Modernizovan\u00e1 \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed\u00a0tra\u0165 zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed rychl\u00e9, spolehliv\u00e9 a\u00a0ekologicky \u0161etrn\u00e9 spojen\u00ed Prahy, ruzy\u0148sk\u00e9ho leti\u0161t\u011b a\u00a0Kladna vstupuje do dal\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1ze, kter\u00e1 zahrnuje p\u0159estavbu \u00faseku od stanice v\u00a0Bubnech do nov\u00e9 zast\u00e1vky Praha-V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b. Nov\u00e1 \u017eeleznice tak\u00e9 odstran\u00ed bari\u00e9ru koleji\u0161t\u011b, je\u017e Prahu 7 p\u0159es sto let rozd\u011bluje na dv\u011b \u010d\u00e1sti. D\u00edky nov\u00e9mu veden\u00ed trati po estak\u00e1d\u011b se tak Hole\u0161ovice, Bubny a\u00a0Letn\u00e1 kone\u010dn\u011b propoj\u00ed.<\/p>\r\n<p>[\/perex]<\/p>\r\n<p>Koleje spojuj\u00ed Prahu s\u00a0Kladenskem ji\u017e od roku 1831, kdy se po nich vydali kon\u011b se d\u0159evem z\u00a0k\u0159ivokl\u00e1tsk\u00fdch les\u016f ke koncov\u00e9 stanici p\u0159ed P\u00edseckou br\u00e1nou pra\u017esk\u00e9ho opevn\u011bn\u00ed. N\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed v\u00a0Dejvic\u00edch je tak nejstar\u0161\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed stanic\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00e9 Prahy. Nep\u0159\u00edli\u0161 prosperuj\u00edc\u00ed ko\u0148ka nikdy nebyla prodlou\u017eena do sv\u00e9ho pl\u00e1novan\u00e9ho c\u00edle v\u00a0Plzni, v\u00a0roce 1863 ji spole\u010dnost Bu\u0161t\u011bhradsk\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy jen s\u00a0d\u00edl\u010d\u00edmi sm\u011brov\u00fdmi p\u0159elo\u017ekami p\u0159estav\u011bla pro lokomotivn\u00ed provoz a\u00a0o\u00a0p\u011bt let pozd\u011bji ji prodlou\u017eila do Bubn\u016f. Postupn\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst dopravy vedl k\u00a0v\u00fdstavb\u011b n\u011bkolika dal\u0161\u00edch stanic, ale na zdvoukolejn\u011bn\u00ed uva\u017eovan\u00e9 ji\u017e od 19.&nbsp;stolet\u00ed dodnes nedo\u0161lo.<\/p>\r\n<p>M\u011bsto Kladno si i\u00a0po \u00fapadku hornictv\u00ed a\u00a0hutn\u00ed v\u00fdroby\u00a0v\u00a090.&nbsp;letech 20.&nbsp;stolet\u00ed udr\u017eelo pozici nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho m\u011bsta St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9ho kraje, dnes v\u00a0n\u011bm \u017eije 69 tis\u00edc obyvatel. Mezi Kladnem a\u00a0Prahou, respektive obcemi okolo Prahy, jsou i\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed trati, v\u0161echny jsou ov\u0161em jednokolejn\u00e9,\u00a0neelektrifikovan\u00e9, technicky zastaral\u00e9 a\u00a0nevyhovuj\u00edc\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00fdm dopravn\u00edm pot\u0159eb\u00e1m. Mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed dopravn\u00ed v\u00fdznam m\u00e1 v\u00a0tuto chv\u00edli bohu\u017eel silni\u010dn\u00ed napojen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 siln\u011b zat\u011b\u017euje u\u017e tak frekventovan\u00e9 spojen\u00ed na Prahu. Ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 hromadn\u00e1 doprava z\u00a0Kladna do pr\u00e1ce nebo do \u0161koly v\u00a0Praze je tak dom\u00e9nou autobus\u016f. Mezi 6.&nbsp;a\u00a07.&nbsp;hodinou rann\u00ed vyj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed z\u00a0Kladna do Prahy 18 spoj\u016f v\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9m intervalu 3 minuty.<\/p>\r\n<p>Probl\u00e9m rychl\u00e9ho spojen\u00ed z\u00a0Prahy na leti\u0161t\u011b trv\u00e1 u\u017e n\u011bkolik des\u00edtek let. Na stole byla varianta \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed za pomoci metra nebo tramvaj\u00ed, ani jeden z\u00a0t\u011bchto z\u00e1m\u011br\u016f ale nep\u0159ekro\u010dil f\u00e1zi prov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed. Spojen\u00ed leti\u0161t\u011b s\u00a0centrem m\u011bsta metrem by bylo velmi rychl\u00e9, v\u00fdstavba ale n\u00e1kladn\u00e1\u00a0a\u00a0vzhledem k\u00a0o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9 popt\u00e1vce by nevych\u00e1zela ekonomick\u00e1 rentabilita projektu, metro by nav\u00edc ne\u0159e\u0161ilo pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 spojen\u00ed do Kladna. Tramvajov\u00e9 spojen\u00ed by sice bylo \u00fasporn\u00e9, ale dosahovan\u00e9 dojezdov\u00e9 \u010dasy do centra by byly hor\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e sou\u010dasn\u00e1 kombinace autobus \u2013 metro. Bylo proto rozhodnuto, \u017ee zlep\u0161en\u00ed spojen\u00ed obou lokalit m\u016f\u017ee kvalitn\u011b vy\u0159e\u0161it modern\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed tra\u0165 na leti\u0161t\u011b i\u00a0do Kladna. Jej\u00edm z\u00e1kladem se stane sou\u010dasn\u00e1 trasa \u017eeleznice, kter\u00e1 v\u0161ak mus\u00ed proj\u00edt modernizac\u00ed, elektrifikac\u00ed a\u00a0dopln\u011bn\u00edm v\u011btv\u011b na leti\u0161t\u011b.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Klikat\u00e1 cesta vedouc\u00ed k\u00a0R1sp\u011b\u0161<\/strong> <br \/>\r\nNechyb\u011blo mnoho a\u00a0z\u00a0Masarykova n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed do Dejvic bychom se vlakem u\u017e nesvezli. V\u00a0roce 1960 p\u0159ijala vl\u00e1da \u010cSR koncepci p\u0159estavby \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edho uzlu Praha, jej\u00ed\u017e sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed bylo soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed osobn\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravy na hlavn\u00ed n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed a\u00a0zru\u0161en\u00ed stanic Praha st\u0159ed (dne\u0161n\u00ed Masarykovo n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed) a\u00a0Praha-T\u011b\u0161nov. Ukon\u010den\u00ed vlak\u016f od Kladna se uva\u017eovalo variantn\u011b bu\u010f v\u00a0Dejvic\u00edch, nebo na Sm\u00edchov\u011b\u00a0s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee tra\u0165 z\u00a0Bubn\u016f do Dejvic nebo a\u017e do Ruzyn\u011b by byla zru\u0161ena a\u00a0jej\u00ed m\u00edsto by zaujala d\u00e1lni\u010dn\u00ed Veleslav\u00ednsk\u00e1 radi\u00e1la jako\u017eto sou\u010d\u00e1st Z\u00e1kladn\u00edho komunika\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu Prahy (tzv. Z\u00c1KOS). P\u0159\u00edprava staveb a\u00a0jejich v\u00fdstavba v\u00a0socialistick\u00e9m \u010ceskoslovensku ale neprob\u00edhaly nejrychleji, tak\u017ee na realizaci pl\u00e1nu nedo\u0161lo. V\u00a0roce 1990 byl Z\u00c1KOS opu\u0161t\u011bn a\u00a0n\u00e1sledn\u011b vznikly r\u016fzn\u00e9 varianty propojen\u00ed Praha\u2013leti\u0161t\u011b\u2013Kladno, nejen v\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u011b navrhovan\u00e9 trase.<\/p>\r\n<p>V\u00a0roce 2005 se pr\u00e1ce na projektu propojen\u00ed rozb\u011bhly naplno, investorem projektu se stala \u010derstv\u011b vznikl\u00e1 organizace S\u017dDC (Spr\u00e1va \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed cesty, k\u00a01.&nbsp;lednu 2020 p\u0159ejmenovan\u00e1 na Spr\u00e1vu \u017eeleznic \u2013 S\u017d, pozn. red.). Za\u010dala se p\u0159ipravovat dokumentace k\u00a0\u00fazemn\u00edmu rozhodnut\u00ed pro \u00faseky Praha-Masarykovo n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed \u2013 Praha-Bubny \u2013 Praha-Dejvice \u2013 Praha-Ruzyn\u011b \u2013 Leti\u0161t\u011b V\u00e1clava Havla a\u00a0Praha-Ruzyn\u011b \u2013 Hostivice \u2013 Kladno \u2013 Kladno-Ostrovec.<\/p>\r\n<p>Dokumentace z\u00edskaly v\u00a0letech 2009 a\u00a02013 kladn\u00e1 stanoviska Ministerstva \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed v\u00a0procesu EIA (posuzov\u00e1n\u00ed vliv\u016f z\u00e1m\u011bru na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, pozn. red.). Av\u0161ak spory o\u00a0veden\u00ed trasy zejm\u00e9na v\u00a0oblasti Stromovky a\u00a0star\u00fdch Dejvic, n\u00e1r\u016fst investi\u010dn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f a\u00a0nov\u00e9 n\u00e1m\u011bty na zcela jin\u00e9 trasov\u00e1n\u00ed spojen\u00ed vedly\u00a0k\u00a0nutnosti pod\u00edvat se znovu na p\u0159edpoklady, z\u00a0nich\u017e p\u0159\u00edprava cel\u00e9ho z\u00e1m\u011bru vych\u00e1zela. Investici pozastavila i\u00a0hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 krize v\u00a0roce 2009 a\u00a0s\u00a0n\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00ed \u0161krty ve ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch rozpo\u010dtech.<\/p>\r\n<p>N\u00e1sledn\u011b vznikly des\u00edtky mo\u017en\u00fdch projektov\u00fdch variant, kter\u00e9 byly porovn\u00e1v\u00e1ny po technick\u00e9 str\u00e1nce, v\u00a0dopravn\u00edm modelu se posuzovala jejich atraktivita pro cestuj\u00edc\u00ed, hodnotila se jejich \u00fazemn\u00ed pr\u016fchodnost a\u00a0byly ur\u010deny jejich n\u00e1klady a\u00a0p\u0159\u00ednosy v\u00a0socioekonomick\u00e9m hodnocen\u00ed anal\u00fdzou p\u0159\u00ednos\u016f a\u00a0n\u00e1klad\u016f (CBA), co\u017e je nezbytn\u00e1 podm\u00ednka pro hrazen\u00ed ze zdroj\u016f St\u00e1tn\u00edho fondu dopravn\u00ed infrastruktury a\u00a0ze zdroj\u016f Evropsk\u00e9 unie. V\u00a0roce 2015 Centr\u00e1ln\u00ed komise Ministerstva dopravy, kter\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdb\u011br, ur\u010dila pro dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravu variantu ozna\u010denou R1sp\u011b\u0161.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Modern\u00ed p\u0159\u00edm\u011bstsk\u00e1 \u017eeleznice<\/strong><br \/>\r\nVybran\u00e1 varianta R1sp\u011b\u0161 obsahuje pln\u011b dvoukolejnou a\u00a0v\u00a0cel\u00e9 trase elektrifikovanou tra\u0165 z\u00a0Prahy-Bubn\u016f p\u0159es Dejvice, Ruzyni a\u00a0Hostivici do Kladna-Ostrovce s\u00a0odbo\u010dkou z\u00a0Prahy-Ruzyn\u011b p\u0159es termin\u00e1l p\u0159\u00edm\u011bstsk\u00e9 dopravy na Dlouh\u00e9 M\u00edli na ruzy\u0148sk\u00e9 leti\u0161t\u011b. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed z\u00e1m\u011bru je tak\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed kapacity Pra\u017esk\u00e9ho Semmeringu z\u00a0Prahy-Sm\u00edchova do Hostivice, aby p\u0159es n\u011bj mohly b\u00fdt sm\u011brov\u00e1ny kladensk\u00e9 vlaky po dobu p\u0159estavby trati.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u010casto se mluv\u00ed o\u00a0tom, \u017ee na leti\u0161t\u011b pojede rychlodr\u00e1ha odborn\u011b zvan\u00e1 vysokorychlostn\u00ed \u017eeleznice, n\u011bco jako italsk\u00e1 frecciarossa, \u010desk\u00e9 pendolino nebo dokonce japonsk\u00fd \u0161inkansen. Tak to ale nen\u00ed, vysokorychlostn\u00ed \u017eeleznice nem\u016f\u017ee proj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt v\u00a0hust\u00e9 z\u00e1stavb\u011b a\u00a0centrem m\u011bsta. Z\u00a0toho d\u016fvodu a\u00a0tak\u00e9 proto, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 realizovat v\u0161echny napl\u00e1novan\u00e9 zast\u00e1vky, na kter\u00fdch budeme do vlaku nastupovat, p\u016fjde \u201epouze\u201c o\u00a0modern\u00ed p\u0159\u00edm\u011bstskou \u017eeleznici.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Od p\u0159\u00edprav k\u00a0realizaci<\/strong><br \/>\r\nP\u0159\u00edprava takto rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 akce nen\u00ed jednoduch\u00e1, a\u0165 u\u017e kv\u016fli po\u017eadavk\u016fm m\u011bstsk\u00fdch samospr\u00e1v a\u00a0t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed bydl\u00ed pod\u00e9l trati, nutn\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu, nebo technick\u00e9 a\u00a0finan\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti \u00fasek\u016f pod zem\u00ed a\u00a0na mostech. Aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 po\u017eadavky zv\u00e1\u017eit a\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b zapracovat a\u00a0projekt trati se nezdr\u017eoval v\u00a0cel\u00e9 d\u00e9lce, rozd\u011blila jej S\u017dDC do d\u00edl\u010d\u00edch \u00fasek\u016f. V\u00a0p\u0159edstihu byly v\u00a0roce 2017 zah\u00e1jeny prvn\u00ed dv\u011b \u010d\u00e1sti, a\u00a0to rekonstrukce Negrelliho viaduktu mezi Masarykov\u00fdm n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00edm a\u00a0stanic\u00ed Praha-Bubny a\u00a0d\u00e1le rekonstrukce zabezpe\u010dovac\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na Pra\u017esk\u00e9m Semmeringu z\u00a0Prahy-Sm\u00edchova do Hostivice. V\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se projekt posune na Sedmi\u010dku, stav\u011bt se bude jeho prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st, tedy viadukt, kter\u00fd od Negrelliho viaduktu projde \u00fazem\u00edm Bubn\u016f-Z\u00e1tor a\u017e k\u00a0nov\u00e9 zast\u00e1vce Praha-V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b. P\u0159ipravuje se i\u00a0n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fasek Praha-V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b \u2013 Praha-Dejvice.<\/p>\r\n<hr \/>\r\n<p>\u25cf V\u00a0prvn\u00ed etap\u011b se za\u010dne p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00fdmi pracemi, zejm\u00e9na budov\u00e1n\u00edm staveni\u0161t\u011b, odstran\u011bn\u00edm st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch kolej\u00ed, budov a\u00a0dot\u010den\u00e9 zelen\u011b.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u25cf Sou\u010dasn\u011b se postav\u00ed provizorn\u00ed kolej pro zachov\u00e1n\u00ed provozu vlak\u016f ve sm\u011bru na Kralupy nad Vltavou a\u00a0od 12.&nbsp;b\u0159ezna 2023 za\u010dne v\u00fdluka na kladensk\u00e9 trati.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u25cf Zhruba v\u00a0polovin\u011b b\u0159ezna budou zah\u00e1jeny pr\u00e1ce na odt\u011b\u017een\u00ed valu v\u00a0ulici Strojnick\u00e1 a\u00a0snesen\u00ed kolej\u00ed mezi Bubny a\u00a0V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011bm.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u25cf Zhruba od poloviny dubna do za\u010d\u00e1tku kv\u011btna dojde k\u00a0dopravn\u00edm omezen\u00edm souvisej\u00edc\u00edm s\u00a0uzav\u0159en\u00edm k\u0159i\u017eovatky Strojnick\u00e1, Dukelsk\u00fdch hrdin\u016f a\u00a0U\u00a0V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b z\u00a0d\u016fvodu snesen\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edho mostu a\u00a0vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed provizorn\u00edho ochrann\u00e9ho r\u00e1mu, kde budou podv\u011b\u0161eny troleje.<\/p>\r\n<hr \/>\r\n<p>Pokud se chcete Jedn\u00e1 se o\u00a0tra\u0165 \u010d. 120 Praha\u2013Kladno\u2013Rakovn\u00edk a\u00a0tra\u0165 \u010d. 090 Praha\u2013Vra\u0148any\u2013D\u011b\u010d\u00edn.<\/p>\r\n<p>Zast\u00e1vka Praha-Bubny bude nov\u011b um\u00edst\u011bna v\u00a0n\u00e1vaznosti na metro Vltavsk\u00e1, aby zde mohlo vzniknout p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 propojen\u00ed \u017eeleznice a\u00a0m\u011bstsk\u00e9 hromadn\u00e9 dopravy do syst\u00e9mu ROPID. V\u0161echna n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b t\u00e9to zast\u00e1vky budou bezpe\u010dn\u011b p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e1 pomoc\u00ed podchod\u016f. Pohodln\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup na n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b umo\u017en\u00ed eskal\u00e1tory a\u00a0v\u00fdtahy.<\/p>\r\n<p>Podoba nov\u00e9 stanice Bubny se bude postupem \u010dasu m\u011bnit. V\u00a0prvn\u00ed f\u00e1zi, kdy bude jedinou budovou v\u00a0\u00fazem\u00ed, se na jej\u00ed st\u0159e\u0161e vybuduje odpo\u010dinkov\u00e1 plocha, kter\u00e1 umo\u017en\u00ed v\u00fdhled na m\u011bsto a\u00a0m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed se Hole\u0161ovice. V\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed etap\u011b prac\u00ed vznikne spolu s\u00a0v\u00fdstavbou nov\u00e9 \u010dtvrti p\u0159\u00edmo nad n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00edm administrativn\u00ed budova.<\/p>\r\n<p>Za zast\u00e1vkou Praha-Bubny budou koleje vedeny na estak\u00e1d\u011b. Toto \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed umo\u017en\u00ed mimo jin\u00e9 dlouho pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 propojen\u00ed Veletr\u017en\u00ed a\u00a0D\u011blnick\u00e9 ulice. Jde nejen o\u00a0ochranu p\u0159ed hlukem a\u00a0vibracemi, ale tak\u00e9 o\u00a0v\u00fdsadbu strom\u016f, organizaci parkov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0spojen\u00ed do Stromovky v\u00a0nov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho prostoru, kter\u00fd vznikne odd\u00e1len\u00edm trati od dom\u016f ve Strojnick\u00e9 ulici.
