Jeho nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0nejcenn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed stavby stoj\u00ed v\u00a0centru Prahy, ov\u0161em v\u00a0Praze 7, kde od konce studi\u00ed a\u017e do sv\u00e9 smrti \u017eil a\u00a0pracoval, se v\u00fdrazn\u011b zapsal do podoby \u010dtvrti des\u00edtkami dom\u016f, kter\u00e9 tu byly ve 20.&nbsp;a\u00a030.&nbsp;letech minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed postaveny podle jeho projekt\u016f.<\/p>\r\n<p>[\/perex]<\/p>\r\n<p>Asi ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo p\u00e1r let bydl\u00ed v\u00a0Bubnech, u\u017e to za\u017eil. Na domovn\u00edch dve\u0159\u00edch se objev\u00ed vylepen\u00e1 ozn\u00e1men\u00ed, na chodn\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159enosn\u00e9 z\u00e1kazy zastaven\u00ed a\u00a0na obchodech v\u00fdv\u011bsn\u00ed \u0161t\u00edty v\u00a0n\u011bm\u010din\u011b. Smaltovan\u00e9 tabulky s\u00a0n\u00e1zvy ulic a\u00a0popisn\u00fdmi \u010d\u00edsly na\u010das zmiz\u00ed, modern\u00ed auta parkuj\u00edc\u00ed u\u00a0chodn\u00edk\u016f nahrad\u00ed veter\u00e1ni p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b n\u011bmeck\u00e9 provenience, ale tak\u00e9 modern\u00ed karavany a\u00a0n\u00e1kladn\u00ed auta s\u00a0osv\u011btlovac\u00ed technikou a\u00a0cateringem. N\u011bkdy to v\u0161e dopln\u00ed vlajky a\u00a0nechvaln\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00e9 symboly T\u0159et\u00ed \u0159\u00ed\u0161e, jindy zase portr\u00e9ty v\u016fdc\u016f v\u00fdchodon\u011bmeck\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu d\u011bln\u00edk\u016f, roln\u00edk\u016f a\u00a0pracuj\u00edc\u00ed inteligence, v\u00a0ulic\u00edch se potuluje komparz v\u00a0historick\u00e9m oble\u010den\u00ed, pomocn\u00edci zastavuj\u00ed chodce, aby nevstoupili do z\u00e1b\u011bru, asistenti re\u017eie vyk\u0159ikuj\u00ed pokyny v\u00a0angli\u010dtin\u011b\u2026 Dal\u0161\u00ed produkce nat\u00e1\u010d\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed film odehr\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed se v\u00a0p\u0159edv\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9m, v\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9m \u010di pov\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9m Berl\u00edn\u011b. N\u00e1sledkem p\u0159etr\u017een\u00e9 kontinuity \u010dasto ani dnes nevn\u00edm\u00e1me, \u017ee jde o\u00a0architekturu n\u011bmeck\u00fdch tv\u016frc\u016f, kter\u00e1 je ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 velmi pra\u017esk\u00e1. N\u011bmci s\u00a0n\u00e1mi stalet\u00ed \u017eili ve spole\u010dn\u00e9m st\u00e1t\u011b, v\u00a0Praze se koncentrovala a\u00a0tvo\u0159ila jejich elita. (K\u00a0n\u011bmeck\u00e9 n\u00e1rodnosti se mimochodem p\u0159i posledn\u00edm p\u0159edv\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9m s\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0roce 1930 v\u00a0Praze VII p\u0159ihl\u00e1silo 3753 \u010deskoslovensk\u00fdch st\u00e1tn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edk\u016f; v\u00edc N\u011bmc\u016f v\u00a0Praze \u017eilo jen na Nov\u00e9m M\u011bst\u011b a\u00a0Kr\u00e1lovsk\u00fdch Vinohradech.) Po jejich odsunu a\u00a0n\u00e1stupu komunistick\u00e9ho re\u017eimu n\u00e1sledovala doba, kdy bylo roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00fdm zvykem p\u0159edst\u00edrat opak: \u017ee tu \u017e\u00e1dn\u00ed N\u011bmci nikdy nebyli, n\u011bme\u010dt\u00ed architekti netvo\u0159ili, a\u00a0pokud snad p\u0159ece jen ano, za moc to nest\u00e1lo. I\u00a0rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 d\u00edlo, kter\u00e9 vytvo\u0159il Adolf Foehr (\u010dti \u201eF\u00e9r\u201c) a\u00a0kter\u00fdm se o\u00a0\u201en\u011bmeck\u00fd\u201c r\u00e1z zna\u010dn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Bubn\u016f zaslou\u017eil m\u011brou vrchovatou, upadlo t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u00a0zapomn\u011bn\u00ed a\u00a0rozhodn\u011b v\u00a0pov\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9 dob\u011b nedo\u0161lo adekv\u00e1tn\u00edho ocen\u011bn\u00ed. V\u00a0roce 1985 zn\u00e1m\u00fd historik architektury v\u00a0dobov\u011b poplatn\u00e9m textu publikace Praha&nbsp;7 \u2013 sto let modern\u00ed architektury p\u00ed\u0161e: \u201eTak\u00e9 \u010detn\u00e9 domovn\u00ed bloky projektovan\u00e9 n\u011bmeck\u00fdm architektem A. Foehrem (zejm\u00e9na v\u00a0okol\u00ed hole\u0161ovick\u00e9ho \u0158ez\u00e1\u010dova n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed) v\u00a0nabub\u0159el\u00e9m a\u00a0pochmurn\u00e9m duchu ost\u0159e kontrastuj\u00ed se vskutku modern\u00ed architekturou, kter\u00e1 se rod\u00ed v\u00a0projek\u010dn\u00edch ateli\u00e9rech mlad\u0161\u00ed generace,\u201c a\u00a0ve Slovn\u00ed\u010dku architekt\u016f v\u00a0z\u00e1v\u011bru publikace ty n\u011bmeck\u00e9 zcela pom\u00edj\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edstup \u201en\u011bmeck\u00e9 = \u0161patn\u00e9\u201c p\u0159itom v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pra\u017esk\u00fdch architekt\u016f nikdy ned\u00e1val mnoho smyslu. Velk\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina pra\u017esk\u00fdch N\u011bmc\u016f sm\u00fd\u0161lela liber\u00e1ln\u011b a\u00a0jejich politick\u00e9 postoje se velmi li\u0161ily od t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 na sklonku 20.&nbsp;let za\u010daly (p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00a0d\u016fsledku hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 krize) kl\u00ed\u010dit v\u00a0Sudetech.<\/p>\r\n<p>Zat\u00edm byla \u0159e\u010d o\u00a0architektovi, ten by ale nebyl ni\u010d\u00edm, kdyby nebylo stavebn\u00edka. Fakt, \u017ee Foehr bydlel nejprve od roku 1912 v\u00a0He\u0159manov\u011b a\u00a0od roku 1928 ve vlastn\u00edm dom\u011b v\u00a0Bubensk\u00e9 ulici, samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nen\u00ed odpov\u011bd\u00ed na ot\u00e1zku, pro\u010d pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u00a0sedm\u00e9m pra\u017esk\u00e9m obvodu vzniklo tolik dom\u016f podle jeho projekt\u016f. Stalo se tak d\u00edky dv\u011bma v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm stavebn\u00edm dru\u017estv\u016fm ovl\u00e1dan\u00fdm pra\u017esk\u00fdmi N\u011bmci \u2013 Pra\u017esk\u00e9mu spolku pro lidov\u00e9 byty (Prager Volkswohnungsverein) a\u00a0Stavebn\u00edmu dru\u017estvu \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edk\u016f bank\u00a0a\u00a0spo\u0159itelen v\u00a0Praze (Baugenossenschaft f\u00fcr Bank- und Sparkassenbeamte in Prag). Ob\u011b dru\u017estva v\u00a0meziv\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9m obdob\u00ed vyv\u00edjela intenzivn\u00ed stavebn\u00ed \u010dinnost pr\u00e1v\u011b (a\u00a0pouze) na Sedmi\u010dce, \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b na Letn\u00e9, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00a0oblasti Bubn\u016f. Zde v\u00a0t\u00e9 dob\u011b byly postupn\u011b ru\u0161eny tov\u00e1rny, kter\u00e9 na pozemc\u00edch bl\u00edzko \u017eeleznice vznikly b\u011bhem 19.&nbsp;stolet\u00ed. Ob\u011b n\u011bmeck\u00e1 dru\u017estva byla p\u0159i skupov\u00e1n\u00ed stavebn\u00edch parcel zna\u010dn\u011b \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 a\u00a0na p\u0159erodu industri\u00e1ln\u00ed periferie v\u00a0modern\u00ed reziden\u010dn\u00ed \u010dtvr\u0165 m\u011bla v\u00fdznamn\u00fd pod\u00edl.\u00a0V\u00a0Bubnech a\u00a0na Letn\u00e9 postavila celkem 35 \u010din\u017eovn\u00edch dom\u016f a\u00a0Adolf Foehr, kter\u00fd spolupracoval s\u00a0ob\u011bma dru\u017estvy, je podeps\u00e1n nebo spolupodeps\u00e1n pod pl\u00e1ny dev\u011btadvaceti z\u00a0nich. Charakter v\u00fdstavby p\u0159itom ur\u010doval fakt, \u017ee dru\u017estevn\u00edci se \u0159adili do st\u0159edn\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddy (mezi pra\u017esk\u00fdmi N\u011bmci prakticky neexistovala chudina), vznikalo tedy bydlen\u00ed kvalitn\u00ed, prostorn\u00e9 a\u00a0modern\u011b vybaven\u00e9. Vpravo je vid\u011bt typick\u00fd ark\u00fd\u0159.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Kdo byl Adolf Foehr?<br \/>\r\n<\/strong>Nen\u00ed ambic\u00ed tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku podat ucelen\u00fd Foehr\u016fv \u017eivotopis (v\u00a0tomto sm\u011bru poslou\u017e\u00ed internetov\u00e9 zdroje i\u00a0odborn\u00e9 publikace), uve\u010fme ale z\u00e1kladn\u00ed fakta. Adolf Foehr se\u00a0narodil v\u00a0roce 1880 v\u00a0Norimberku, d\u011btstv\u00ed str\u00e1vil v\u00a0sask\u00e9m Annabergu a\u00a0pozd\u011bji se s\u00a0rodi\u010di p\u0159est\u011bhoval do Prahy. Absolvoval tu n\u011bmeckou techniku, ale i\u00a0mistrovskou \u0161kolu Jana Kot\u011bry na Um\u011bleckopr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 \u0161kole, co\u017e dob\u0159e ilustruje tehdej\u0161\u00ed kulturn\u00ed symbi\u00f3zu \u010desk\u00e9ho sv\u011bta s\u00a0n\u011bmeck\u00fdm. Pot\u00e9 vystudoval tak\u00e9 cury\u0161skou polytechniku. Vlastn\u00ed praxi si v\u00a0Praze zalo\u017eil v\u00a0roce 1908 a\u00a0postupn\u011b se etabloval u\u00a0dob\u0159e situovan\u00e9 n\u011bmeckojazy\u010dn\u00e9 klientely, nap\u0159\u00edklad poji\u0161\u0165ovny Donau a\u00a0banky Union. Z\u00e1b\u011br jeho tvorby byl \u0161irok\u00fd, od n\u00e1hrobk\u016f a\u00a0hrobek z\u00a0ran\u00fdch let p\u0159es kaple, modlitebny, vily a\u00a0\u010din\u017eovn\u00ed domy a\u017e po velk\u00e9 bankovn\u00ed pal\u00e1ce a\u00a0obchodn\u00ed domy. Sv\u00e9 d\u00edlo Foehr prezentoval v\u00a0publikac\u00edch, kter\u00e9 vydal vlastn\u00edm n\u00e1kladem pod lakonick\u00fdm n\u00e1zvem Bauten und Entw\u00fcrfe (Stavby a\u00a0n\u00e1vrhy) v\u00a0letech 1925, 1928 a\u00a01934. D\u00edky nim dnes m\u00e1me nejen p\u0159ehled o\u00a0Foehrov\u00fdch realizovan\u00fdch i\u00a0nerealizovan\u00fdch projektech, ale tak\u00e9 cenn\u00e9 fotografie z\u00a0mnoha m\u00edst v\u00a0Praze i\u00a0jin\u00fdch m\u011bstech dokumentuj\u00edc\u00ed jejich podobu v\u00a0dob\u00e1ch, kdy zde ucelen\u00e1 z\u00e1stavba teprve vznikala.<\/p>\r\n<p>Zaj\u00edmavou str\u00e1nkou Foehrovy osobnosti je jeho spole\u010densk\u00e1 anga\u017eovanost. Byl n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t zvolen do pra\u017esk\u00e9ho zastupitelstva za liber\u00e1ln\u011b orientovanou N\u011bmeckou demokratickou svobodomyslnou stranu, od roku 1924 byl stavebn\u00edm radou, p\u0159isp\u00edval do n\u011bmeck\u00fdch den\u00edk\u016f Bohemia a\u00a0Prager Tagblatt a\u00a0vzdor p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9mu v\u00fdrazu, kter\u00fdm se vyzna\u010duj\u00ed jeho domy i\u00a0jeho fotografick\u00e9 portr\u00e9ty, byl \u010dlenem recesistick\u00e9ho spolku Schlaraffia.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/bubenske-a-letenske-stopy-adolfa-foehra\/obr4-u-smaltovny-1218-rok-1932\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/obr4-u-smaltovny-1218-rok-1932-384x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"384\" height=\"400\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-63824 size-medium\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/obr4-u-smaltovny-1218-rok-1932-384x400.jpg 384w, https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/obr4-u-smaltovny-1218-rok-1932.jpg 572w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 384px) 100vw, 384px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<em>D\u016fm \u010d. p. 1218 na rohu Veletr\u017en\u00ed a\u00a0U\u00a0Smaltovny, 1932.&nbsp;\u010ceskosloven\u0161t\u00ed ob\u010dan\u00e9 n\u011bmeck\u00e9 n\u00e1rodnosti spo\u0159\u00e1dan\u011b vyv\u011bsili na d\u016fm st\u00e1tn\u00ed vlajky, za pozornost stoj\u00ed p\u0159edzahr\u00e1dka ve Veletr\u017en\u00ed ulici \u2013 tu stavebn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad p\u0159ik\u00e1zal v\u00a0roce 1938 zlikvidovat, nebo\u0165 byla vybudov\u00e1na v\u00a0rozporu se stavebn\u00edm povolen\u00edm. Vpravo ohrada, za kterou se teprve za n\u011bkolik let za\u010dne stav\u011bt Mal\u00fd Berl\u00edn.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p>Ve sv\u00e9m oboru si Foehr vyp\u011bstoval charakteristick\u00fd styl \u2013 stroh\u00fd, monument\u00e1ln\u00ed, navazuj\u00edc\u00ed na tv\u016fr\u010d\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st d\u011bdictv\u00ed\u00a0historismu\u00a019.&nbsp;stolet\u00ed, kterou p\u0159evedl do nov\u00fdch modernistick\u00fdch tvar\u016f. D\u00e1 se \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee trval\u00fdm t\u00e9matem jeho tvorby je zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 plastick\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed\u00a0fas\u00e1dy, a\u00a0to r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby \u2013 postupn\u011b pro\u0161el\u00a0v\u00fdvojem k\u00a0modern\u011bj\u0161\u00edm tvar\u016fm a\u00a0na sklonku kari\u00e9ry se dopracoval k\u00a0t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 funkcionalistick\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je z\u00a0jeho realizac\u00ed vid\u011bt, \u017ee byl schopen se od sv\u00e9ho rukopisu odch\u00fdlit, z\u0159ejm\u011b pokud to vy\u017eadoval stavebn\u00edk (patrn\u00e9 je to zejm\u00e9na u\u00a0vil). U\u00a0\u010din\u017eovn\u00edch dom\u016f pro n\u011bmeck\u00e1 stavebn\u00ed dru\u017estva v\u00a0Praze, kde jako jejich \u201edvorn\u00ed architekt\u201c nejsp\u00ed\u0161 m\u011bl zna\u010dnou tv\u016fr\u010d\u00ed svobodu, jsou charakteristick\u00fdmi prvky p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u010detn\u00e9 ark\u00fd\u0159e (v\u00fdstupky vy\u010dn\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00a0pr\u016f\u010del\u00ed budovy), zprvu obd\u00e9ln\u00edkov\u00e9ho p\u016fdorysu a\u00a0podp\u00edran\u00e9 n\u00e1padn\u00fdmi konzolami, u\u00a0pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edch staveb st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji p\u016fdorysu troj\u00faheln\u00edkov\u00e9ho. Pro Foehrovy domy jsou tak\u00e9 typick\u00e1 \u00fazk\u00e1 \u010dlen\u011bn\u00e1 okna, v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 profilovan\u00e9 pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 \u0159\u00edmsy, p\u016floblouky, z\u00e1bradl\u00ed balkon\u016f s\u00a0ku\u017eelkami nebo p\u016flobloukov\u00fdm pr\u016f\u0159ezem a\u00a0zaoblen\u00e9 plechov\u00e9 baldach\u00fdny nad ark\u00fd\u0159i a\u00a0domovn\u00edmi vstupy, kter\u00e9 hlavn\u011b u\u00a0jeho star\u0161\u00edch dom\u016f \u010dasto maj\u00ed podobu \u00fastupkov\u00fdch port\u00e1l\u016f stup\u0148ovit\u011b se roz\u0161i\u0159uj\u00edc\u00edch do stran.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>N\u011bmeck\u00fdmi Bubny k\u0159\u00ed\u017eem kr\u00e1\u017eem<br \/>\r\n<\/strong>Pokud si s\u00a0popisem Foehrova \u201erukopisu\u201c v\u00a0p\u0159edchoz\u00edm odstavci nev\u00edte rady a\u00a0r\u00e1di byste o\u00a0n\u011bm z\u00edskali jasn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edstavu, pak koncentrace dom\u016f Adolfa Foehra na Sedmi\u010dce p\u0159\u00edmo vyb\u00edz\u00ed k\u00a0seznamovac\u00ed proch\u00e1zce. Za\u010d\u00edt m\u016f\u017eete stylov\u011b p\u0159ed Foehrov\u00fdm vlastn\u00edm domem z\u00a0roku 1928 v\u00a0<strong>Bubensk\u00e9 ulici 39<\/strong>. Foehr s\u00a0man\u017eelkou a\u00a0dv\u011bma d\u011btmi ob\u00fdval opulentn\u00ed mezonetov\u00fd byt rozkl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00ed se ve 4.&nbsp;pat\u0159e a\u00a0v\u00a0podkrov\u00ed, s\u00a0v\u00fdhledem na n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed are\u00e1l a\u00a0industri\u00e1ln\u00ed panorama Hole\u0161ovic. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed parteru dom\u016f\u00a0<strong>\u0160im\u00e1\u010dkova 2, 4 a\u00a06<\/strong>\u00a0je n\u011bkolik mal\u00fdch obchod\u016f a\u00a0tak\u00e9 restaurace, p\u016fvodn\u011b zvan\u00e1 Friesl\u016fv restaurant, b\u011bhem okupace U\u00a0St\u00e1rka, pak dlouho Na \u0160acht\u011b a\u00a0nyn\u00ed Na Nov\u00e9 \u0161acht\u011b. Do \u0160im\u00e1\u010dkovy ulice op\u011bt vy\u010dn\u00edvaj\u00ed troj\u00faheln\u00edkov\u00e9 ark\u00fd\u0159e, vchod do restaurace je kryt\u00fd oplechovan\u00fdm baldach\u00fdnem, na Foehrovy standardy ov\u0161em sp\u00ed\u0161e nen\u00e1padn\u00fdm.<\/p>\r\n<p>U\u00a0hostince zahneme doleva do ulice U\u00a0Smaltovny, kde po domech, je\u017e sv\u00e9ho autora nezap\u0159ou, m\u016f\u017eeme na obou stran\u00e1ch ulice vid\u011bt domy, kter\u00e9 jsou naopak dosti \u201enefoehrovsk\u00e9\u201c. D\u016fm \u010d. p. 1218 a\u00a01563 (<strong>U\u00a0Smaltovny 17 a\u00a019<\/strong>; d\u016fm byl administrativn\u011b rozd\u011blen na dva a\u017e v\u00a0roce 2003) z\u00a0roku 1932 reprezentuje pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed obdob\u00ed Foehrovy tvorby, kde jsou znaky typick\u00e9 pro jeho stavby u\u017e dosti upozad\u011bny \u2013<br \/>\r\nm\u00e1 ark\u00fd\u0159e, ale bez baldach\u00fdn\u016f a\u00a0ozdobn\u00fdch konzol\u00ed, okna maj\u00ed horizont\u00e1ln\u00ed tvar. Stavba m\u00e1 plochou st\u0159echu, rovn\u011b\u017e u\u00a0Foehra neobvyklou, a\u00a0vlastn\u011b jedin\u00fdm pro autora typick\u00fdm prvkem jsou v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 \u0159\u00edmsy v\u00a0ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch patrech a\u00a0tak\u00e9 ku\u017eelky v\u00a0z\u00e1bradl\u00edch teras v\u00a0ustupuj\u00edc\u00edm pat\u0159e, kter\u00e9 ale z\u00a0ulice st\u011b\u017e\u00ed zahl\u00e9dneme.<\/p>\r\n<p>Naproti stoj\u00ed d\u016fm \u010d. p. 1334 a\u00a01335 (<strong>U\u00a0Smaltovny 20 a\u00a022<\/strong>), Mal\u00fd Berl\u00edn (v\u00a0u\u017e\u0161\u00edm smyslu, proto\u017ee Mal\u00fd Berl\u00edn se tak\u00e9 \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 cel\u00e9mu okol\u00ed). Tento obytn\u00fd komplex je pro Prahu neobvyklou uk\u00e1zkou konceptu, kdy je cel\u00fd domovn\u00ed blok zpracov\u00e1n podle jednoho pl\u00e1nu, a\u00a0tak\u00e9 jde podle v\u0161eho o\u00a0\u00fapln\u011b posledn\u00ed Foehr\u016fv \u010din\u017eovn\u00ed d\u016fm. Pokud ho ov\u0161em jako Foehr\u016fv uzn\u00e1me \u2013 Foehr v\u00a0roce 1932 obeslal skicami a\u00a0modely sout\u011b\u017e Stavebn\u00edho dru\u017estva \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edk\u016f bank a\u00a0spo\u0159itelen v\u00a0Praze na n\u00e1vrh domu a\u00a0v\u00a0odborn\u00e9 literatu\u0159e je uv\u00e1d\u011bn jako jeho spoluautor, pod stavebn\u00edmi pl\u00e1ny je ale podeps\u00e1n jin\u00fd pra\u017esk\u00fd n\u011bmeck\u00fd architekt, Franti\u0161ek Hru\u0161ka (Franz Hruschka). Vedou se r\u016fzn\u00e9 \u00favahy, do jak\u00e9 m\u00edry Hru\u0161ka vych\u00e1zel z\u00a0Foehrov\u00fdch n\u00e1vrh\u016f a\u00a0jak velk\u00fd je Foehr\u016fv autorsk\u00fd vnos do t\u00e9to realizace, dokon\u010den\u00e9 v\u00a0roce 1939; autor \u010dl\u00e1nku si v\u00a0t\u00e9 souvislosti dovoluje jen poznamenat, \u017ee Foehrovy skici, sv\u00fdm tvaroslov\u00edm zna\u010dn\u011b upom\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed na prot\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010d. p. 1218, se od fin\u00e1ln\u00ed podoby domu jak hmotou, tak tvarov\u00fdmi podrobnostmi podstatn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0\u017ee nap\u0159\u00edklad kab\u0159incov\u00e9 obklady, kter\u00e9 se na dom\u011b hojn\u011b vyskytuj\u00ed a\u00a0podle prvn\u00edho Hru\u0161kova n\u00e1vrhu m\u011bly b\u00fdt je\u0161t\u011b hojn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, jsou na ostatn\u00edch Foehrov\u00fdch domech zcela nezn\u00e1m\u00fdm prvkem.\u00a0Domu a\u00a0jeho historii byl v\u011bnov\u00e1n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/maly-berlin-ii\/\">\u010dl\u00e1nek v\u00a0Hobuletu \u010d. 9\/2017<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<p>Obyvatel\u00e9 Mal\u00e9ho Berl\u00edna \u010dasto p\u0159eb\u00edhaj\u00ed Veletr\u017en\u00ed v\u00a0\u00farovni ulice U\u00a0Smaltovny, proto\u017ee to pova\u017euj\u00ed za sv\u00e9 zvykov\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo, my ale bezpe\u010dn\u011b vyu\u017eijeme p\u0159echod u\u00a0samoobsluhy o\u00a0blok v\u00fd\u0161 a\u00a0vyd\u00e1me se Schnirchovou. T\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed \u201eHe\u0159ma\u0148\u00e1kem\u201c, jak m\u00edstn\u00ed \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed \u0158ez\u00e1\u010dovu n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed, m\u00e1me po prav\u00e9 ruce dva velmi podobn\u00e9 domy (<strong>Schnirchova 1 a\u00a03<\/strong>), kter\u00e9 u\u017e p\u0159i b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m m\u00edjen\u00ed upoutaj\u00ed mohutn\u00fdmi \u00fastupkov\u00fdmi port\u00e1ly \u2013 zde se Foehr dost\u00e1v\u00e1 skoro a\u017e na hranici kubismu. Vzhl\u00e9dneme-li v\u00fd\u0161e, spat\u0159\u00edme dal\u0161\u00ed typick\u00e9 prvky \u2013 p\u016flobloukov\u00e1 okna, v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 \u0159\u00edmsy, ark\u00fd\u0159e podep\u0159en\u00e9 konzolami. Na\u0161e vych\u00e1zka zat\u00edm vedla sp\u00ed\u0161e proti proudu \u010dasu, proto je pr\u00e1v\u011b p\u0159ed t\u011bmito domy ten prav\u00fd moment uv\u011bdomit si, jakou kontinuitu v\u00a0sob\u011b nese Foehr\u016fv v\u00fdvoj \u2013 s\u00a0\u010dlenitost\u00ed fas\u00e1dy si hr\u00e1l se zjevn\u00fdm pot\u011b\u0161en\u00edm u\u017e u\u00a0sv\u00fdch nejstar\u0161\u00edch dom\u016f, u\u00a0kter\u00fdch je\u0161t\u011b reflektoval dozn\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed historismus, a\u00a0nep\u0159estal si s\u00a0n\u00ed hr\u00e1t ani v\u00a0dob\u011b, kdy u\u017e v\u011bt\u0161ina jeho koleg\u016f navrhovala funkcionalistick\u00e9 budovy s\u00a0ploch\u00fdmi pr\u016f\u010del\u00edmi.<\/p>\r\n<p>Zadn\u00edmi trakty k\u00a0dom\u016fm p\u0159il\u00e9haj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed dva,\u00a0<strong>Janovsk\u00e9ho 18 a\u00a020<\/strong>, podobn\u011b pojednan\u00e9, s\u00a0m\u00e9n\u011b monument\u00e1ln\u00edmi, zato baldach\u00fdnem kryt\u00fdmi vchody. V\u0161echny \u010dty\u0159i domy vznikly v\u00a0roce 1921 a\u00a0zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee je stav\u011bly r\u016fzn\u00e9 firmy \u2013 domy Schnirchova 1 a\u00a0Janovsk\u00e9ho 16 stav\u011blo n\u011bmeck\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed podnikatelstv\u00ed<br \/>\r\nA. M\u00f6se ze Sm\u00edchova (se kter\u00fdm Foehr spolupracoval velmi \u010dasto), zat\u00edmco zbyl\u00e9 dva n\u00e1ro\u017en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed severn\u00ed stranu bloku do \u0160ternberkovy, jsou d\u00edlem \u010desk\u00e9ho stavitele Karla Du\u0161ka z\u00a0Ha\u0161kovy ulice.<\/p>\r\n<p>Na prot\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, doln\u00ed stran\u011b \u0158ez\u00e1\u010dova n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 a\u00a0do ulice U\u00a0Smaltovny pokra\u010duje skupina dal\u0161\u00edch t\u0159\u00ed dom\u016f, pro sv\u00e9ho autora zcela typick\u00fdch (<strong>U\u00a0Smaltovny 2, 4 a\u00a06<\/strong>). Absenci ark\u00fd\u0159\u016f \u201evynahrazuj\u00ed\u201c v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 balkony na konzol\u00e1ch s\u00a0ku\u017eelkov\u00fdm z\u00e1bradl\u00edm, okna jsou \u00fazk\u00e1 a\u00a0relativn\u011b daleko od sebe, vchody kryj\u00ed mohutn\u00e9 baldach\u00fdny, upoutaj\u00ed p\u016flobloukov\u00e9 tvary neobvykl\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00edch lod\u017ei\u00ed zabezpe\u010den\u00fdch m\u0159\u00ed\u017eemi a\u00a0u\u00a0dom\u016f 2 a\u00a04 si m\u016f\u017eeme v\u0161imnout dal\u0161\u00edho prvku, kter\u00fd Foehr r\u00e1d pou\u017e\u00edval \u2013 mal\u00fdch \u201edomovnick\u00fdch\u201c ok\u00e9nek po stran\u00e1ch vchodu. Blok obejdeme a\u00a0na jeho v\u00fdchodn\u00ed stran\u011b najdeme dal\u0161\u00ed dvojici dom\u016f z\u00a0roku 1922 (<strong>Bubensk\u00e1 13 a\u00a015<\/strong>), kter\u00e9 byly v\u00a0dob\u011b sv\u00e9ho vzniku pojmenov\u00e1ny Wertherovy domy; pochmurn\u011b vyhl\u00ed\u017eej\u00edc\u00ed dvojdom\u00ed by vskutku bylo dobrou kulisou p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhu trp\u00edc\u00edho hrdiny Goetheho rom\u00e1nu. Na jejich n\u00e1vrhu se pod\u00edlel tak\u00e9 profesor pra\u017esk\u00e9 n\u011bmeck\u00e9 techniky Karl Theodor Bach, nesou v\u0161ak jasn\u011b Foehr\u016fv rukopis.<\/p>\r\n<p>Nyn\u00ed m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159ej\u00edt He\u0159manovu a\u00a0na dal\u0161\u00edm rohu zabo\u010dit doprava do ulice Podplukovn\u00edka Sochora, kde lze porovnat Foehrovy typick\u00e9 prvky z\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00fdch obdob\u00ed vedle sebe: d\u016fm \u010d. p. 1391 (<strong>Pplk. Sochora\u00a04<\/strong>) byl dostav\u011bn v\u00a0roce 1929\u00a0a\u00a0p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 d\u016fm \u010d. p. 1218 v\u00a0ulici U\u00a0Smaltovny; vid\u00edme mno\u017estv\u00ed pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00fdch \u0159\u00edms, ark\u00fd\u0159e obd\u00e9ln\u00edkov\u00e9ho p\u016fdorysu jsou zde podep\u0159en\u00e9 alespo\u0148 decentn\u00edmi konzolami a\u00a0na autora odkazuje tak\u00e9 \u00fastupkov\u00fd port\u00e1l, ov\u0161em mnohem um\u011b\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u\u00a0star\u0161\u00edch dom\u016f ve Schnirchov\u011b. Navazuje blok t\u0159\u00ed dom\u016f (<strong>Farsk\u00e9ho 8, 10 a\u00a012<\/strong>), jen o\u00a0dva roky star\u0161\u00ed, ale vypadaj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b jinak \u2013 ark\u00fd\u0159e jsou troj\u00faheln\u00edkov\u00e9, okna u\u017e\u0161\u00ed, \u0159\u00edmsy m\u00e9n\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u00e9. Zkosen\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u017e\u00ed zase trochu bud\u00ed dojem, \u017ee sem bylo implantov\u00e1no z\u00a0nedalek\u00fdch dom\u016f na za\u010d\u00e1tku ulice U\u00a0Smaltovny \u2013 v\u00a0\u00farovni prvn\u00edho a\u00a0druh\u00e9ho patra je ark\u00fd\u0159, tentokr\u00e1t obd\u00e9ln\u00edkov\u00fd, a\u00a0nad n\u00edm dva v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 balkony s\u00a0ku\u017eelkov\u00fdm z\u00e1bradl\u00edm, v\u0161e samoz\u0159ejm\u011b podep\u0159eno konzolami.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Do kopce, na Letnou, za Foehrem!<br \/>\r\n<\/strong>Kdy\u017e budeme pokra\u010dovat ulic\u00ed Pplk. Sochora vzh\u016fru\u00a0a\u00a0na jej\u00edm konci p\u0159ed kinem Bio Oko zahneme doprava do ulice Franti\u0161ka K\u0159\u00ed\u017eka, na\u0161e oko, snad ji\u017e trochu vycvi\u010den\u00e9 na Foehrovu architekturu, nejsp\u00ed\u0161 upout\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed skupina dom\u016f t\u00e1hnouc\u00ed se po lev\u00e9 stran\u011b ulice od n\u00e1ro\u017e\u00ed s\u00a0He\u0159manovou a\u017e po Veletr\u017en\u00ed. Na prvn\u00ed pohled je patrn\u00e9, \u017ee domy rostly postupn\u011b. Star\u0161\u00ed (<strong>He\u0159manova 32, Franti\u0161ka K\u0159\u00ed\u017eka 21<\/strong>) byly postaveny v\u00a0roce 1924; ark\u00fd\u0159e maj\u00ed tentokr\u00e1t trochu neobvykle p\u0159edn\u00ed st\u011bnu vytvarovanou do m\u00edrn\u00e9ho oblouku, jinak ov\u0161em maj\u00ed domy v\u0161e, co od jejich autora o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1me. K\u00a0nim byly v\u00a0roce 1927 dostav\u011bny domy\u00a0<strong>Franti\u0161ka K\u0159\u00ed\u017eka 23, 25 a\u00a027<\/strong>. Foehrem navr\u017een\u00e1 v\u00fdstavba Pra\u017esk\u00e9ho spolku pro lidov\u00e9 byty pokra\u010duje i\u00a0za rohem (<strong>Veletr\u017en\u00ed 37 a\u00a039<\/strong>) a\u00a0kon\u010d\u00ed domem, jeho\u017e sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jsou rozlehl\u00e9 d\u00edlny autoservisu ve dvo\u0159e.<\/p>\r\n<p>Nyn\u00ed se mus\u00edme vr\u00e1tit, doj\u00edt na t\u0159\u00eddu Milady Hor\u00e1kov\u00e9 a\u00a0sej\u00edt o\u00a0ulici n\u00ed\u017ee, do Veverkovy. Zach\u00e1zka ale stoj\u00ed za to, budeme odm\u011bn\u011bni pohledem na neobvykl\u00fd Foehr\u016fv d\u016fm \u010d. p. 1229 (<strong>Veverkova 9<\/strong>), postaven\u00fd v\u00a0roce 1933 pro soukrom\u00e9ho majitele Langa. Foehr se zde ocit\u00e1 asi nejbl\u00ed\u017ee funkcionalismu \u2013 p\u00e1sov\u00e1 okna (bohu\u017eel znehodnocen\u00e1 novodobou v\u00fdm\u011bnou za plastov\u00e1) p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed v\u00a0jeho tvorb\u011b mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b neobvykl\u00fd prvek. Snad aby si to vynahradil a\u00a0zanechal i\u00a0zde n\u011bjak\u00e9 pozn\u00e1vac\u00ed znamen\u00ed, doplnil je architekt sv\u00fdmi obl\u00edben\u00fdmi \u201e\u0161pi\u010dat\u00fdmi\u201c ark\u00fd\u0159i na prav\u00e9 i\u00a0lev\u00e9 stran\u011b pr\u016f\u010del\u00ed.<\/p>\r\n<p>D\u00e1le se m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159es Vina\u0159skou\u00a0a\u00a0Franti\u0161ka K\u0159\u00ed\u017eka vydat do Letohradsk\u00e9, kde na rohu s\u00a0ulic\u00ed U\u00a0Letensk\u00e9ho sadu proch\u00e1zku ukon\u010d\u00edme. Skupina dom\u016f na v\u00fdchodn\u00ed stran\u011b\u00a0ulice U\u00a0Letensk\u00e9ho sadu (<strong>Letohradsk\u00e1 36,\u00a0U\u00a0Letensk\u00e9ho sadu 14, 16 a\u00a018, Dobrovsk\u00e9ho 13<\/strong>) vznikla v\u00a0roce 1923 a\u00a0vizu\u00e1ln\u011b tvo\u0159\u00ed jednotn\u00fd celek, p\u0159esto\u017ee jednotliv\u00e9 domy pat\u0159ily r\u016fzn\u00fdm stavebn\u00edm dru\u017estv\u016fm. Prot\u011bj\u0161\u00ed d\u016fm \u010d. p. 1212\u00a0(<strong>Letohradsk\u00e1 38<\/strong>) je o\u00a0n\u011bco star\u0161\u00ed, zdobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0b\u00fdval s\u00eddlem Pra\u017esk\u00e9ho spolku pro lidov\u00e9\u00a0byty.
