Je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed prvn\u00ed sv\u011btovou v\u00e1lkou se zde uskute\u010dnilo n\u011bkolik velk\u00fdch stavebn\u00edch projekt\u016f, kter\u00e9 tv\u00e1\u0159 ostrova z\u00e1sadn\u011b prom\u011bnily.<\/p>\r\n<p>[\/perex]<\/p>\r\n<p>Prvn\u00ed z\u00a0velk\u00fdch novinek bylo budov\u00e1n\u00ed zdymadla a\u00a0souvisej\u00edc\u00ed \u00fapravy u\u00a0ostrova, je\u017e byly sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho z\u00e1m\u011bru na lep\u0161\u00ed splavn\u011bn\u00ed Vltavy na \u00fazem\u00ed Prahy. Tato mo\u017enost se ne\u0159e\u0161ila poprv\u00e9, ji\u017e v\u00a0posledn\u00edch dvou dek\u00e1d\u00e1ch 19.&nbsp;stolet\u00ed (konkr\u00e9tn\u011b v\u00a0letech 1888 a\u00a01895) byly vypracov\u00e1ny dva projekty na splavn\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 ov\u0161em z\u016fstaly pouze na pap\u00ed\u0159e. Krom\u011b finan\u010dn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f na samotn\u00e9 stavby bylo t\u0159eba zajistit pen\u00edze na v\u00fdkup ml\u00fdn\u016f, jejich\u017e \u010dinnost m\u011bla b\u00fdt v\u00a0souvislosti s\u00a0\u00fapravou \u0159e\u010di\u0161t\u011b a\u00a0zasyp\u00e1n\u00edm cel\u00e9 \u0159ady ml\u00fdnsk\u00fdch ramen \u0159eky\u00a0a\u00a0n\u00e1hon\u016f ukon\u010dena. \u0160lo o\u00a029 objekt\u016f s\u00a0celkovou vodn\u00ed silou 1230 ko\u0148sk\u00fdch sil.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/kapitoly-z-dejin-stvanice-v\/01-uprava-reciste-stvanice-p7-10-04\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-58578\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/01-\u00faprava-\u0159e\u010di\u0161t\u011b-\u0160tvanice-P7-10-04-1475x1000.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"434\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-58578 size-large\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/01-\u00faprava-\u0159e\u010di\u0161t\u011b-\u0160tvanice-P7-10-04-1475x1000.jpg 1475w, https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/01-\u00faprava-\u0159e\u010di\u0161t\u011b-\u0160tvanice-P7-10-04-590x400.jpg 590w, https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/01-\u00faprava-\u0159e\u010di\u0161t\u011b-\u0160tvanice-P7-10-04-768x521.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\r\n<em>\u00daprava \u0159e\u010di\u0161t\u011b Vltavy u\u00a0\u0160tvanice v\u00a0roce 1910<br \/>\r\n<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>\r\nNa po\u010d\u00e1tku roku 1907 byla vyhl\u00e1\u0161ena ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 sout\u011b\u017e na proveden\u00ed stavebn\u00edch prac\u00ed. Zak\u00e1zka byla rozd\u011blena na sedm \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, aby bylo mo\u017eno je zadat, respektive prov\u00e1d\u011bt samostatn\u011b. Jednalo se o\u00a0prohlouben\u00ed \u0159eky od Helmovsk\u00e9ho jezu a\u017e k\u00a0Negrelliho viaduktu, stavbu vorov\u00e9 propusti s\u00a0pob\u0159e\u017en\u00ed zd\u00ed k\u00a0mostu C\u00edsa\u0159e Franti\u0161ka Josefa (ten st\u00e1val zhruba v\u00a0m\u00edstech dne\u0161n\u00edho \u0160tef\u00e1nikova mostu), \u00fapravy z\u00e1padn\u00edho c\u00edpu ostrova \u0160tvanice a\u00a0stavbu \u0161t\u011brkov\u00e9 propusti, odstran\u011bn\u00ed jez\u016f Helmovsk\u00e9ho a\u00a0Novoml\u00fdnsk\u00e9ho a\u00a0stavbu nov\u00e9ho Helmovsk\u00e9ho jezu. M\u011bla se zbudovat pob\u0159e\u017en\u00ed ze\u010f od mostu C\u00edsa\u0159e Franti\u0161ka Josefa a\u017e k\u00a0nov\u00e9mu mostu na \u0160tvanici, v\u00a0pl\u00e1nu byla v\u00fdstavba plavebn\u00edch komor u\u00a0ostrova \u0160tvanice i\u00a0s\u00a0jezem v\u00a0plavebn\u00edm kan\u00e1le, \u00faprava pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed ostrova od jeho z\u00e1padn\u00edho c\u00edpu a\u017e k\u00a0Negrelliho viaduktu a\u00a0proveden\u00ed spodn\u00edho plavebn\u00edho kan\u00e1lu od viaduktu a\u017e k\u00a0vy\u00fast\u011bn\u00ed kan\u00e1lu do Vltavy.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Plavebn\u00ed komora<\/strong><br \/>\r\nOb\u0159\u00ed zak\u00e1zku si nakonec rozd\u011blily jen dv\u011b firmy\u00a0\u2013 Lanna a\u00a0M\u00fcller a\u00a0Kapsa. Jak u\u017e to b\u00fdv\u00e1, v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu realizace projektu doch\u00e1zelo k\u00a0d\u00edl\u010d\u00edm zm\u011bn\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 si vynutila re\u00e1ln\u00e1 situace na staveni\u0161ti. Pr\u00e1ce tak\u00e9 n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t zkomplikovalo vzedmut\u00ed Vltavy\u00a0\u2013 nejv\u00edce pak p\u0159i prudk\u00e9m t\u00e1n\u00ed led\u016f a\u00a0povodni v\u00a0\u00fanoru 1909. V\u011bt\u0161ina prac\u00ed byla dokon\u010dena v\u00a0roce 1913. Vodn\u00ed d\u00edlo \u0160tvanice m\u011blo v\u00fdznam nejen pro lodn\u00ed dopravu na Vltav\u011b, ale i\u00a0pro ostrov samotn\u00fd. Nap\u0159\u00edklad zemina z\u00edskan\u00e1 bagrov\u00e1n\u00edm koryta byla pou\u017eita ke zv\u011bt\u0161en\u00ed plochy ostrova\u00a0v\u00a0jeho z\u00e1padn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti o\u00a0cca 9000 m\u00b2, z\u00e1rove\u0148 do\u0161lo ke scelen\u00ed ostrova, kter\u00fd tak prakticky dostal sv\u00e9 dne\u0161n\u00ed obrysy.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/kapitoly-z-dejin-stvanice-v\/04-povoden-1909-praha-vodou-nanesene-kry-stvanice-p7-09\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-58577\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/04-povode\u0148-1909-Praha-vodou-nane\u0161en\u00e9-kry-\u0160tvanice-p7-09-1365x1000.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"469\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-58577 size-large\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/04-povode\u0148-1909-Praha-vodou-nane\u0161en\u00e9-kry-\u0160tvanice-p7-09-1365x1000.jpg 1365w, https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/04-povode\u0148-1909-Praha-vodou-nane\u0161en\u00e9-kry-\u0160tvanice-p7-09-546x400.jpg 546w, https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/04-povode\u0148-1909-Praha-vodou-nane\u0161en\u00e9-kry-\u0160tvanice-p7-09-768x563.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\r\n<em>Kry pokr\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed ostrov b\u011bhem \u00fanorov\u00e9 povodn\u011b v\u00a0roce 1909<\/em><br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>S\u00a0rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdmi \u00fapravami \u0159e\u010di\u0161t\u011b i\u00a0ostrova souvisela je\u0161t\u011b jedna stavba. V\u00a0roce 1911 ministerstvo obchodu definitivn\u011b rozhodlo, \u017ee p\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00e9 vodn\u00ed s\u00edly generovan\u00e9 u\u00a0zdymadla na \u0160tvanici budou vyu\u017eity pro pohon dvou vodn\u00edch elektr\u00e1ren\u00a0\u2013 na T\u011b\u0161nov\u011b a\u00a0na z\u00e1padn\u00ed \u0161pici ostrova \u0160tvanice. V\u00fdstavba \u0161tvanick\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny prob\u011bhla ve dvou etap\u00e1ch, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e prvn\u00ed z\u00a0nich se odehr\u00e1la je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed definitivn\u00edm schv\u00e1len\u00edm z\u00e1m\u011bru v\u00a0letech 1908\u20131909. Tehdy se vybudovaly obvodov\u00e9 zdi nad \u00farovn\u00ed tehdy zn\u00e1m\u00e9 nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u201evelk\u00e9 vody\u201c a\u00a0tak\u00e9 z\u00e1klady turb\u00edn a\u00a0odpadn\u00ed kan\u00e1ly. K\u00a0dokon\u010den\u00ed elektr\u00e1rny do\u0161lo v\u00a0roce 1913, kdy sem bylo um\u00edst\u011bno kompletn\u00ed strojn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a\u00a0dostav\u011bn samotn\u00fd elektr\u00e1rensk\u00fd objekt. Autorem architektonick\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu budovy elektr\u00e1rny a\u00a0cel\u00e9ho c\u00edpu ostrova byl architekt a\u00a0autor cel\u00e9 \u0159ady technick\u00fdch staveb Franti\u0161ek Sander (1871\u20131932). Objekt m\u011bl symbolizovat n\u00e1stavbu lodi s\u00a0r\u00e1hnem a\u00a0\u010deln\u00edm sto\u017e\u00e1rem. V\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu stavby se ale z\u00e1stupci investora, tedy kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e9ho hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy, rozhodli up\u0159ednostnit pon\u011bkud st\u0159\u00edzliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed projekt architekta Aloise Dlaba\u010de, kter\u00fd dnes dominuje pohledu na Vltavu ze \u0160tef\u00e1nikova mostu.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/kapitoly-z-dejin-stvanice-v\/03-pc-stvanice\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-58576\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/03-PC-\u0160tvanice-627x1000.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"627\" height=\"1000\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-58576 size-large\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/03-PC-\u0160tvanice-627x1000.jpg 627w, https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/03-PC-\u0160tvanice-251x400.jpg 251w, https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/03-PC-\u0160tvanice-768x1225.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 627px) 100vw, 627px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\r\n<em>Dobov\u00e1 pohlednice s\u00a0vyobrazen\u00edm vodn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rny na ostrov\u011b<\/em><br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>K\u00a0v\u00fdrob\u011b elekt\u0159iny zde slou\u017eily celkem t\u0159i Francisovy turb\u00edny, ro\u010dn\u00ed produkce se pohybovala kolem 5,8 milionu kWh a\u00a0tato energie m\u011bla b\u00fdt prim\u00e1rn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na pro provoz bl\u00edzk\u00fdch zdymadel a\u00a0syst\u00e9mu plavebn\u00edch komor a\u00a0jejich osv\u011btlen\u00ed. V\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu sv\u00e9 existence pro\u0161la elektr\u00e1rna n\u011bkolika opravami, nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00a0letech 1960\u20131961, naposledy pak v\u00a0druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b osmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch let 20.&nbsp;stolet\u00ed.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Beton versus \u017eelezo<\/strong><br \/>\r\nPrakticky ve stejn\u00e9 dob\u011b jako projekt zdymadel a\u00a0plavebn\u00edch komor prob\u00edhala na \u0160tvanici je\u0161t\u011b jedna v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 stavba. P\u0159es ostrov vedlo od roku 1900 provizorn\u00ed d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9 p\u0159emost\u011bn\u00ed, jeho\u017e \u017eivotnost se odhadovala na des\u00edtky let. U\u017e po necel\u00e9m desetilet\u00ed ale pra\u017esk\u00e1 obec p\u0159istoupila k\u00a0vystav\u011bn\u00ed mostu trval\u00e9ho. K\u00a0urychlen\u00ed stavebn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edprav p\u0159im\u011bl veden\u00ed Prahy fakt, \u017ee \u00fadr\u017eba d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9ho mostu spolykala ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed financ\u00ed, nav\u00edc jeho dopravn\u00ed kapacita p\u0159est\u00e1vala dosta\u010dovat houstnouc\u00edmu provozu.<\/p>\r\n<p>Harmonogram stavby mostu byl pom\u011brn\u011b nezvykl\u00fd, v\u00fdstavba m\u011bla toti\u017e prob\u011bhnout ve dvou f\u00e1z\u00edch. Nejprve m\u011bla b\u00fdt vybudov\u00e1na \u010d\u00e1st z\u00a0T\u011b\u0161nova na \u0160tvanici, co\u017e zcela nepochybn\u011b souviselo s\u00a0v\u00fdstavbou plavebn\u00edch komor, a\u00a0teprve pot\u00e9 zbytek p\u0159emost\u011bn\u00ed do Hole\u0161ovic. V\u00a0lednu 1908 projedn\u00e1valo z\u00e1m\u011br pra\u017esk\u00e9 zastupitelstvo a\u00a0N\u00e1rodn\u00ed listy tehdy p\u0159edstavily podobu budouc\u00edho mostu \u010dten\u00e1\u0159\u016fm: \u201eNov\u00fd most projektuje se jako spodn\u00ed konstrukce \u017eelezn\u00e1 o\u00a0dvou pol\u00edch, spo\u010d\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed na dvou<br \/>\r\npob\u0159e\u017en\u00edch a\u00a0jednom n\u00e1vodn\u00edm pil\u00ed\u0159i kamenn\u00e9m. Most bude 16 metr\u016f \u0161irok\u00fd, z\u00a0\u010deho\u017e<br \/>\r\n10 metr\u016f p\u0159ipadne na j\u00edzdn\u00ed dr\u00e1hu. Ob\u011b pole budou m\u00edti 46 metr\u016f rozp\u011bt\u00ed.\u201c Autorem n\u00e1vrhu byl m\u011bstsk\u00fd in\u017een\u00fdr Me\u010dislav Petr\u016f, ocelov\u00e9 komponenty dodaly \u017eelez\u00e1rny brat\u0159\u00ed Pr\u00e1\u0161il\u016f.<\/p>\r\n<p>Z\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00edho pohledu jist\u011b udiv\u00ed dv\u011b v\u011bci. V\u00a0prvn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b rychlost\u00a0\u2013 od projedn\u00e1n\u00ed<br \/>\r\nv\u00a0org\u00e1nech m\u011bsta (konec ledna\u00a01910) do dokon\u010den\u00ed uplynuly necel\u00e9 dva roky. Je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce asi p\u0159ekvap\u00ed fakt, \u017ee p\u016fvodn\u00ed rozpo\u010det (1,43 milionu tehdej\u0161\u00edch korun) nejen\u017ee nebyl p\u0159ekro\u010den, ale d\u00edky d\u016fmyslnosti stavitel\u016f se poda\u0159ilo u\u0161et\u0159it 275 tis\u00edc korun pou\u017eit\u00edm jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00edho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159i vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed pob\u0159e\u017en\u00edho i\u00a0st\u0159edn\u00edho pil\u00ed\u0159e. Na po\u010d\u00e1tku roku 1910 bylo rozhodnuto, \u017ee nov\u00fd most ponese jm\u00e9no po v\u00fdznamn\u00e9m podnikateli, staviteli a\u00a0mecen\u00e1\u0161i Josefu Hl\u00e1vkovi. Na ostrov\u011b m\u011bl dokonce vzniknout mecen\u00e1\u0161\u016fv pomn\u00edk podle n\u00e1vrhu socha\u0159e Josefa Ma\u0159atky, p\u0159\u00edpravy na jeho vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed ale nakonec p\u0159eru\u0161ila prvn\u00ed sv\u011btov\u00e1 v\u00e1lka.<\/p>\r\n<p>Prakticky soub\u011b\u017en\u011b se stavbou \u017eelezn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti mostu u\u017e prob\u00edhaly p\u0159\u00edpravy na stavbu druh\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti p\u0159emost\u011bn\u00ed. Pro n\u011bj byl zvolen tehdy modern\u00ed materi\u00e1l\u00a0\u2013 beton. N\u00e1vrh mostu p\u0159ipravili architekti Pavel Jan\u00e1k a\u00a0specialista na mostn\u00ed konstrukce in\u017een\u00fdr Franti\u0161ek Mencl. Op\u011bt \u0161lo v\u0161e jako na dr\u00e1tk\u00e1ch. Do 31.\u00a0ledna\u00a01910 m\u011bly firmy se z\u00e1jmem o\u00a0tuto zak\u00e1zku odeslat sv\u00e9 nab\u00eddky, ve v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9m \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zv\u00edt\u011bzila firma stavitele Karla Herz\u00e1na, kter\u00e1 nab\u00eddla cenu 950 tis\u00edc korun. Celkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady v\u010detn\u011b v\u00fdzdoby m\u011bly dos\u00e1hnout 1,2 milionu korun. Stav\u011bt se za\u010dalo v\u00a0dubnu 1910, v\u00a0kv\u011btnu 1911 na staveni\u0161t\u011b zav\u00edtala deputace pra\u017esk\u00e9ho magistr\u00e1tu v\u00a0\u010dele s\u00a0prim\u00e1torem Karlem Gro\u0161em. Report\u00e1\u017e N\u00e1rodn\u00edch list\u016f k\u00a0n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u011b poznamen\u00e1v\u00e1: \u201e\u00da\u010dastn\u00edky exkurze zaj\u00edmala okolnost, zda betonov\u00fd most neutrp\u00ed pov\u011btrnost\u00ed. V\u00a0t\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010din\u011b d\u00e1no bylo uji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee konstrukce betonov\u00e1 nebude vodu propou\u0161t\u011bt, nebo\u0165 ji bude chr\u00e1nit isolace olov\u011bn\u00e1 a\u00a0plst\u011bn\u00e1.\u201c Most byl dokon\u010den za pouh\u00fdch 18 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, v\u00a0\u0159\u00edjnu 1911. Jeho podoba doznala v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu doby \u0159ady zm\u011bn, zejm\u00e9na pak na p\u0159elomu sedmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch a\u00a0osmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch let minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed, kdy se stal sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed tzv. magistr\u00e1ly. Provizorn\u00ed most byl definitivn\u011b rozebr\u00e1n v\u00a0kv\u011btnu 1912, slou\u017eil tak necel\u00fdch dvan\u00e1ct let.<\/p>\r\n<p>Navzdory panuj\u00edc\u00edmu stavebn\u00edmu ruchu z\u016fst\u00e1vala \u0160tvanice\u00a0i\u00a0p\u0159ed prvn\u00ed sv\u011btovou v\u00e1lkou m\u00edstem, kde tr\u00e1vil voln\u00e9 chvilky prost\u00fd lid. Tu a\u00a0tam se v\u00a0tisku objevovaly n\u00e1vrhy, aby pr\u00e1v\u011b zde vzniklo n\u011bjak\u00e9 institucionalizovan\u00e9 centrum z\u00e1bavy, zejm\u00e9na tedy pro chud\u0161\u00ed vrstvy. V\u00a0dubnu 1914 se v\u00a0N\u00e1rodn\u00edch listech objevil anonymn\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nek, ve kter\u00e9m autor p\u0159edstavuje koncept ostrova, kde by m\u011bl vzniknout nap\u0159\u00edklad hudebn\u00ed pavilon, \u201evelk\u00e1 m\u00edstnost zp\u011bvn\u00ed\u201c, loutkov\u00e9 divadlo pro d\u011bti a\u00a0divadeln\u00ed s\u00e1l, kde by pr\u00e1v\u011b pro prost\u00e9 publikum mohl hostovat i\u00a0soubor N\u00e1rodn\u00edho divadla.
