u00e9 role, se kter\u00fdmi se sna\u017e\u00edme vyrovnat \u2013 bu\u010f se s&nbsp;nimi ztoto\u017e\u0148ujeme, nebo s&nbsp;nimi z\u00e1pas\u00edme, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b apaticky rezignujeme a&nbsp;ztrat\u00edme se (sami sob\u011b). Jsme sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed syst\u00e9mu, kter\u00fd n\u00e1s formuje \u2013 aktivn\u011b i&nbsp;pasivn\u011b (agresivn\u011b). A&nbsp;n\u011bkdo takov\u00fd sv\u011bt prost\u011b nechce p\u0159ijmout. Tak nep\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1. Nep\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1 potravu, nep\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1 s\u00e1m sebe a&nbsp;mo\u017en\u00e1 nep\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1 u\u017e v\u016fbec nic.<\/p>\r\n<p>Anorexie a&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00ed poruchy p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy jsou velmi komplexn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem. Jedn\u00e1 se o&nbsp;multifaktori\u00e1ln\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, m\u00edvaj\u00ed tedy r\u016fzn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny, r\u016fzn\u00fd pr\u016fb\u011bh, mohou postihnout prakticky kohokoliv a&nbsp;maj\u00ed mnoho vrstev. Na povrchu m\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt o&nbsp;\u201epouhou\u201c touhu zavd\u011b\u010dit se dne\u0161n\u00edmu ide\u00e1lu kr\u00e1sy, kter\u00fd n\u00e1m je prezentov\u00e1n na Instagramu celebritami s&nbsp;\u201edokonalou\u201c postavou, nebo o&nbsp;snahu zal\u00edbit se, a\u0165 u\u017e komukoliv \u2013 tat\u00ednkovi, p\u0159\u00edteli, kamar\u00e1dk\u00e1m. Na hlub\u0161\u00ed rovin\u011b se m\u016f\u017eeme dobrat nel\u00e1sky k&nbsp;sob\u011b a&nbsp;ke sv\u00e9mu t\u011blu, nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm traumat\u016fm nebo a\u017e strachu v\u016fbec existovat, dosp\u011bt, p\u0159ekro\u010dit hranici mezi d\u011btstv\u00edm a&nbsp;dosp\u011blost\u00ed. Vyhubl\u00e9 t\u011blo je t\u011blo d\u00edt\u011bte \u2013 nep\u0159itahuje erotickou pozornost, nemenstruuje, ne\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 se po n\u011bm p\u0159evzet\u00ed zodpov\u011bdnosti. Jak to, \u017ee si okol\u00ed takto nemocn\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka \u010dasto v\u0161imne a\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 pozd\u011b, a&nbsp;ani tak nen\u00ed schopno sm\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed jeho mysli a&nbsp;t\u011bla zvr\u00e1tit? Jak\u00e9 s\u00edly v&nbsp;lidsk\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b operuj\u00ed, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m dok\u00e1\u017eou nalhat, \u017ee nejste dost dob\u0159\u00ed, dost hezc\u00ed, dost huben\u00ed, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1s samotn\u00e9 um\u011bj\u00ed obr\u00e1tit proti v\u00e1m samotn\u00fdm? Ot\u00e1zek toho typu je mnoho a&nbsp;lze na n\u011b odpov\u011bd\u011bt bu\u010f l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdmi fakty, filozofick\u00fdmi dohady, ezoterick\u00fdmi bl\u00e1boly nebo velmi prost\u011b a&nbsp;jednodu\u0161e. Pro porozum\u011bn\u00ed nemoci a&nbsp;uzdravov\u00e1n\u00ed je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 p\u0159ipravenost otev\u0159\u00edt se a&nbsp;pod\u00edvat se na sebe i&nbsp;na sv\u016fj \u017eivot bez iluz\u00ed. Kdo jsem? Kde se nach\u00e1z\u00edm? Co jsem ztratil, a&nbsp;co naopak nyn\u00ed m\u00e1m? Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159ijmout realitu takovou, jak\u00e1 je, i&nbsp;se v\u0161emi jej\u00edmi negativy, proto\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b to \u010dlov\u011bka posiluje. Je nutn\u00e9 p\u0159iznat si svou citlivost, zranitelnost, nejistotu a&nbsp;za\u010d\u00edt v\u011b\u0159it ve smysl vlastn\u00ed cesty. Je to zp\u016fsob, jak nad sv\u00fdm \u017eivotem z\u00edskat kontrolu a&nbsp;vyhnout se emocion\u00e1ln\u00edm bolestem. Nemocn\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk je od\u0159\u00edznut\u00fd od komplexn\u00edho pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161irok\u00e9 \u0161k\u00e1ly emoc\u00ed, a&nbsp;tud\u00ed\u017e jim nen\u00ed schopn\u00fd naslouchat, nato\u017e se jimi \u0159\u00eddit. Anorexie se st\u00e1v\u00e1 jeho jedinou skute\u010dnou (temnou) spole\u010dnic\u00ed a&nbsp;t\u011blem neproud\u00ed autentick\u00e9 emoce a&nbsp;\u017eivot jako takov\u00fd \u2013 nemoc ho doslova po\u017e\u00edr\u00e1. Polyk\u00e1 nad\u011bji i&nbsp;smysl, i&nbsp;kdy\u017e tam venku, kolem n\u00e1s, v\u0161e d\u00e1l b\u011b\u017e\u00ed a&nbsp;ostatn\u00ed lid\u00e9 \u017eij\u00ed. Je pot\u0159eba toto v\u011bzen\u00ed vlastn\u00edho t\u011bla \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b prolomit, sd\u00edlet sv\u00e9 emoce, za\u010d\u00edt se s&nbsp;nimi propojovat, za\u010d\u00edt vn\u00edmat i&nbsp;svou vnit\u0159n\u00ed temnotu a&nbsp;pustit si k&nbsp;sob\u011b druh\u00e9. Opustit okovy bolesti, kter\u00e1 je zav\u0159en\u00e1 ve sklep\u011b za dve\u0159mi, je\u017e nem\u011bly nikdy existovat. Z&nbsp;kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 d\u00edrky nechat odkapat slzy za v\u0161echny p\u0159\u00e1tele, kter\u00e9 jste opustili, za v\u0161echny pocity, je\u017e jste nebyli schopn\u00ed c\u00edtit, za l\u00e1sky, kter\u00e9 jste v&nbsp;ml\u00e1d\u00ed nepro\u017eili, za samotu, je\u017e v\u00e1s m\u011bla chr\u00e1nit. Bez t\u011bla, kter\u00e9 jsme dostali jako hmotn\u00fd produkt cel\u00e9ho na\u0161eho rodu, tady nelze existovat. M\u011bli bychom ho tedy p\u0159ijmout, a\u0165 je jak\u00e9koliv. Vn\u00edmat ho jako dar, ne jako v\u011bzen\u00ed. Um\u011bt ho vyu\u017e\u00edvat jako n\u00e1stroj ke v\u0161emu, co je prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 n\u00e1m i&nbsp;na\u0161emu okol\u00ed. A&nbsp;proto ho pot\u0159ebujeme spr\u00e1vn\u011b \u017eivit a&nbsp;spr\u00e1vn\u011b (ne p\u0159ehnan\u011b) s&nbsp;n\u00edm pohybovat. Anorexie spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 ve velk\u00e9 kontrole vydan\u00e9 a&nbsp;p\u0159ij\u00edman\u00e9 energie i&nbsp;pohybu, vede k&nbsp;minimalizaci p\u0159ij\u00edman\u00e9 potravy a&nbsp;ztr\u00e1t\u011b t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti. V\u011bt\u0161ina na\u0161ich klient\u016f se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed \u010d\u00edslem v&nbsp;hlav\u011b, kter\u00e9ho cht\u011bj\u00ed dos\u00e1hnout. Velmi se t\u00edm z\u00fa\u017e\u00ed spektrum stravy, ji\u017e je doty\u010dn\u00fd schopn\u00fd poz\u0159\u00edt.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>PPP jako d\u00edv\u010d\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost?<\/strong><br \/>\r\nTato onemocn\u011bn\u00ed b\u00fdvaj\u00ed v\u00edce spojov\u00e1na s&nbsp;d\u00edvkami, a&nbsp;to je i&nbsp;skute\u010dnost. Poruchami p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy jsou opravdu \u010dast\u011bji posti\u017eeny d\u00edvky. To ale neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee chlapci t\u011bmito nemocemi ohro\u017eeni nejsou. Tedy onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, kdy se dan\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk vid\u00ed men\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e je, a&nbsp;sna\u017e\u00ed se v\u0161emi dostupn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby nabrat svalovou hmotu, c\u00edtit se v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, posilovat.
