Pohodln\u011b na n\u00ed budou spole\u010dn\u011b fungovat p\u011b\u0161\u00ed, cyklist\u00e9 i&nbsp;lid\u00e9 na kole\u010dkov\u00fdch brusl\u00edch. V&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby po n\u00ed p\u0159ejedou tak\u00e9 vozidla Integrovan\u00e9ho z\u00e1chrann\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. Celkov\u00e1 cena stavby byla 150 milion\u016f korun. S\u00a0otev\u0159en\u00edm nov\u00e9 l\u00e1vky kon\u010d\u00ed provoz p\u0159\u00edvozu P8.<\/p>\r\n<p>[\/perex]<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201eSplnili jsme sliby, kter\u00e9 jsme Pra\u017ean\u016fm dali. Od\u0161kodnili jsme po\u0161kozen\u00e9 Pra\u017eany po p\u00e1du Trojsk\u00e9 l\u00e1vky a&nbsp;nyn\u00ed otv\u00edr\u00e1me l\u00e1vku novou. Ta bude modern\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a&nbsp;bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. D\u00edky \u0161\u00ed\u0159ce \u010dty\u0159i metry se na n\u00ed pohodln\u011b vejdou chodci, cyklisti, brusla\u0159i i&nbsp;rodi\u010de s\u00a0ko\u010d\u00e1rkem. O&nbsp;v\u00edkendu se po l\u00e1vce chyst\u00e1m projet na kole a&nbsp;osobn\u011b ji vyzkou\u0161et. U\u017e se na to moc t\u011b\u0161\u00edm!\u201c<\/em> \u0159ekl <em><strong>prim\u00e1tor hl. m. Prahy Zden\u011bk H\u0159ib<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u00a0\u201ePo n\u00e1stupu na magistr\u00e1t byla stavba nov\u00e9 Trojsk\u00e9 l\u00e1vky jedna z&nbsp;nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch priorit. Tento dluh minulosti jsme museli Pra\u017ean\u016fm splatit co nejrychleji. Stavby podobn\u00e9ho rozsahu trvaj\u00ed zpravidla od za\u010d\u00e1tku sout\u011b\u017ee zpracovatel\u016f k&nbsp;hotov\u00e9 stavb\u011b zhruba \u010dty\u0159i roky. N\u00e1m se tento proces poda\u0159ilo o&nbsp;rok zkr\u00e1tit a&nbsp;to jsme museli z\u00edskat zm\u011bnu \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu, \u00fazemn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed, stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed a&nbsp;vysout\u011b\u017eit projektanta a&nbsp;zhotovitele. Samotn\u00e1 stavba netrvala ani rok, za\u010dali jsme ji v&nbsp;listopadu 2019,\u201c<\/em> uvedl n<em><strong>\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora a&nbsp;radn\u00ed pro oblast dopravy Adam Scheinherr<\/strong> <\/em>a pokra\u010doval: <em>\u201eNov\u00e1 Trojsk\u00e1 l\u00e1vka zvl\u00e1dla n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 zat\u011b\u017eovac\u00ed zkou\u0161ky, kdy na n\u00ed bylo najednou a\u017e 35 tun, a&nbsp;u\u017e nic nebr\u00e1n\u00ed jej\u00edmu otev\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsme zah\u00e1jili s&nbsp;m\u00fdm ro\u010dn\u00edm synem. Ten mi ji schv\u00e1lil, co\u017e bylo samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed stanovisko, kter\u00e9 jsme pot\u0159ebovali z\u00edskat.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p>Nov\u00e1 Trojsk\u00e1 l\u00e1vka je 4 metry \u0161irok\u00e1 a&nbsp;256 metr\u016f dlouh\u00e1 s&nbsp;\u017eivotnost\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u011b 100 let. Vzhledem k&nbsp;tomu, \u017ee se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v&nbsp;z\u00e1plavov\u00e9 oblasti C\u00edsa\u0159sk\u00e9ho ostrova, bude mo\u017en\u00e9 jej\u00ed z\u00e1bradl\u00ed p\u0159i velk\u00e9 vod\u011b sklopit, aby nebyla ve velk\u00e9m proudu p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekou a&nbsp;zbyte\u010dn\u011b se tak ne\u010de\u0159ila voda. V&nbsp;z\u00e1bradl\u00ed je tak\u00e9 zabudovan\u00e9 tepl\u00e9 \u017elut\u00e9 sv\u011btlo, aby neru\u0161ilo pt\u00e1ky a&nbsp;hmyz.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201eStavba mezi Trojou a&nbsp;C\u00edsa\u0159sk\u00fdm ostrovem nen\u00ed pouze vizu\u00e1ln\u011b jin\u00e1. Na rozd\u00edl od t\u00e9 p\u016fvodn\u00ed je konstrukce navr\u017een\u00e1 tak, aby nekorodovala, a&nbsp;ka\u017ed\u00fd detail byl snadno kontrolovateln\u00fd, co\u017e byl probl\u00e9m t\u00e9 minul\u00e9. Pra\u017ean\u00e9 si zaslou\u017e\u00ed kvalitn\u00ed mosty, o&nbsp;kter\u00e9 se jejich politici budou starat,\u201c<\/em> doplnil <em><strong>Scheinherr<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201ePo t\u0159ech letech m\u00e1me op\u011bt pevn\u00e9 spojen\u00ed mezi Prahou 7 a&nbsp;Trojou tedy mezi Stromovkou a&nbsp;zoo. Z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00e9 testy dopadly dob\u0159e a&nbsp;nov\u00e1 Trojsk\u00e1 l\u00e1vka bude bezpe\u010dn\u011b slou\u017eit v\u0161em chodc\u016fm, brusla\u0159\u016fm a&nbsp;cyklist\u016fm. Ti u\u017e nebudou muset sesedat z&nbsp;kola poka\u017ed\u00e9, kdy\u017e budu cht\u00edt p\u0159ejet p\u0159es Vltavu. A&nbsp;m\u016f\u017ee po n\u00ed projet i&nbsp;z\u00e1chranka. Ocelov\u00e1 konstrukce je navr\u017een\u00e1 tak, aby nekorodovala a&nbsp;jej\u00ed stav se dal dob\u0159e kontrolovat. Kdy\u017e se o&nbsp;n\u00ed budeme dob\u0159e starat, co\u017e zajist\u00edme, tak po n\u00ed budou chodit do zoo nebo do Botanick\u00e9 zahrady i&nbsp;pravnou\u010data moj\u00ed dcery Roz\u00e1rky, kter\u00e1 se narodila p\u0159ed dv\u011bma t\u00fddny,\u201c<\/em> p\u0159ipojil <em><strong>Jan \u010ci\u017einsk\u00fd, starosta m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Praha&nbsp;7<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\r\n<p>Odkaz p\u016fvodn\u00ed Trojsk\u00e9 l\u00e1vky je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm zdvi\u017een\u00fdm prstem. Po volb\u00e1ch p\u0159ijala nov\u00e1 politick\u00e1 reprezentace nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed prevence podobn\u00fdch trag\u00e9di\u00ed. Jen d\u00edky d\u016fkladn\u00fdm a&nbsp;p\u0159esn\u00fdm technick\u00fdm poznatk\u016fm a&nbsp;profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed pravidelnou kontrolou je mo\u017en\u00e9 poznat skute\u010dn\u00fd stav most\u016f do detailu. A&nbsp;jedin\u011b pak je mo\u017en\u00e9 opravy napl\u00e1novat rychlej\u0161\u00ed, kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a&nbsp;\u0161etrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed k&nbsp;m\u011bstsk\u00e9 kase.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201eO pra\u017esk\u00e9 dominanty spojuj\u00edc\u00ed b\u0159ehy Vltavy se mus\u00edme zodpov\u011bdn\u011b starat a&nbsp;po n\u00e1stupu na magistr\u00e1t jsem okam\u017eit\u011b zajistil, aby se podobn\u00e9 trag\u00e9die u\u017e neopakovaly. V\u00a0Technick\u00e9 spr\u00e1v\u011b komunikac\u00ed jsme pos\u00edlili kontrolu stavu most\u016f. Zajistil jsem \u0161est miliard na jejich opravy. U&nbsp;t\u011bch v&nbsp;havarijn\u00edm stavu byly zah\u00e1jeny rekonstrukce a&nbsp;ve velk\u00e9m jsme za\u010dali d\u011blat diagnostick\u00e9 zkou\u0161ky v\u010detn\u011b t\u011bch zat\u011b\u017eovac\u00edch. Jde nap\u0159\u00edklad o&nbsp;Hl\u00e1vk\u016fv, Palack\u00e9ho nebo Libe\u0148sk\u00fd most,\u201c <strong>dodal Scheinherr<\/strong><\/em>. P\u0159ed otev\u0159en\u00edm a&nbsp;kolaudac\u00ed se konaly dynamick\u00e9 a&nbsp;statick\u00e9 zat\u011b\u017eovac\u00ed zkou\u0161ky tak\u00e9 na nov\u00e9 Trojsk\u00e9 l\u00e1vce. Pru\u030abe\u030cz\u030cn\u011b na ni naji\u0301z\u030cd\u011blo deset Avii\u0301 a&nbsp;multika\u0301r o&nbsp;celkov\u00e9 hmotnosti te\u0301me\u030cr\u030c 35 tun.<\/p>\r\n<p>Praha pl\u00e1nuje n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 rekonstrukce Barrandovsk\u00e9ho a&nbsp;Libe\u0148sk\u00e9ho mostu bez v\u00fdrazn\u00fdch dopravn\u00edch omezen\u00ed a&nbsp;pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed se stavby nov\u00fdch spojnic b\u0159eh\u016f Vltavy.
