Ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 zak\u00e1zky se aktivn\u011b z\u00fa\u010dastnilo p\u011bt spole\u010dnost\u00ed. Nej\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00edm uchaze\u010dem se stala spole\u010dnost Metrostav TBR a.s. s&nbsp;nab\u00eddkovou cenou 2,181 miliardy korun bez DPH a&nbsp;navrhovanou dobou v\u00fdluky tramvajov\u00fdch trat\u00ed 365 dn\u016f. Druh\u00e9 bylo sdru\u017een\u00ed firem Strabag, Eurovia CS, SMP CZ a&nbsp;Pragoprojekt s&nbsp;nab\u00edzenou cenou 3,628 miliardy korun bez DPH a&nbsp;dobou v\u00fdluky tramvajov\u00fdch trat\u00ed 480 dn\u016f. V\u00fdb\u011br dodavatele prob\u011bhl podle standard\u016f FIDIC \u2013 Yellow Book, tedy projekt typu Design &amp; Build, kdy zhotovitel je z\u00e1rove\u0148 projektantem i&nbsp;realiz\u00e1torem.<\/p>\r\n<p>[\/perex]<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<em>\u201eDok\u00e1zali jsme to. Podepsali jsme smlouvu se zhotovitelem rekonstrukce Libe\u0148sk\u00e9ho mostu a&nbsp;nejen to. Zhotovitel b\u011bhem stavby postav\u00ed cel\u00e9 soumost\u00ed od Manin po Palmovku v&nbsp;d\u00e9lce 1&nbsp;200 metr\u016f v\u010detn\u011b reten\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017ee a&nbsp;protipovod\u0148ov\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed. Za\u010d\u00e1tku u\u017e nic nestoj\u00ed v&nbsp;cest\u011b. Prvn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce za\u010dnou u\u017e v&nbsp;leto\u0161n\u00edm roce. Vedle Libe\u0148\u00e1ku postav\u00edme do podzimu provizorn\u00ed l\u00e1vku pro p\u011b\u0161\u00ed a&nbsp;p\u0159eveden\u00ed in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00fdch s\u00edt\u00ed. Je to neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fd p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh, k&nbsp;zemi m\u011bl j\u00edt most, na kter\u00fd se 92 let nes\u00e1hlo, a&nbsp;p\u0159itom zvl\u00e1dl zkou\u0161ky s&nbsp;extr\u00e9mn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed 547 tun. Jasn\u011b se tedy uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee spr\u00e1vnou cestou je rekonstrukce, zat\u011b\u017eovac\u00ed zkou\u0161ky n\u00e1m nav\u00edc daly do ruky velmi podrobn\u00e1 data, d\u00edky kter\u00fdm se vyhneme slep\u00fdm cest\u00e1m. Historick\u00e9 ozna\u010den\u00ed mostu za nerekonstruovateln\u00fd bylo pouze politick\u00fdm rozhodnut\u00edm, ani\u017e by se kdokoliv zaj\u00edmal o&nbsp;jeho re\u00e1lnou technickou kondici. My se rozhodujeme na z\u00e1klad\u011b dopravn\u00edch pr\u016fzkum\u016f, podrobn\u00fdch diagnostik, statick\u00fdch a&nbsp;dynamick\u00fdch zkou\u0161ek a&nbsp;tvrd\u00fdch dat,\u201c<\/em> uvedl <em><strong>Adam Scheinherr, n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora hl. m. Prahy<\/strong> <\/em>a radn\u00ed pro dopravu a&nbsp;dod\u00e1v\u00e1; <em>\u201eSout\u011b\u017e byla unik\u00e1tn\u00ed taky v&nbsp;tom, \u017ee jsme ji nesout\u011b\u017eili pouze na cenu, ale tak\u00e9 poprv\u00e9 v&nbsp;historii m\u011bsta i&nbsp;na d\u00e9lku tramvajov\u00e9 v\u00fdluky. Ta podle p\u016fvodn\u00edho projektu m\u011bla trvat dva a\u017e t\u0159i roky. My jsme to st\u00e1hli na jeden rok s&nbsp;t\u00edm, \u017ee p\u011b\u0161\u00ed a&nbsp;cyklist\u00e9 se p\u0159es \u0159eku v\u017edy dostanou p\u0159es provizorn\u00ed l\u00e1vku a&nbsp;z&nbsp;obou stran bude k&nbsp;mostu p\u0159iveden\u00e1 MHD.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201eTato ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 zak\u00e1zka byla jednou z&nbsp;nejslo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch v&nbsp;historii TSK a&nbsp;jsem r\u00e1d, \u017ee se na vypracov\u00e1n\u00ed konkuren\u010dn\u00edch nab\u00eddek pod\u00edlely nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed firmy z&nbsp;oboru. Po v\u00edce ne\u017e 20 letech p\u0159e\u0161lapov\u00e1n\u00ed na m\u00edst\u011b se Libe\u0148sk\u00fd most do\u010dk\u00e1 pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 rekonstrukce. P\u0159\u00edprava projektov\u00e9 dokumentace a&nbsp;zah\u00e1jen\u00ed schvalovac\u00edch proces\u016f rekonstrukce zapo\u010dnou prakticky okam\u017eit\u011b. P\u0159\u00edpravn\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce za\u010dnou ji\u017e letos, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e hlavn\u00ed stavebn\u00ed v\u00fdkony budou realizov\u00e1ny v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu roku 2024,\u201c<\/em> uvedl <strong>Jozef Sin\u010d\u00e1k, gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editel TSK<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0Prvn\u00ed stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce budou zah\u00e1jeny ji\u017e v&nbsp;leto\u0161n\u00edm roce p\u0159i stavb\u011b provizorn\u00ed l\u00e1vky pro p\u011b\u0161\u00ed a&nbsp;cyklisty, aby bylo po celou dobu rekonstrukce zachov\u00e1no spojen\u00ed mezi Lib\u00ed a&nbsp;Hole\u0161ovicemi.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0C\u00edlem t\u00e9to ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 zak\u00e1zky je nejen oprava Libe\u0148sk\u00e9ho mostu p\u0159es Vltavu (V009) a&nbsp;inunda\u010dn\u00edho mostu (X656) na Rohansk\u00e9m ostrov\u011b, ale i&nbsp;kompletn\u00ed vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ech dal\u0161\u00edch mostn\u00edch objekt\u016f, p\u0159ilehl\u00fdch komunikac\u00ed a&nbsp;nutn\u00fdch p\u0159elo\u017eek in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00fdch s\u00edt\u00ed v&nbsp;ulici Libe\u0148sk\u00fd most od k\u0159i\u017eovatky D\u011blnick\u00e1\u2013Jankovcova v&nbsp;Praze 7 ke k\u0159i\u017eovatce Palmovka, Praha 8. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed rekonstrukce je tak\u00e9 kompletn\u00ed v\u00fdm\u011bna trak\u010dn\u00edho veden\u00ed a&nbsp;kolejov\u00e9ho svr\u0161ku pro tramvajovou tra\u0165 v&nbsp;ulici Libe\u0148sk\u00fd most a&nbsp;okol\u00ed, kterou bude realizovat Dopravn\u00ed podnik hl. m. Prahy (DPP). Po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 se i&nbsp;se stavbou proplachovac\u00edho kan\u00e1lu, reten\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017ee a&nbsp;souboru protipovod\u0148ov\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201eJsme r\u00e1di, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eeme b\u00fdt u&nbsp;historick\u00e9ho okam\u017eiku zah\u00e1jen\u00ed rekonstrukce Libe\u0148sk\u00e9ho mostu, kter\u00e1 se pl\u00e1nuje ji\u017e n\u011bkolik desetilet\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> uvedl <em><strong>Ale\u0161 Gothard, p\u0159edseda p\u0159edstavenstva spole\u010dnosti Metrostav TBR a.s.<\/strong><\/em>, a&nbsp;dod\u00e1v\u00e1: <em>\u201eV\u011b\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee dokon\u010den\u00edm t\u00e9to stavby Libe\u0148sk\u00e9ho mostu se zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed atraktivnost dan\u00e9 lokality Prahy.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h3>\u00a0P\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00fd harmonogram vyhodnocen\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 zak\u00e1zky a&nbsp;prac\u00ed:<\/h3>\r\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Podpis Smlouvy o&nbsp;d\u00edlo \u2013 leden 2022.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Okam\u017eit\u00e9 zah\u00e1jen\u00ed prac\u00ed na zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed projektov\u00e9 dokumentace pro ve\u0161ker\u00e1 \u00fazemn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed a&nbsp;stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed \u010di jejich zm\u011bny, pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro realizaci cel\u00e9 stavby a&nbsp;jej\u00ed schv\u00e1len\u00ed objednatelem \u2013 do 12 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f od data zah\u00e1jen\u00ed prac\u00ed.
