Town Hall News<\/strong>
\r\nDue to the government measures, the office hours of the Prague 7 Town Hall (U\u00a0Pr\u016fhonu 38 and 11) are being extended: Monday and Wednesday 8am\u201312pm and 1pm\u20136pm; Tuesday, Thursday and Friday by appointment\u00a0only. The Information Centre at Milady Hor\u00e1kov\u00e9\u00a02, which provides Czech POINT services, document authentication, and handles parking permits, is open Tuesday and Thursday from 8am\u201312pm and 1pm\u20136pm and Friday 8am\u201312pm. Please make an appointment for a specific time at www.praha7.cz\/objednat<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Registration for future first-graders and preparatory classes for the 2021\/2022 school year will take place 7 and 8 April in Prague 7 this year. Online reservation of registration times 15 to 26 March. Registration for Bratrsk\u00e1 \u0161kola will take place 19 to 21 April, with reservations from 19 March. You can find an overview of Prague 7 primary schools on pages 21 to 23. Free Czech language courses for beginners organised by Prague 7 start on 8 March. The lessons take place Mondays and Wednesdays (two groups: from 5pm and from 6:30pm), for the time being in online form. Anyone interested can sign up at the email address: taicht@praha7.cz<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

A regular census conducted by the Czech Statistical Office will take place from 27 March to 11 May 2021. Up until 9 April you can fill out the form simply and safely on the web or in the mobile app S\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed21. The electronic census form is in English, German, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian and Vietnamese. Questions concerning the household are to be answered based on your actual domicile, not according to your place of permanent residence. Census results are used to plan transport, capacities in healthcare, schools and seniors\u2019 homes, as well as in urban planning. \r\nActive Prague 7<\/strong>
\r\nSkanska is building the project Port7 on the riverbank behind N\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed Hole\u0161ovice \u2013 three buildings for offices and retail, to which the pedestrian underpass under the train station will be extended.<\/p>\r\n

You will be able to peruse the projects from the architectural competition on the design of the U Vody park in the town hall vestibule and on the web page soutez-o-navrh.cz\/park-u-vody starting 1 March.<\/p>\r\n

The heritage-protected Hall 4 in the Prague Market will undergo renovations and will serve as a restaurant.<\/p>\r\n

In the second half of the year, an international architectural competition will be announced for the Vltava Philharmonic.<\/p>\r\n

In addition to shared bikes, scooters and motorised scooters, Rekola is also now lending out pink \u201dshovel-style“ sleds.<\/p>\r\n

Covid
\r\n<\/strong>You can now get yourself tested for COVID-19 at the newly established high-capacity testing centre in the Prague Market\u2019s Hall 13. Appointments can be made at scan.anygence.com<\/a>; questions can be answered at the phone number: 602 143 132.<\/p>\r\n

In cooperation with the Smart Care service, Prague 7 is offering telephone assistance with online registration of seniors for vaccination against COVID-19. The service is free and runs around the clock at 800 124\u00a0111.<\/p>\r\n
