P\u011b\u0161\u00edm a&nbsp;cyklist\u016fm se tak v\u00fdrazn\u011b usnadn\u00ed p\u0159esun mezi ob\u011bma b\u0159ehy \u0159eky a&nbsp;zlep\u0161\u00ed se i&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edstup do zelen\u011b na \u0160tvanici.<\/p>\r\n<p>[\/perex]<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201ePo na\u0161em n\u00e1stupu do veden\u00ed hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy byla dopravn\u00ed infrastruktura v\u010detn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161iny most\u016f v&nbsp;katastrof\u00e1ln\u00edm stavu, proto se od po\u010d\u00e1tku stala jej\u00ed postupn\u00e1 obnova jednou z&nbsp;na\u0161ich hlavn\u00edch priorit. Krom\u011b oprav st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch most\u016f ale pracujeme i&nbsp;na mostech nov\u00fdch. D\u00edky \u0160tvanick\u00e9 l\u00e1vce dojde k&nbsp;propojen\u00ed pra\u017esk\u00fdch Hole\u0161ovic a&nbsp;Karl\u00edna. Spojen\u00ed dvou b\u0159eh\u016f Vltavy obyvatel\u00e9 t\u011bchto \u010dtvrt\u00ed pot\u0159ebovali roky. Dojde tak\u00e9 k&nbsp;faktick\u00e9mu propojen\u00ed pomysln\u00e9 stezky s&nbsp;tunelem na V\u00edtkov\u011b, a&nbsp;tak se i&nbsp;\u017di\u017ekov\u00e1k\u016fm otev\u0159e nov\u00e1 br\u00e1na do m\u011bsta. Skv\u011bl\u00e9 je, \u017ee z\u00edsk\u00e1me i&nbsp;nov\u00fd bezbari\u00e9rov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup na ostrov \u0160tvanice, kter\u00fd \u010dek\u00e1 celkov\u00e1 prom\u011bna a&nbsp;stane se z&nbsp;n\u011bj nov\u00fd park. \u0160tvanick\u00e1 l\u00e1vka bude strategick\u00e1 i&nbsp;pro cyklodopravu, proto\u017ee propoj\u00ed cyklostezky vedouc\u00ed pod\u00e9l \u0159eky na obou b\u0159ez\u00edch,\u201d<\/em> uv\u00e1d\u00ed <em><strong>prim\u00e1tor hl. m. Prahy \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Zden\u011bk H\u0159ib<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\r\n<p>Nov\u00e1 bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e1 spojnice, kter\u00e1 zkr\u00e1t\u00ed cestu p\u0159es \u0159eku mimo jin\u00e9 obyvatel\u016fm Karl\u00edna a&nbsp;\u017di\u017ekova na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b i&nbsp;lidem z\u00a0Hole\u0161ovic na stran\u011b druh\u00e9, odstartovala ofici\u00e1ln\u011b v\u00a0\u00fater\u00fd 11.&nbsp;ledna 2022.&nbsp;\u0160tvanick\u00e1 l\u00e1vka, n\u011bkdy tak\u00e9 naz\u00fdvan\u00e1 HolKa, by m\u011bla st\u00e1t za 14 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f a&nbsp;stavbu pro hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto provede spole\u010dnost Skanska, kter\u00e1 zv\u00edt\u011bzila ve v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9m \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Rozpo\u010det je stanoven na 298 milion\u016f korun bez DPH.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201eRok 2022 bude rokem nov\u00fdch pra\u017esk\u00fdch most\u016f. Dnes jsme zah\u00e1jili stavbu \u0160tvanick\u00e9 l\u00e1vky. B\u011bhem t\u0159\u00ed let se n\u00e1m poda\u0159ilo zadat projekt, z\u00edskat ve\u0161ker\u00e1 povolen\u00ed a&nbsp;vysout\u011b\u017eit zhotovitele. To je v\u00a0\u010desk\u00e9m administrativn\u00edm, pr\u00e1vn\u00edm i&nbsp;konkuren\u010dn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed obrovsk\u00fd \u00fasp\u011bch. Letos za\u010dneme stav\u011bt i&nbsp;Dvoreck\u00fd most mezi Prahou 4 a&nbsp;5.&nbsp;\u010cek\u00e1 n\u00e1s rok zm\u011bny. Po na\u0161em n\u00e1stupu jsme nep\u0159ebrali jedin\u00fd velk\u00fd rozestav\u011bn\u00fd projekt nebo aspo\u0148 p\u0159ipraven\u00fd ke stavb\u011b. Museli jsme okam\u017eit\u011b za\u010d\u00edt d\u00e1vat sou\u010dasnou infrastrukturu do po\u0159\u00e1dku, aby silnice nebyly sam\u00e1 d\u00edra a&nbsp;mosty nepadaly. Mezit\u00edm jsme p\u0159ipravovali nov\u00e9 projekty, kter\u00e9 prom\u011bn\u00ed m\u011bsto. A&nbsp;p\u0159esn\u011b takov\u00e9 dopravn\u00ed stavby za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me stav\u011bt. Od oprav se kone\u010dn\u011b dost\u00e1v\u00e1me k&nbsp;nov\u00fdm stavb\u00e1m,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong><em>n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora hl. m. Prahy pro dopravu Adam Scheinherr<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201eNov\u00e1 l\u00e1vka ve m\u011bst\u011b je fajn. T\u011b\u0161\u00edm se, a\u017e se po l\u00e1vce, kter\u00e1 spoj\u00ed Hole\u0161ovice a&nbsp;Karl\u00edn, projdeme. Nad\u00e1le pracujeme na revitalizaci ostrova \u0160tvanice a&nbsp;tak\u00e9 usilovn\u011b p\u0159ipravujeme vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed sout\u011b\u017en\u00edho dialogu, ze kter\u00e9ho vzejde podoba nov\u00e9ho Rohansk\u00e9ho parku. Ji\u017e letos by se na Rohanu m\u011blo za\u010d\u00edt s\u00a0hrub\u00fdmi ter\u00e9nn\u00edmi \u00fapravami, kter\u00e9 vzniku parku p\u0159edch\u00e1zej\u00ed. M\u00e1m radost, \u017ee tato dv\u011b velk\u00e1 rekrea\u010dn\u00ed \u00fazem\u00ed pro v\u0161echny u\u017eivatele propoj\u00edme pr\u00e1v\u011b novou \u0160tvanickou l\u00e1vkou,\u201c<\/em> prohla\u0161uje <strong><em>n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora pro \u00fazemn\u00ed rozvoj Petr Hlav\u00e1\u010dek<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p>L\u00e1vka je navr\u017eena jako segmentov\u00fd tr\u00e1mov\u00fd most s&nbsp;parapetn\u00edmi nosn\u00edky. D\u00e9lka mostu je 299,4 metru, d\u00e9lka bo\u010dn\u00ed rampy na \u0160tvanici je 84 metr\u016f. Stavba sest\u00e1v\u00e1 z\u00a0osmi pol\u00ed, maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed rozp\u011bt\u00ed pole je 55,4 metru. Zalo\u017eena bude hlubinn\u011b na velkopr\u016fm\u011brov\u00fdch vrtan\u00fdch pilot\u00e1ch. Po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 se tak\u00e9 se zakl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00edm v\u00a0\u0159ece Vltav\u011b. Krajn\u00ed pole na hole\u0161ovick\u00e9m b\u0159ehu je pro p\u0159\u00edpad povodn\u00ed navr\u017eeno jako zdvi\u017en\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n<p>Nosn\u00e1 konstrukce v&nbsp;hlavn\u00edm sm\u011bru bude m\u00edt \u0161\u00ed\u0159ku 5 metr\u016f, aby kapacitn\u011b vyhov\u011bla zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9mu provozu chodc\u016f a&nbsp;cyklist\u016f. Bo\u010dn\u00ed rampa je pak navr\u017eena v&nbsp;redukovan\u00e9 \u0161\u00ed\u0159ce 4 metry. Autorem n\u00e1vrhu l\u00e1vky je architekt Petr Tej. Do\u010dasn\u00e9 propojen\u00ed mezi ob\u011bma m\u011bstsk\u00fdmi \u010d\u00e1stmi zaji\u0161\u0165uje od roku 2015 \u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edvoz HolKa.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201eL\u00e1vka je navr\u017eena z&nbsp;kvalitn\u00edho ultra-vysokohodnotn\u00e9ho betonu (UHPC \u2013 ultra-high performance concrete) s\u00a0povrchem p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edm b\u00edl\u00fd mramor. D\u00edky aplikaci tohoto materi\u00e1lu m\u00e1me mo\u017enost zrealizovat unik\u00e1tn\u00ed architektonick\u00e9 a&nbsp;in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00e9 d\u00edlo,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje <em><strong>autor l\u00e1vky, architekt Petr Tej<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201e\u0160tvanickou l\u00e1vku pova\u017euji za d\u016fle\u017eitou dopravn\u00ed investici m\u011bsta. Nen\u00ed z\u00e1rove\u0148 ojedin\u011blou vla\u0161tovkou, v\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je a&nbsp;bude zahajov\u00e1na cel\u00e1 \u0159ada dal\u0161\u00edch infrastrukturn\u00edch staveb v&nbsp;Praze. Vy\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed financ\u00ed na tyto \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 projekty m\u011bsta je absolutn\u00ed prioritou pra\u017esk\u00e9ho rozpo\u010dtu nejen letos, ale i&nbsp;v\u00a0p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch letech. D\u00edky odpov\u011bdn\u00e9mu hospoda\u0159en\u00ed m\u011bsta jsme na to p\u0159ipraveni,\u201c<\/em> sd\u011bluje <em><strong>n\u00e1m\u011bstek pro oblast financ\u00ed Pavel Vyhn\u00e1nek<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201eSpojen\u00ed novou l\u00e1vkou mezi Karl\u00ednem a&nbsp;Hole\u0161ovicemi je dobr\u00fd krok, jak zajistit ob\u010dan\u016fm snadnou a&nbsp;bezpe\u010dnou prostupnost mezi ob\u011bma \u010dtvrt\u011bmi p\u011b\u0161ky \u010di na kole. Osobn\u011b jsem r\u00e1d, \u017ee projekt zahajujeme symbolicky v\u00a0roce, kdy slav\u00edme 100 let p\u0159ipojen\u00ed Karl\u00edna k\u00a0hlavn\u00edmu m\u011bstu Praze,\u201c<\/em> uv\u00e1d\u00ed <strong><em>starosta m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Praha 8 Ond\u0159ej Gros<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201e\u0160tvanick\u00e1 l\u00e1vka se v\u00a0map\u00e1ch a&nbsp;pl\u00e1nech objevuje p\u0159es 120 let. P\u0159ed volbami v\u00a0roce 2014 jsme v\u00a0p\u016fj\u010den\u00e9 pramici se sou\u010dasn\u00fdm m\u00edstostarostou Kamilem Vav\u0159incem Mare\u0161em na zkou\u0161ku p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017eeli lidi mezi Hole\u0161ovickou tr\u017enic\u00ed a&nbsp;\u0160tvanic\u00ed. Vl\u00e1dnouc\u00ed politici se tomu posm\u00edvali jako \u201ep\u0159\u00edvozu pro zaj\u00edce\u201c. Hned po vyhran\u00fdch volb\u00e1ch jsme za\u010dali pracovat na zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edvozu, kter\u00fd Praha&nbsp;7 nap\u016fl financovala s\u00a0magistr\u00e1tem, dokonce jsme s\u00a0radn\u00edmi vlastnoru\u010dn\u011b vyrobili z\u00e1bradl\u00ed na karl\u00ednsk\u00e9 stran\u011b. P\u0159\u00edvoz se rychle stal druh\u00fdm nejvyt\u00ed\u017een\u011bj\u0161\u00edm v\u00a0Praze a&nbsp;dokladoval, \u017ee \u0160tvanick\u00e1 l\u00e1vka je t\u0159eba. Pan n\u00e1m\u011bstek Petr Dol\u00ednek uspo\u0159\u00e1dal architektonickou sout\u011b\u017e a&nbsp;rozjel proces, kter\u00fd n\u00e1m\u011bstek Adam Scheinherr je\u0161t\u011b urychlil. \u0160tvanickou l\u00e1vkou z\u00edsk\u00e1 Praha rychl\u00e9 spojen\u00ed Hole\u0161ovic s\u00a0Karl\u00ednem a&nbsp;vznikne nav\u00edc pohodln\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k\u00a0zeleni na \u0160tvanici,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong><em>starosta m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Praha&nbsp;7 Jan \u010ci\u017einsk\u00fd<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201eJe to pro n\u00e1s unik\u00e1tn\u00ed technologick\u00e1 v\u00fdzva, na kter\u00e9 se pod\u00edlej\u00ed na\u0161i nejlep\u0161\u00ed odborn\u00edci na stavbu most\u016f a&nbsp;vyu\u017eit\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00edch beton\u016f. Pevn\u011b v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee d\u00edky na\u0161im zku\u0161enostem dokon\u010d\u00edme stavbu v\u010das i&nbsp;v\u00a0po\u017eadovan\u00e9 kvalit\u011b tak, aby mohla slou\u017eit co nejd\u0159\u00edv,\u201c<\/em> p\u0159ipojuje se za zhotovitele <em><strong>Michal Jurka, prezident Skanska Central Europe<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201eZa\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00fdmi pracemi, skr\u00fdvkou zeminy a&nbsp;za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm staveni\u0161t\u011b. Prvn\u00ed piloty za\u010dneme vrtat na \u0160tvanici, postupn\u011b se p\u0159esuneme na karl\u00ednsk\u00fd a&nbsp;hole\u0161ovick\u00fd b\u0159eh a&nbsp;na ja\u0159e i&nbsp;do koryta Vltavy. U&nbsp;hole\u0161ovick\u00e9 tr\u017enice svedeme tramvajovou dopravu na jednu kolej a&nbsp;uprav\u00edme protipovod\u0148ov\u00e9 z\u00e1brany,\u201c<\/em> dod\u00e1v\u00e1 <em><strong>projektov\u00fd mana\u017eer Skanska Michal Kunc<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\r\n<p>Sou\u010dasn\u011b s\u00a0v\u00fdstavbou l\u00e1vky pl\u00e1nuje hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto spole\u010dn\u011b se soukrom\u00fdm investorem CA Immo p\u0159ipravit navazuj\u00edc\u00ed projekty na karl\u00ednsk\u00e9 stran\u011b. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b se bude jednat o&nbsp;vznik parku s&nbsp;ve\u0159ejnou zelen\u00ed a&nbsp;tak\u00e9 o&nbsp;o\u017eiven\u00ed b\u0159ehu \u0159eky v\u00a0r\u00e1mci projektu Karl\u00ednsk\u00e1 n\u00e1plavka.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201eLep\u0161\u00ed p\u011b\u0161\u00ed propojen\u00ed Prahy je jednou z&nbsp;na\u0161ich priorit. \u0160tvanick\u00e1 l\u00e1vka pom\u016f\u017ee spojit dv\u011b rozv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed se m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010dtvrti \u2013 Hole\u0161ovice a&nbsp;Karl\u00edn. Vzhledem k\u00a0chystan\u00fdm projekt\u016fm v\u00a0okol\u00ed jako je v\u00fdstavba a&nbsp;nov\u00fd park na Rohansk\u00e9m ostrov\u011b \u010di vznik nov\u00e9 m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti na brownfieldu Bubny-Z\u00e1tory spolu s&nbsp;novou budovou Vltavsk\u00e9 filharmonie, je pot\u0159eba zajistit pohodln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed spojen\u00ed ne\u017e je dne\u0161n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edvoz. Krom\u011b toho pom\u016f\u017ee nov\u00e1 l\u00e1vka i&nbsp;v&nbsp;dostupnosti samotn\u00e9ho ostrova \u0160tvanice, kam se z&nbsp;obou b\u0159eh\u016f dostanou p\u011b\u0161\u00ed \u010di cyklist\u00e9 za p\u00e1r minut,\u201c<\/em> uzav\u00edr\u00e1 <em><strong>\u0159editel Institutu pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a&nbsp;rozvoje hl. m. Prahy Ond\u0159ej Boh\u00e1\u010d<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Dopravn\u00ed omezen\u00ed<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Stavba l\u00e1vky si vy\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 tak\u00e9 mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e1 dopravn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed. Pr\u00e1ce budou realizov\u00e1ny v\u00a0koordinaci s\u00a0chystanou rekonstrukc\u00ed kanalizace na Bubensk\u00e9m n\u00e1b\u0159e\u017e\u00ed p\u0159ed Pra\u017eskou tr\u017enic\u00ed i&nbsp;s&nbsp;n\u00e1slednou obnovou komunikace v\u010detn\u011b tramvajov\u00e9 trat\u011b na stejn\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b. Prvn\u00ed omezen\u00ed automobilov\u00e9 i&nbsp;cyklistick\u00e9 dopravy v\u010detn\u011b p\u011b\u0161\u00edch je napl\u00e1nov\u00e1no u\u017e od soboty 15.&nbsp;ledna 2022.<\/p>\r\n<p>Kv\u016fli vlo\u017een\u00ed kolejov\u00fdch p\u0159ejezd\u016f pro do\u010dasn\u00fd jednokolejn\u00fd provoz pak bude od stejn\u00e9ho data do p\u00e1tku 21.&nbsp;ledna 2022 do\u010dasn\u011b p\u0159eru\u0161en tak\u00e9 provoz tramvaj\u00ed v&nbsp;\u00faseku Vltavsk\u00e1 \u2013 D\u011blnick\u00e1.
