Martin \u0160ubrt, jeden z\u00a0top mana\u017eer\u016f Ropidu, je toti\u017e hlavn\u00edm architektem ned\u00e1vn\u00fdch zm\u011bn v\u00a0tramvajov\u00e9 doprav\u011b. Byl to pr\u00e1v\u011b on, kdo i\u00a0na\u00a0z\u00e1klad\u011b usnesen\u00ed Rady Prahy&nbsp;7 rozhodl, kudy pojede kontroverzn\u00ed tramvaj \u010d\u00edslo 12. Nov\u00e9 trasy pak v\u00a0ulic\u00edch cestuj\u00edc\u00edm osobn\u011b vysv\u011btloval. Jak \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, zm\u011bny na\u00a0Sedmi\u010dce jsou kompromisem.<\/p>\r\n<p>[\/perex]<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Jezd\u00edte vy s\u00e1m tramvaj\u00ed a\u00a0dotkly se v\u00e1s n\u011bjak aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bny?<br \/>\r\n<\/strong>Tramvajemi, metrem i\u00a0autobusy jezd\u00edm denn\u011b. Auto nevlastn\u00edm, proto\u017ee kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk \u017eije v\u00a0centru, je daleko v\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvat hromadnou dopravu. A\u00a0jeliko\u017e jezd\u00edm MHD i\u00a0na\u00a0v\u0161echna jedn\u00e1n\u00ed po\u00a0cel\u00e9 Praze, dot\u00fdkaj\u00ed se m\u011b v\u0161echny aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bny.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Co bylo d\u016fvodem zm\u011bn tramvajov\u00fdch linek po\u00a0zhruba dvou letech od\u00a0posledn\u00ed \u00fapravy?<br \/>\r\n<\/strong>Veden\u00ed hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy n\u00e1s po\u017e\u00e1dalo o\u00a0v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed posilu provozu tramvaj\u00ed v\u00a0centr\u00e1ln\u00edch \u00fasec\u00edch a\u00a0o\u00a0obnovu \u010d\u00e1sti p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdch spojen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 v\u00a0minulosti zanikla. Posila\u00a0po\u010dtu spoj\u016f v\u00a0centru vyplynula ze z\u00e1m\u011bru Prahy roz\u0161i\u0159ovat z\u00f3ny placen\u00e9ho st\u00e1n\u00ed, kdy\u00a0se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst po\u010dtu cestuj\u00edc\u00edch, kte\u0159\u00ed zaparkuj\u00ed sv\u00e1 vozidla na\u00a0okraj\u00edch m\u011bsta a\u00a0sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b do\u00a0centra.<br \/>\r\nRozs\u00e1hl\u00e1 zm\u011bna v\u00a0s\u00edti tramvaj\u00ed prob\u011bhla ji\u017e p\u0159ed \u010dty\u0159mi lety, je\u0161t\u011b v\u00a0dob\u011b, kdy nebylo v\u00a0provozu metro mezi stanicemi Dejvick\u00e1 a\u00a0Nemocnice Motol. Jeliko\u017e je provoz tramvaj\u00ed v\u00a0cel\u00e9 Praze z\u00e1sadn\u011b prov\u00e1zan\u00fd, i\u00a0po\u017eadavek na\u00a0drobn\u00e9 omezen\u00ed kapacity v\u00a0\u00fasec\u00edch, kde po\u00a0otev\u0159en\u00ed metra do\u0161lo k\u00a0poklesu vyt\u00ed\u017een\u00ed spoj\u016f o\u00a025 a\u017e 60\u2009%, m\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed dopad na\u00a0podobu cel\u00e9 tramvajov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b.<strong><br \/>\r\n<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Jak dlouho vlastn\u011b trvalo napl\u00e1novat nov\u00e9 trasy, kolik lid\u00ed se na\u00a0zm\u011bn\u00e1ch pod\u00edlelo a\u00a0jak\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje jste pou\u017e\u00edvali?<br \/>\r\n<\/strong>Celkov\u00fd proces p\u0159\u00edpravy zm\u011bn prob\u00edhal asi rok. Od\u00a0osloven\u00ed m\u011bstsk\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed p\u0159es komunikaci s\u00a0ve\u0159ejnost\u00ed v\u00a0r\u00e1mci anket i\u00a0na\u00a0setk\u00e1n\u00edch s\u00a0ob\u010dany (prob\u011bhla nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00a0Praze 6 i\u00a0Praze 7)\u00a0a\u00a0p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00ed t\u0159\u00ed n\u00e1vrh\u016f mo\u017en\u00fdch zm\u011bn (v\u00a0dubnu 2016) a\u017e k\u00a0v\u00fdsledn\u00e9mu projedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed fin\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed na\u00a0z\u00e1klad\u011b p\u0159ipom\u00ednek v\u0161ech zainteresovan\u00fdch subjekt\u016f. Na\u00a0cel\u00e9m procesu od\u00a0sb\u011bru podn\u011bt\u016f po\u00a0informov\u00e1n\u00ed o\u00a0zm\u011bn\u00e1ch se pod\u00edlelo n\u011bkolik des\u00edtek pracovn\u00edk\u016f Ropidu i\u00a0Dopravn\u00edho podniku hl. m. Prahy. Krom\u011b pr\u016fzkum\u016f, anket a\u00a0dopravn\u00edch model\u016f jsou nav\u00edc p\u0159ipravovan\u00e9 zm\u011bny pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1ny podrobn\u00fdmi v\u00fdpo\u010dty provozn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f a\u00a0velkou pom\u016fckou je software, v\u00a0n\u011bm\u017e se pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed samotn\u00e9 j\u00edzdn\u00ed \u0159\u00e1dy.<strong><br \/>\r\n<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Byly n\u011bjak\u00e9 linky upraveny pouze na \u00a0z\u00e1klad\u011b p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed ob\u010dan\u016f?<br \/>\r\n<\/strong>Linka 2 vznikla na\u00a0z\u00e1klad\u011b petice ob\u010dan\u016f v\u00a0oblasti Pet\u0159in. Linka 4 sm\u011b\u0159uje ve\u00a0\u0161pi\u010dk\u00e1ch nov\u011b na\u00a0Barrandov na\u00a0z\u00e1klad\u011b po\u017eadavku ob\u010dan\u016f na\u00a0zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho spojen\u00ed na\u00a0Karlovo n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed a\u00a0na\u00a0I. P.\u00a0Pavlova. Linka 5 sm\u011b\u0159uje ze \u017di\u017ekova na\u00a0V\u00e1clavsk\u00e9 n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed na\u00a0z\u00e1klad\u011b st\u00ed\u017enost\u00ed cestuj\u00edc\u00edch na\u00a0p\u0159et\u00ed\u017eenou linku 9 ve\u00a0stejn\u00e9m \u00faseku. Osmi\u010dka m\u00e1 o\u00a0v\u00edkendu nov\u011b dva vozy na\u00a0z\u00e1klad\u011b \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed obyvatel Karl\u00edna a\u00a0Letn\u00e9. Trasu linky 12 z\u00e1sadn\u011b ovlivnila petice ob\u010dan\u016f z\u00a0okol\u00ed Letensk\u00e9ho n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed. Spojen\u00ed Manin s\u00a0centrem a\u00a0s\u00a0n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00edm Vyso\u010dany, kter\u00e9 nov\u011b zaji\u0161\u0165uje linka 14, popt\u00e1vali cestuj\u00edc\u00ed jak v\u00a0oblasti Prahy&nbsp;7, tak Prahy 9. Novou linku 15 a\u00a0p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 spojen\u00ed z\u00a0Malostransk\u00e9ho n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed na\u00a0n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Republiky a\u00a0hlavn\u00ed n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed popt\u00e1vali zase obyvatel\u00e9 Prahy 1.<strong><br \/>\r\n<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Po\u00a0zaveden\u00ed zm\u011bn jste se pohyboval v\u00a0ulic\u00edch Prahy&nbsp;7 a\u00a0vysv\u011btloval jste zm\u011bny nespokojen\u00fdm cestuj\u00edc\u00edm. P\u0159iznal jste se k\u00a0autorstv\u00ed? Jak\u00e9 byly reakce?<br \/>\r\n<\/strong>V\u00a0Hole\u0161ovic\u00edch je v\u00fdsledn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed kompromisem, u\u00a0n\u011bho\u017e jsme o\u010dek\u00e1vali nejv\u00edce reakc\u00ed cestuj\u00edc\u00edch, zejm\u00e9na t\u011bch z\u00a0okol\u00ed Veletr\u017en\u00edho pal\u00e1ce. Pokud jsme se dali do\u00a0\u0159e\u010di a\u00a0byla mo\u017enost vysv\u011btlit souvislosti, \u0159ada cestuj\u00edc\u00edch postup n\u00e1\u0161 i\u00a0m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti pochopila a\u00a0rozhovory to byly v\u017edy zaj\u00edmav\u00e9.<strong><br \/>\r\n<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b Sedmi\u010dky je asi nejkontroverzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed tramvaj \u010d. 12 \u2013 ot\u00e1zka, zda ji v\u00e9st p\u0159es Letnou, \u010di po\u00a0n\u00e1b\u0159e\u017e\u00ed, kdysi \u010dtvr\u0165 rozd\u011blila a\u00a0ani po\u00a0posledn\u00edch zm\u011bn\u00e1ch nejsou lid\u00e9 s\u00a0jej\u00edm veden\u00edm spokojeni. Jak\u00e9 byly d\u016fvody pro zm\u011bnu trasy pr\u00e1v\u011b t\u00e9to tramvaje?<br \/>\r\n<\/strong>Zm\u011bna trasy linky 12 byla v\u00a0r\u00e1mci nov\u00e9ho linkov\u00e9ho veden\u00ed tramvaj\u00ed nejd\u00e9le zva\u017eovanou \u00fapravou. V\u00a0oblasti Prahy&nbsp;7 bylo v\u00a0dubnu 2016 organizac\u00ed Ropid p\u0159edkl\u00e1d\u00e1no jin\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, ne\u017e kter\u00e9 bylo nakonec zavedeno. Obsahovalo nap\u0159\u00edklad obnovu trasy linky 12 od\u00a0n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed Hole\u0161ovice na\u00a0Sm\u00edchov p\u0159es n\u00e1b\u0159e\u017e\u00ed, nikoli p\u0159es Letnou. Tedy to, co po\u017eaduje aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed iniciativa obyvatel Hole\u0161ovic, kter\u00e1 se nyn\u00ed objevila na\u00a0zast\u00e1vk\u00e1ch. Paradoxn\u011b ale toto \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed popt\u00e1van\u00e9 obyvateli Hole\u0161ovic odm\u00edtli v\u00a0rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 peti\u010dn\u00ed akci obyvatel\u00e9 Letn\u00e9, a\u00a0proto nebylo realizov\u00e1no.<br \/>\r\nCelkov\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed oblasti Hole\u0161ovic, kde jsou tramvajov\u00e9 trat\u011b zaokruhov\u00e1ny, nen\u00ed bohu\u017eel nikdy mo\u017en\u00e9 navrhnout bez toho, aby na\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b do\u0161lo k\u00a0m\u00edrn\u00e9mu zhor\u0161en\u00ed dopravn\u00edho spojen\u00ed. Probl\u00e9mem lokality je fakt, \u017ee je zde po\u017eadov\u00e1no v\u00edce tramvajov\u00fdch spojen\u00ed, ne\u017e kolik dok\u00e1\u017eou z\u00a0Hole\u0161ovic odv\u00e9st navazuj\u00edc\u00ed tramvajov\u00e9 trat\u011b. Na\u00a0Libe\u0148sk\u00e9m most\u011b nelze provozovat v\u00edce ne\u017e 4 tramvajov\u00e9 linky, nyn\u00ed zejm\u00e9na kv\u016fli omezen\u00e9mu vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9mu potk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed tramvaj\u00ed na\u00a0oblouc\u00edch mostu. Ve\u00a0zhor\u0161en\u00e9m stavu je ji\u017e tak\u00e9 Hl\u00e1vk\u016fv most a\u00a0otev\u0159en\u00edm M\u011bstsk\u00e9ho okruhu do\u0161lo k\u00a0ur\u010dit\u00e9mu omezen\u00ed kapacity tramvajov\u00e9 trat\u011b na\u00a0Letn\u00e9 pro dal\u0161\u00ed linky. Ve\u00a0sm\u011bru do\u00a0Trojsk\u00e9 by bylo efektivn\u00ed provozovat dal\u0161\u00ed linku pouze do\u00a0zast\u00e1vky Trojsk\u00e1, jen\u017ee zde nen\u00ed obrati\u0161t\u011b a\u00a0takov\u00fd spoj by musel dojet a\u017e na\u00a0kone\u010dnou S\u00eddli\u0161t\u011b \u010e\u00e1blice, a\u010d by z\u00a0Troje pokra\u010doval t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 pr\u00e1zdn\u00fd. T\u00edm by do\u0161lo ke\u00a0zbyte\u010dn\u00e9mu nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed provozn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f o\u00a0n\u011bkolik des\u00edtek milion\u016f korun ro\u010dn\u011b.<strong><br \/>\r\n<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Dvan\u00e1ctka ale byla jedin\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm spojen\u00edm mezi Letnou a\u00a0V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011bm. Pro\u010d u\u017e neodbo\u010duje doleva, ale jede rovn\u011b jako 1 a\u00a025? Je to kv\u016fli kapacit\u011b k\u0159i\u017eovatky na\u00a0Strossmayerov\u011b n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed?<br \/>\r\n<\/strong>P\u0159ipom\u00ednky z\u00a0Hole\u0161ovic se v\u00a0posledn\u00edm obdob\u00ed nejv\u00edce zam\u011b\u0159ovaly na\u00a0ne\u00fanosn\u00e9 p\u0159et\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed linek 1 a\u00a025 v\u00a0\u00faseku Vltavsk\u00e1\u2013Letn\u00e1 a\u00a0zp\u011bt, na\u00a0nepravideln\u00fd provoz spojen\u00fdch linek\u00a014 a\u00a024 a\u00a0nemo\u017enost spoje t\u011bchto linek intervalov\u011b zkoordinovat s\u00a0linkou 12. S\u00a0rozvojem z\u00e1stavby v\u00a0okol\u00ed Manin a\u00a0hole\u0161ovick\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstavu pak p\u0159ib\u00fdvalo st\u00ed\u017enost\u00ed na\u00a0absenci p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 tramvajov\u00e9 linky z\u00a0Manin do\u00a0centra m\u011bsta.<br \/>\r\nV\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 probl\u00e9my jsou vy\u0159e\u0161eny s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee bohu\u017eel doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke\u00a0zhor\u0161en\u00ed v\u00a0zast\u00e1vce Veletr\u017en\u00ed pal\u00e1c, kter\u00e1 p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed o\u00a0p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 spojen\u00ed na\u00a0Letensk\u00e9 n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed. Zajistit spojen\u00ed linkou 12 po\u00a0n\u00e1b\u0159e\u017e\u00ed na\u00a0Malou Stranu, p\u0159es Letnou na\u00a0Malou Stranu, zachovat spojen\u00ed z\u00a0Kamenick\u00e9 k\u00a0Veletr\u017en\u00edmu pal\u00e1ci a\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u011b pos\u00edlit spojen\u00ed z\u00a0Letn\u00e9 na\u00a0Vltavskou je v\u00a0souvislostech mo\u017enost\u00ed tramvajov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b ne\u0159e\u0161iteln\u00fd \u00fakol. Snahou projektant\u016f bylo proto naj\u00edt v\u00fdchodisko, kter\u00e9 vy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed v\u00edce probl\u00e9m\u016f. By\u0165 nov\u00fd stav provozu s\u00edt\u011b tramvaj\u00ed v\u00a0Hole\u0161ovic\u00edch nen\u00ed ide\u00e1ln\u00ed, nakonec p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed pozitiva v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed skupin\u011b cestuj\u00edc\u00edch.<br \/>\r\nLinka 12 tedy jede p\u0159\u00edmo na\u00a0Vltavskou, aby pomohla \u010dasto z\u00e1sadn\u011b p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00fdm spoj\u016fm linek 1 a\u00a025. V\u00a0anket\u011b v\u00a0t\u00e9to oblasti se cestuj\u00edc\u00ed vyjad\u0159ovali k\u00a0tomuto t\u00e9matu nej\u010dast\u011bji, nap\u0159\u00edklad takto: \u201eM\u011blo by doj\u00edt k\u00a0pos\u00edlen\u00ed linek \u010d. 1 a\u00a025 v\u00a0rann\u00ed dopravn\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dce \u2013 neust\u00e1le narvan\u00e9 tramvaje.\u201c \u2013 \u201eDenn\u011b jezd\u00edm v\u00a0dopravn\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dce \u00fasek Vltavsk\u00e1\u2013Hrad\u010dansk\u00e1, \u010dili tramvajov\u00e1 linka \u010d. 1 nebo \u010d. 25. V\u00a0\u010dasov\u00e9m \u00faseku mezi 7:15 a\u00a08:30 m\u00e1m velk\u00fd probl\u00e9m v\u016fbec se dostat do\u00a0vozu. P\u0159ij\u010fte si vyfotit v\u00a0rann\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dce \u00fapln\u011b p\u0159ecpan\u00e9 tramvajov\u00e9 linky \u010d. 1 a\u00a025 na\u00a0Vltavsk\u00e9!\u201c<strong><br \/>\r\n<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Se zm\u011bnou trasy linky 12 tak\u00e9 souvis\u00ed zhor\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho spojen\u00ed mezi Ortenov\u00fdm a\u00a0Strossmayerov\u00fdm n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00edm, d\u0159\u00edv tu jezdila 12 i\u00a024, te\u010f jen 6. Tramvaj \u010d. 12 kon\u010d\u00ed na\u00a0smy\u010dce a\u00a0zb\u00fdv\u00e1 bu\u010f \u010dekat na\u00a0jin\u00fd spoj na\u00a0nacpan\u00e9m ostr\u016fvku, nebo zkou\u0161et p\u0159eb\u00edhat na\u00a0smy\u010dku s\u00a0posilovou linkou 17. Co byste vzk\u00e1zal t\u011bm, kter\u00fdm se to nel\u00edb\u00ed?<br \/>\r\n<\/strong>Z\u00a0Ortenova n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed jezd\u00ed na\u00a0Strossmayerovo n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed krom\u011b linky 6 nad\u00e1le i\u00a0linka 12, jen z\u00a0prot\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zast\u00e1vky. Tj. pokud n\u011bkomu ujede \u0161estka, m\u00e1 mo\u017enost vyu\u017e\u00edt spoj dvan\u00e1ctky z\u00a0opa\u010dn\u00e9 strany. P\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 spojen\u00ed s\u00a0centrem Prahy&nbsp;7 na\u00a0Strossmayerov\u011b n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed a\u00a0s\u00a0Letnou nav\u00edc nov\u011b z\u00edskala zast\u00e1vka D\u011blnick\u00e1 ve\u00a0sm\u011bru od\u00a0Ortenova n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed, k\u00a0n\u00ed\u017e m\u00e1 z\u00a0hlediska doch\u00e1zky nejbl\u00ed\u017ee \u0159ada obyvatel st\u0159edn\u00edch Hole\u0161ovic (d\u0159\u00edve toto spojen\u00ed zaji\u0161\u0165ovala p\u011btka a\u00a0bylo rovn\u011b\u017e \u010dasto popt\u00e1v\u00e1no). Na\u00a0Strossmayerov\u011b n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed z\u016fstaly parametry spojen\u00ed sm\u011br Ortenovo n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed a\u00a0U\u00a0Pr\u016fhonu z\u00a0hlediska n\u00e1stupu do\u00a0tramvaj\u00ed shodn\u00e9 (Dle j\u00edzdn\u00edho \u0159\u00e1du trv\u00e1 cesta p\u0159es tr\u017enici 7 minut, stejn\u011b jako trvala p\u0159es V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b, pozn. red.). Z\u00a0hlediska vyt\u00ed\u017eenosti p\u0159ipravujeme na\u00a0listopad jak profilov\u00fd, tak celos\u00ed\u0165ov\u00fd pr\u016fzkum, kter\u00e9 uk\u00e1\u017eou, zda tramvaje vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v\u00edce cestuj\u00edc\u00edch.\u00a0<strong><br \/>\r\n<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Kdy podle v\u00e1s dojde k\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edm zm\u011bn\u00e1m v\u00a0tramvajov\u00e9 doprav\u011b?<br \/>\r\n<\/strong>I\u00a0pro n\u00e1s jsou podobn\u00e9 zm\u011bny obrovsky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdm \u00fakolem, tak\u017ee bychom r\u00e1di, aby se v\u00a0dohledn\u00e9 dob\u011b neopakovaly. Na\u0161\u00edm \u00fakolem je ale neust\u00e1le zpracov\u00e1vat a\u00a0vyhodnocovat podn\u011bty od\u00a0m\u011bstsk\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, co\u017e znamen\u00e1,\u00a0\u017ee nem\u016f\u017eeme vylou\u010dit, \u017ee k\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m op\u011bt dojde.
