Pr\u00e1v\u011b jsem se vr\u00e1tila ze sauny, kde se teplota tentokr\u00e1t nejednou vy\u0161plhala k&nbsp;hranici m\u00e9ho komfortu, a\u010dkoliv se chod\u00edm saunovat pravideln\u011b. Vlasy m\u00e1m je\u0161t\u011b vlhk\u00e9 z&nbsp;otu\u017eovac\u00edho baz\u00e9nku a&nbsp;venku je zhruba 8 stup\u0148\u016f nad nulou. Ve sklenici s&nbsp;vodou u\u017e se rozpou\u0161t\u00ed tabletka \u0161umiv\u00e9ho magn\u00e9zia a&nbsp;do vysu\u0161en\u00e9ho obli\u010deje si vt\u00edr\u00e1m olej, zat\u00edmco se moje t\u011blo je\u0161t\u011b vzpamatov\u00e1v\u00e1 z&nbsp;dne\u0161n\u00ed hork\u00e9 l\u00e1zn\u011b. Saunov\u00e1n\u00ed a&nbsp;otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 duo, kter\u00e9 dobije baterky a&nbsp;zocel\u00ed v\u016f\u010di ka\u017edodenn\u00edm v\u00fdzv\u00e1m nejen t\u011blo, ale i&nbsp;ducha. Proto\u017ee co t\u011b nezabije, to t\u011b pos\u00edl\u00ed\u2026<\/p>\r\n<p>[\/perex]<\/p>\r\n<p>R\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 plat\u00ed obecn\u011b pro cel\u00fd \u017eivot \u2013 v\u0161eho s&nbsp;m\u00edrou, plat\u00ed pro saunov\u00e1n\u00ed a&nbsp;otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed dvojn\u00e1sob. Aby pobyt v&nbsp;\u00fatuln\u00e9 hork\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti s&nbsp;d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00fdmi lavi\u010dkami a&nbsp;n\u00e1sledn\u00e1 studen\u00e1 sprcha \u010di koupel p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ely k\u00fd\u017een\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed benefity, je nutn\u00e9 dodr\u017eovat mnoho pravidel a&nbsp;p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm poslouchat svoje t\u011blo. Rovn\u011b\u017e je t\u0159eba dodat, \u017ee ani jedna z&nbsp;obou protich\u016fdn\u00fdch aktivit ur\u010dit\u011b nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e1 pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho. Vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed sauny jako hork\u00e9ho pekla, ve kter\u00e9m se po p\u00e1r vte\u0159in\u00e1ch za\u010dnete dusit, nen\u00ed nijak ojedin\u011bl\u00e9. A&nbsp;p\u0159edstava studen\u00e9 sprchy jako trestu za p\u0159\u00edli\u0161nou vzn\u011btlivost u&nbsp;mnoh\u00fdch p\u0159eva\u017euje nad ch\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00edm tohoto \u00fakonu jako bohulib\u00e9 \u010dinnosti, je\u017e v\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee nau\u010dit se p\u0159ekra\u010dovat komfortn\u00ed z\u00f3nu a&nbsp;efektivn\u011b pracovat se svou mysl\u00ed.<\/p>\r\n<p>N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed \u0159\u00e1dky by v\u00e1s ov\u0161em m\u011bly p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm nal\u00e1kat k&nbsp;tomu, abyste alespo\u0148 jedn\u00e9 z&nbsp;t\u011bchto aktivit (nebo klidn\u011b ob\u011bma) dali \u0161anci, pokud tak ji\u017e ne\u010din\u00edte, tak\u017ee se je pokus\u00edm p\u0159edstavit z&nbsp;pozitivn\u00edho \u00fahlu pohledu. Spr\u00e1vn\u011b saunov\u00e1n\u00ed i&nbsp;otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed posiluj\u00ed imunitu, vyplavuj\u00ed hormony \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed (endorfiny), zvy\u0161uj\u00ed fyzickou odolnost v\u016f\u010di ob\u011bma teplotn\u00edm extr\u00e9m\u016fm, zlep\u0161uj\u00ed termoregulaci, navozuj\u00ed psychickou pohodu, pom\u00e1haj\u00ed posouvat vlastn\u00ed hranice, umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed celkovou detoxikaci organismu a&nbsp;jednozna\u010dn\u011b prohlubuj\u00ed spojen\u00ed s&nbsp;vlastn\u00edm t\u011blem, co\u017e je mo\u017en\u00e1 jejich \u00fapln\u011b nejzaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek. I&nbsp;proto jsou pro spoustu lid\u00ed ob\u011b tyto \u010dinnosti jedine\u010dnou p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed b\u00fdt skute\u010dn\u011b s\u00e1m se sebou. Ano, mnoh\u00e9 sauny a\u00a0wellness centra skute\u010dn\u011b nab\u00edzej\u00ed pln\u011b vybaven\u00fd bar s\u00a0pestrou nab\u00eddkou (nejen) alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f a\u00a0mnoz\u00ed p\u00e1nov\u00e9 i\u00a0d\u00e1my si do sauny jdou prost\u011b \u2013 o\u00a0n\u011bco ti\u0161eji ne\u017e v\u00a0t\u00e9 hospod\u011b \u2013 pokl\u00e1bosit. Ani mluven\u00ed, ani alkohol samoz\u0159ejm\u011b do sauny v\u00a0p\u016fvodn\u00edm smyslu tohoto slova nepat\u0159\u00ed, co\u017e se do\u010dtete tak\u00e9 n\u00ed\u017ee v\u00a0desateru saun\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch p\u0159ik\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed, ale pro p\u0159edstavu t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed ji nemaj\u00ed \u2013 ano, i\u00a0takhle n\u011bkdy vypad\u00e1 \u010desk\u00e1 sauna.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Je libo ceremoni\u00e1l?<\/span><br \/>\r\n<\/strong>Jedn\u00edm ze zp\u016fsob\u016f, jimi\u017e se d\u00e1 vyhnout zanesen\u00ed saunov\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed \u010desk\u00fdmi ne\u0161vary, je saunov\u00fd ceremoni\u00e1l, proto\u017ee p\u0159i n\u011bm se saunovat prost\u011b nau\u010d\u00edte, a\u0165 chcete nebo ne. Tyto saunov\u00e9 ritu\u00e1ln\u00ed ob\u0159ady sice zat\u00edm prob\u00edhaj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch wellness centrech a&nbsp;v&nbsp;\u0159adov\u00e9 saun\u011b, je\u017e b\u00fdv\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed plaveck\u00e9ho baz\u00e9nu, na n\u011b pravideln\u011b nenaraz\u00edte, ale pro velkou obl\u00edbenost se v&nbsp;posledn\u00ed dob\u011b hodn\u011b roz\u0161i\u0159uj\u00ed. Saunov\u00e9 ceremoni\u00e1ly v\u00fdrazn\u011b posouvaj\u00ed hranice b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho saunov\u00e1n\u00ed a&nbsp;\u010din\u00ed z&nbsp;n\u011bho nev\u0161edn\u00ed z\u00e1\u017eitek \u2013 n\u011bkdy hluboce meditativn\u00ed, jindy se jedn\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161 o&nbsp;show. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 b\u011bhem ceremoni\u00e1lu \u010das ub\u00edh\u00e1 mnohem rychleji ne\u017e p\u0159i klasick\u00e9m saunov\u00e1n\u00ed. Saunov\u00e9 p\u0159edstaven\u00ed ve v\u00e1s zanech\u00e1 hlub\u0161\u00ed pro\u017eitek, po fyzick\u00e9 str\u00e1nce doc\u00edl\u00ed celkov\u00e9ho proh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed t\u011bla a&nbsp;\u010dasto tak\u00e9 pom\u016f\u017ee k&nbsp;uvoln\u011bn\u00ed emoc\u00ed. Kombinace zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 teploty, tlumen\u011b osv\u00edcen\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti, emotivn\u00ed hudby a&nbsp;jedine\u010dn\u00e9 osobnosti saunov\u00e9ho mistra \u010di mistryn\u011b v\u00e1s m\u00e1lokdy zanech\u00e1 chladn\u00fdmi, ba naopak, slzy \u010di dojet\u00ed nejsou nijak ojedin\u011bl\u00fdm d\u016fsledkem.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Nejd\u0159\u00edv teplo, potom chlad<\/span><br \/>\r\n<\/strong>Obl\u00edben\u00fdm postupem pro ty, kter\u00fdm horko vylo\u017een\u011b nevad\u00ed, je nejprve sauna a\u00a0pot\u00e9 sprcha, ochlazovac\u00ed baz\u00e9nek, jez\u00edrko nebo \u0159eka. Saunov\u00e1n\u00ed je relaxa\u010dn\u00ed proces pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed fyzick\u00e9ho i\u00a0du\u0161evn\u00edho zdrav\u00ed formou takzvan\u00e9ho pozitivn\u00edho stresu v\u00a0m\u00edstnosti vyh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 zpravidla na 70 a\u017e 100\u00b0 C, kde se vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed such\u00fd vzduch s\u00a0n\u00edzkou vlhkost\u00ed (m\u00edra vlhkosti se ov\u0161em m\u016f\u017ee u\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f saun li\u0161it). P\u016fvod saunov\u00e1n\u00ed je \u00fazce spojen s\u00a0finskou kulturou a\u00a0tradic\u00ed \u2013 ve Finsku b\u00fdvaj\u00ed sauny tradi\u010dn\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed \u2013 ale postupem \u010dasu a\u00a0tak\u00e9 v\u00a0d\u016fsledku bohatnut\u00ed spole\u010dnosti se sauny jako \u00fato\u010di\u0161t\u011b pro celkovou relaxaci roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ily prakticky po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b. Ne nadarmo b\u00fdv\u00e1 sauna jako \u201ehork\u00e1 ch\u00fd\u0161e\u201c p\u0159irovn\u00e1v\u00e1na k\u00a0pobytu v\u00a0d\u011bloze matky, kdy se \u2013 nyn\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00fd \u2013 jedinec choul\u00ed v\u00a0tmav\u00e9 hork\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti a\u00a0je obalen lepkavou tekutinou, j\u00ed\u017e \u0159\u00edk\u00e1me pot.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Saun\u00e9r to\u010d\u00ed ru\u010dn\u00edkem<\/span><br \/>\r\n<\/strong>A co \u017ee to vlastn\u011b ten saunov\u00fd ceremoni\u00e1l v\u016fbec je? Na druhou stranu nelze vylou\u010dit, \u017ee v&nbsp;saun\u011b t\u0159eba potk\u00e1te sv\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho partnera, tak\u017ee flirtov\u00e1n\u00ed v&nbsp;mez\u00edch slu\u0161nosti asi ve v\u00fdsledku nikdo ru\u0161it nechce. Obecn\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee se saunov\u00e1n\u00edm je dobr\u00e9 za\u010d\u00ednat postupn\u011b, ide\u00e1ln\u011b si ze za\u010d\u00e1tku v&nbsp;saun\u011b sedat co nejn\u00ed\u017e, a&nbsp;pokud si nejste jist\u00ed, zda je to pro v\u00e1s to prav\u00e9 o\u0159echov\u00e9, pora\u010fte se s&nbsp;l\u00e9ka\u0159em.
