Pokus\u00edm se uk\u00e1zat jinou rovinu cel\u00e9ho tohoto \u201evelk\u00e9ho soci\u00e1ln\u00edho z\u00e1zraku\u201c.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>\u010cesk\u00e9 bytov\u00e9 zoufalstv\u00ed<br \/>\r\n<\/strong>Projekt, kter\u00fd byl podrobn\u011b p\u0159edstaven v\u00a0\u0159\u00edjnov\u00e9m Hobuletu, vych\u00e1z\u00ed z\u00a0opravdu zoufal\u00e9 bytov\u00e9 situace zejm\u00e9na v\u00a0Praze, kde jsou ceny byt\u016f tzv. do vlastnictv\u00ed mimo mo\u017enosti velk\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161iny obyvatel, pokud ned\u011bd\u00ed jinou nemovitost t\u0159eba po rodi\u010d\u00edch. Z\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy nebo platu nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 na\u0161et\u0159it tyto obrovsk\u00e9 pen\u00edze (hypot\u00e9ka je tak\u00e9 nedostupn\u00e1). Bytov\u00e1 v\u00fdstavba soukrom\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed se tak st\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161inou pouze ekonomickou nab\u00eddkou pro investi\u010dn\u00ed podnik\u00e1n\u00ed ekonomicky dob\u0159e zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9mu jedinci nebo cel\u00fdm investi\u010dn\u00edm skupin\u00e1m. Tato \u010desk\u00e1 cesta \u0159e\u0161\u00ed dostupnost bydlen\u00ed jen pro zlomek obyvatel samospr\u00e1v. A\u00a0kdy\u017e se k\u00a0tomu p\u0159i\u010dte zat\u00edm st\u00e1le neexistuj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1kon o\u00a0dostupn\u00e9m bydlen\u00ed, velmi \u0161patn\u00e1 ochrana n\u00e1jemn\u00edka a\u00a0d\u011bsiv\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 soukrom\u00fdch ubytoven, jsme statisticky \u00fapln\u011b na konci z\u00a0cel\u00e9 EU, pokud jde o\u00a0dostupnost bydlen\u00ed vzhledem k\u00a0na\u0161im plat\u016fm a\u00a0mzd\u00e1m.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Tr\u017en\u00ed produkt, nebo ontologick\u00e1 jistota?<\/strong><br \/>\r\nBydlen\u00ed bude v\u017edy rozd\u011blovat spole\u010dnost \u2013 jedni v\u00a0n\u011bm vid\u00ed klasick\u00fd tr\u017en\u00ed produkt, kter\u00fd je obchodovateln\u00fd stejn\u011b jako t\u0159eba koup\u011b a\u00a0prodej auta. Druh\u00e1 skupina obyvatel (a\u00a0zde opravdu nechci stav\u011bt jedny proti druh\u00fdm) se domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee pojem domov m\u00e1 \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed, hlub\u0161\u00ed, ontologick\u00fd v\u00fdznam pro soci\u00e1ln\u00ed \u017eivot \u010dlov\u011bka a\u00a0je i\u00a0ur\u010dit\u00fdm soci\u00e1ln\u00edm pr\u00e1vem, je\u017e m\u00e1 n\u00e1sledn\u011b jak etick\u00e9, tak i\u00a0ekonomick\u00e9 v\u00fdhody pro celou spole\u010dnost. Ve sv\u00e9 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1ci se tak\u00e9 setk\u00e1v\u00e1m v\u00a0d\u016fsledku \u0161patn\u00e9 dostupnosti bydlen\u00ed u\u00a0v\u0161ech soci\u00e1ln\u00edch skupin obyvatel s\u00a0p\u00e1dy do patologick\u00fdch z\u00e1vislost\u00ed. Tento probl\u00e9m st\u00e1le v\u00edce postihuje seniory, kte\u0159\u00ed ubytov\u00e1vaj\u00ed t\u0159eba syna v\u00a0exekuc\u00edch, ale i\u00a0vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed st\u0159edn\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddu, kdy celkov\u00e1 patologie z\u00e1vadov\u00fdch skupin mlad\u00fdch lid\u00ed zasahuje i\u00a0d\u011bti z\u00a0t\u011bchto rodin. A\u00a0obrovsk\u00fd soci\u00e1ln\u00ed probl\u00e9m je na sv\u011bt\u011b.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Vysp\u011bl\u00e1 spole\u010dnost je soci\u00e1ln\u00ed<\/strong><br \/>\r\nPraha&nbsp;7 slo\u017een\u00edm obyvatel (jedn\u00e1 se ve velk\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b o&nbsp;ekonomicky sp\u00ed\u0161e nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b produktivn\u00ed osoby) nabour\u00e1v\u00e1 zab\u011bhlou p\u0159edstavu, \u017ee aktivn\u00ed, vzd\u011blan\u00e1 a&nbsp;\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 municipalita nepodporuje soci\u00e1ln\u00ed projekty. Tato na\u0161e v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci Prahy tak trochu anom\u00e1lie je pro n\u00e1s v&nbsp;projektu asi nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed nad\u011bj\u00ed na \u00fasp\u011bch. Ukazuje se, \u017ee zde \u017eij\u00ed lid\u00e9 spr\u00e1vn\u011b sebev\u011bdom\u00ed a&nbsp;se sv\u00fdm \u017eivotem spokojen\u00ed, co\u017e jim umo\u017e\u0148uje pochopit, porozum\u011bt a&nbsp;hlavn\u011b podpo\u0159it my\u0161lenky modern\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1ce se skute\u010dn\u00fdm pochopen\u00edm pro ob\u010dany, kte\u0159\u00ed nem\u011bli v&nbsp;\u017eivot\u011b takov\u00e9 \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed na rodinn\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed jako oni (\u010dasto se nap\u0159\u00edklad jedn\u00e1 o&nbsp;klienty, ji\u017e \u017eili v&nbsp;d\u011btsk\u00fdch domovech). Solidarita ob\u010dan\u016f Prahy&nbsp;7 k&nbsp;jejich ekonomicky a&nbsp;soci\u00e1ln\u011b slab\u0161\u00edm spoluob\u010dan\u016fm ohro\u017een\u00fdm bytovou nouz\u00ed mi ve sv\u00e9 intenzit\u011b, empatii a\u00a0hloubce lidsk\u00e9ho soucitu p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed vysp\u011blost obyvatel V\u00eddn\u011b nebo Kodan\u011b (ob\u011b dv\u011b m\u011bsta pat\u0159\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b k\u00a0nejlep\u0161\u00edm m\u00edst\u016fm pro \u017eivot).
