I\u00a0v\u00a0t\u00e9 dob\u011b spojoval ob\u011b \u010dtvrti p\u0159\u00edvoz (v\u00edce jsme o\u00a0n\u011bm psali v\u00a0minul\u00e9m \u010d\u00edsle), kter\u00fd v\u0161ak kapacitn\u011b neposta\u010doval. S\u00a0um\u00edst\u011bn\u00edm l\u00e1vky, kter\u00e1 by spojovala doln\u00ed Hole\u0161ovice s\u00a0Karl\u00ednem, po\u010d\u00edtal ji\u017e \u00fazemn\u00ed pl\u00e1n z\u00a0roku 1920 a\u00a0pl\u00e1noval ji i\u00a0regula\u010dn\u00ed pl\u00e1n z\u00a0roku 1930. Regula\u010dn\u00ed pl\u00e1n ur\u010doval charakter staveb na\u00a0\u00fazem\u00ed Prahy a\u00a0slou\u017eil jako podrobn\u00fd bedekr pro dal\u0161\u00ed rozvoj \u00fazem\u00ed. \u0160lo o\u00a0dlouhodobou detailn\u00ed vizi dal\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdvoje metropole, ke\u00a0kter\u00e9mu by m\u011bla sm\u011b\u0159ovat, ne nutn\u011b za\u00a0rok \u010di deset let, ale t\u0159eba i\u00a0v\u00a0r\u00e1mci stolet\u00ed.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed most<br \/>\r\n <\/strong>V\u00a0podstat\u011b se jednalo o\u00a0variantu mostu, kter\u00fd by zvl\u00e1dl nejen p\u011b\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0cyklisty, ale i\u00a0vozy s\u00a0n\u00e1kladem \u010di tehdy st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b mal\u00fd provoz automobil\u016f. Ostatn\u011b most v\u00a0t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1sti Vltavy opravdu chyb\u00ed. Pokud nev\u011b\u0159\u00edte, sta\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e si na\u00a0map\u011b nam\u011b\u0159\u00edte vzd\u00e1lenost mezi mosty od\u00a0Karlova, \u010cechova a\u00a0tak d\u00e1le, mezi Hl\u00e1vkov\u00fdm mostem a\u00a0Libe\u0148sk\u00fdm je najednou velk\u00e1 mezera. Most byl dle pl\u00e1n\u016f z\u00a0roku 1930 navr\u017een v\u00a0pr\u016fseku ulic Na\u00a0Manin\u00e1ch a\u00a0Komunard\u016f (d\u0159\u00edve Rohansk\u00e1). Hole\u0161ovick\u00e9 n\u00e1b\u0159e\u017e\u00ed se nav\u00edc dle tehdej\u0161\u00edch urbanist\u016f m\u011blo st\u00e1t domovem n\u011bkolika velk\u00fdch administrativn\u00edch budov, a\u00a0b\u00fdt tak p\u0159irozen\u00fdm pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00edm nov\u00fdch budov \u2013 D\u011blnick\u00e9 \u00farazov\u00e9 poji\u0161\u0165ovny (pozd\u011bji s\u00eddlo St\u00e1tn\u00ed pl\u00e1novac\u00ed komise a\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00ed s\u00eddlo \u00fa\u0159adu Prahy&nbsp;7) \u010di Elektrick\u00fdch podnik\u016f hl. m. Prahy. Zdej\u0161\u00ed jatka m\u011bla tomuto rozvoji samoz\u0159ejm\u011b ustoupit je\u0161t\u011b d\u00e1l na\u00a0periferii. K\u00a0realizaci t\u011bchto pl\u00e1n\u016f v\u0161ak nikdy nedo\u0161lo, stejn\u011b jako k\u00a0postaven\u00ed mostu, kter\u00fd z\u016fstal a\u00a0st\u00e1le z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 jen sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu.<\/p>\r\n<p>S\u00a0ohledem na\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00fd charakter doln\u00edch Hole\u0161ovic se zd\u00e1, \u017ee most by s\u00a0p\u0159ehledem zastoupila l\u00e1vka. Na\u00a0rozd\u00edl od\u00a0p\u0159\u00edvozu, jen\u017e m\u00e1 interval p\u016fl hodiny a\u00a0na\u00a0podzim skon\u010d\u00ed, by l\u00e1vka propojila Hole\u0161ovice, \u0160tvanici a\u00a0Karl\u00edn natrvalo a\u00a0na\u00a024 hodin denn\u011b. Pro takzvan\u00e9 m\u011bsto kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch vzd\u00e1lenost\u00ed, tedy m\u011bsto, kde nejenom bydl\u00edte a\u00a0sp\u00edte, ale v\u00a0bl\u00edzkosti bydli\u0161t\u011b hled\u00e1te i\u00a0kulturn\u00ed a\u00a0sportovn\u00ed vy\u017eit\u00ed, by to byla opravdu dobr\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va. \u0160tvanice by se kone\u010dn\u011b stala opravdu dostupnou a\u00a0za\u010daly by d\u00e1vat smysl \u00favahy o\u00a0jej\u00edm lep\u0161\u00edm vyu\u017eit\u00ed. L\u00e1vka by nav\u00edc m\u011bla v\u00fdznam pro celou metropoli, navazovala by na\u00a0\u017ei\u017ekovsk\u00fd tunel a\u00a0stala by se tak p\u0159irozen\u00fdm koridorem spojuj\u00edc\u00edm nejenom Hole\u0161ovice a\u00a0Karl\u00edn, ale i\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti. O\u00a0podobn\u00e9m trendu uva\u017euje nap\u0159\u00edklad i\u00a0magistr\u00e1t Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017ee. Pr\u00e1v\u011b francouzsk\u00e1 metropole pravideln\u011b st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1 mosty a\u00a0l\u00e1vky pro p\u011b\u0161\u00ed. A\u00a0po\u00a0l\u00e1vce dycht\u00ed i\u00a0jedni z\u00a0m\u00e1la st\u00e1l\u00fdch \u0161tvanick\u00fdch obyvatel, nejstar\u0161\u00ed \u010desk\u00fd tenisov\u00fd klub, kter\u00fd zde s\u00eddl\u00ed od\u00a0roku 1903. \u201eV\u00edt\u00e1me jak\u00e9koliv dal\u0161\u00ed zlep\u0161en\u00ed dostupnosti \u0160tvanice, \u010d\u00edm v\u00edc jich bude, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe. Dostat se dnes p\u011b\u0161ky na\u00a0\u0160tvanici skrze podchody na\u00a0Vltavsk\u00e9 je opravdu tristn\u00ed,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 mana\u017eer I. \u010desk\u00e9ho lawn-tennis klubu Praha Vladislav \u0160avrda.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Ob\u011b\u0165 povodn\u00ed<br \/>\r\n <\/strong>Tohle v\u0161echno si uv\u011bdomuje magistr\u00e1t Prahy i\u00a0veden\u00ed Prahy&nbsp;7 ji\u017e dlouho. V\u017edy\u0165 ji\u017e v\u00a0roce 2000 vypsala radnice Sedmi\u010dky na\u00a0podobu l\u00e1vky architektonickou sout\u011b\u017e. V\u00a0roce 2001 byla realizace l\u00e1vky t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 na\u00a0spadnut\u00ed, jej\u00ed v\u00fdstavbu v\u0161ak zna\u010dn\u011b zkomplikovaly povodn\u011b z\u00a0roku 2002. L\u00e1vka byla toti\u017e projektovan\u00e1 na\u00a0v\u00a0t\u00e9 dob\u011b platn\u00e9 p\u0159edpoklady vzr\u016fstu vodn\u00ed hladiny, ty v\u0161ak zku\u0161enosti stolet\u00e9 vody podstatn\u011b nav\u00fd\u0161ily. L\u00e1vka se tak musela zvednout o\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch 1,1 metru, co\u017e ve\u00a0v\u00fdsledku znamenalo, \u017ee na\u00a0stran\u011b Hole\u0161ovick\u00e9 tr\u017enice ve\u00a0v\u00fd\u0161ce 3,5 metru nad \u00farovn\u00ed chodn\u00edku a\u00a0nad v\u00fdchodn\u00edm c\u00edpem \u0160tvanice ve\u00a0v\u00fd\u0161ce a\u017e \u0161est metr\u016f nad ter\u00e9nem. Vyvstal tak probl\u00e9m, jak bezbari\u00e9rov\u011b \u0159e\u0161it napojen\u00ed l\u00e1vky na\u00a0st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed ulici a\u00a0ostrov. Ve\u00a0v\u00fdchodn\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dce ostrova by toti\u017e v\u011bt\u0161inu dne\u0161n\u00ed voln\u00e9 plochy zabrala rampa spojuj\u00edc\u00ed ostrov s\u00a0l\u00e1vkou. \u201eSamoz\u0159ejm\u011b \u017ee by zde tak\u00e9 vzniklo velk\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed \u201apod mostem\u2018, kter\u00e9 zrovna neevokuje nejromanti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edstavy, a\u00a0nav\u00edc by se zcela zni\u010dil v\u00fdhled na\u00a0\u0159eku a\u00a0ostrov ze strany Hole\u0161ovick\u00e9 tr\u017enice,\u201c komentuje tehdej\u0161\u00ed projekt radn\u00ed pro rozvoj Prahy&nbsp;7 Lenka Burgerov\u00e1. Uva\u017eovalo se sice tak\u00e9 o\u00a0alternativn\u00edch \u0159e\u0161en\u00edch, nap\u0159\u00edklad hydraulick\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu, kter\u00fd by l\u00e1vku dok\u00e1zal v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vzr\u016fstu vodn\u00ed hladiny po\u00a0cel\u00e9 plo\u0161e nadzvednout o\u00a0n\u011bkolik metr\u016f v\u00fd\u0161. Tato varianta by v\u0161ak byla finan\u010dn\u011b velmi n\u00e1kladn\u00e1. Povode\u0148 tak brzk\u00e9 v\u00fdhledy na\u00a0l\u00e1vku smetla ze stolu. Te\u010f to v\u0161ak vypad\u00e1, \u017ee se op\u011bt objevila jisk\u0159i\u010dka nad\u011bje.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Pontonov\u00fd most<br \/>\r\n <\/strong>Radnice Prahy&nbsp;7 ned\u00e1vno jednala s\u00a0veden\u00edm Povod\u00ed Vltavy, kter\u00e9 je naklon\u011bno tomu, aby zde vznikl pontonov\u00fd most. \u00dasek Vltavy mezi Hole\u0161ovicemi a\u00a0\u0160tvanic\u00ed je toti\u017e nesplavn\u00fd a\u00a0relativn\u011b m\u011blk\u00fd. Ur\u010ditou v\u00fdhodou je i\u00a0bl\u00edzkost hole\u0161ovick\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstavu, kter\u00fd funguje jako z\u00e1chrann\u00e9 odkladi\u0161t\u011b pro mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti. Tam by se toti\u017e, v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee by hladina Vltavy za\u010dala stoupat, rozebran\u00fd pontonov\u00fd most odvezl. \u201eReakce Povod\u00ed n\u00e1s velice p\u0159ekvapila, intenzivn\u011b pracujeme na\u00a0tom, abychom most na\u00a0\u0160tvanici zprovoznili co nejd\u0159\u00edve,\u201c komentuje sou\u010dasnou situaci radn\u00ed Burgerov\u00e1. Pokud z\u00edsk\u00e1 radnice pro realizaci zelenou od\u00a0magistr\u00e1tu a\u00a0p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00fd souhlas dal\u0161\u00edch dot\u010den\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f, chce aby byla na\u00a0projekt mostu vyps\u00e1na architektonick\u00e1 sout\u011b\u017e. Pontonov\u00fd most by nav\u00edc vy\u0161el levn\u011bji. \u201eKa\u017ed\u00e1 l\u00e1vka si \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 \u00fadr\u017ebu, v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jednoduch\u00e9ho pontonov\u00e9ho mostu bychom celou v\u011bc zrealizovali nejen rychle, ale nav\u00edc o\u00a0dost levn\u011bji a\u00a0s\u00a0minim\u00e1ln\u00edm z\u00e1sahem do\u00a0v\u00fdhledu ze strany tr\u017enice,\u201c vysv\u011btluje v\u00fdhody pontonov\u00e9ho mostu Burgerov\u00e1. Ponton by v\u0161ak vedl pouze na\u00a0\u0160tvanici \u2013 mezi \u0160tvanic\u00ed a\u00a0Karl\u00ednem je toti\u017e hlubok\u00fd pr\u016fplavn\u00ed kan\u00e1l, kter\u00fd by vy\u017eadoval jin\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u0158e\u0161en\u00ed Zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed l\u00e1vky se stalo ned\u00e1vno i\u00a0zad\u00e1n\u00edm pro studenty ze studia architektky Aleny \u0160r\u00e1mkov\u00e9 \u0160r\u00e1mkov\u00e1\u00a0architekti, s. r. o. S\u00a0jejich n\u00e1vrhy se m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159ij\u00edt sezn\u00e1mit na\u00a0v\u00fdstavu do\u00a0foyer Caf\u00e9 Jedna, a\u00a0to od\u00a010.&nbsp;listopadu 2015. Dostupnost \u0160tvanice by se m\u011bla brzy zlep\u0161it i&nbsp;z&nbsp;pohledu hromadn\u00e9 dopravy. Dopravn\u00ed podnik hl. m\u011bsta Prahy by toti\u017e m\u011bl na Hl\u00e1vkov\u011b most\u011b brzy vybudovat tramvajovou zast\u00e1vku. Pohodln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed cesta na ostrov se tak za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 pomalu r\u00fdsovat.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<hr \/>\r\n<p><strong>Jak vid\u00ed propojen\u00ed Hole\u0161ovic, \u0160tvanice a\u00a0Karl\u00edna opozice?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>TOP 09<\/p>\r\n<p>L\u00e1vka z\u00a0Hole\u0161ovic na\u00a0\u0160tvanici a\u00a0do\u00a0Karl\u00edna by byla u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e1 a\u00a0zcela jist\u011b prakti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e p\u0159\u00edvoz s\u00a0p\u016flhodinov\u00fdm intervalem. Ve\u00a0v\u00fdchodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti ostrova \u0160tvanice kdysi fungovala p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 plov\u00e1rna, ale bez rozumn\u00e9ho spojen\u00ed s\u00a0okoln\u00edm sv\u011btem. Dle na\u0161eho n\u00e1zoru m\u00e1 smysl \u0159e\u0161it l\u00e1vku spolu s\u00a0revitalizac\u00ed v\u00fdchodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti \u0160tvanice (v\u00a0l\u00e9t\u011b baz\u00e9n, v\u00a0zim\u011b bruslen\u00ed, restaurace, p\u016fj\u010dovna lodi\u010dek atd.). V\u00a0takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b by se pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b daly z\u00edskat i\u00a0prost\u0159edky na\u00a0\u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 financov\u00e1n\u00ed l\u00e1vky ze soukrom\u00fdch zdroj\u016f. Ostrov by z\u00edskal na\u00a0p\u0159ita\u017elivosti a\u00a0l\u00e1vka v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed opodstatn\u011bn\u00ed.<br \/>\r\n Ji\u0159\u00ed Hejnic, TOP 09<\/p>\r\n<p>ODS<br \/>\r\n Spojit l\u00e1vkou Hole\u0161ovice se \u0160tvanic\u00ed a\u00a0Karl\u00ednem je rozumn\u00fd z\u00e1m\u011br. Obyvatel\u016fm obou \u010dtvrt\u00ed i\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edm Pra\u017ean\u016fm otev\u0159e m\u00e1lo vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd, ale velmi pot\u0159ebn\u00fd prostor pro relaxaci. Jeho realizace se pl\u00e1nuje od\u00a0po\u010d\u00e1tku stolet\u00ed a\u00a0po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s\u00a0n\u00ed i\u00a0\u00fazemn\u00ed pl\u00e1n. Nem\u00e1 smysl z\u00e1vodit ve\u00a0slibech, jak l\u00e1vky je\u0161t\u011b vylep\u0161it, d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je stavbu prosadit. Provizorn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edvoz jako trval\u00e9 spojen\u00ed ostrova s\u00a0ob\u011bma b\u0159ehy Vltavy neobstoj\u00ed.
