Domy, ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 budovy i\u00a0industri\u00e1ln\u00ed stavby jsou b\u011b\u017enou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed na\u0161eho \u017eivota a\u00a0oce\u0148ovanou p\u0159ipom\u00ednkou n\u011bkdej\u0161\u00ed tv\u00e1\u0159e na\u0161\u00ed \u010dtvrti. Urbanistick\u00e1 a\u00a0architektonick\u00e1 kvalita t\u011bchto staveb je zna\u010dn\u00e1 a\u00a0vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed nad\u010dasov\u00fd z\u00e1klad unik\u00e1tn\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ry Prahy&nbsp;7. P\u0159esto se pom\u011brn\u011b \u010dasto st\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee se n\u011bkter\u00e1 z\u00a0t\u011bchto v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch staveb ocitne v\u00a0ohro\u017een\u00ed demolic\u00ed nebo necitlivou p\u0159estavbou, kter\u00e1 by nav\u017edy zm\u011bnila jej\u00ed charakter. V\u00a0takov\u00e9 chv\u00edli je t\u0159eba v\u017edy znovu a\u00a0znovu vysv\u011btlovat v\u00fdznam a\u00a0kvalitu stavby a\u00a0p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dovat jej\u00edho majitele, aby nam\u00edsto demolice volil cestu obnovy a\u00a0adaptace, kter\u00e1 by zachovala to hodnotn\u00e9 a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 umo\u017enila vdechnout budov\u011b nov\u00fd \u017eivot.<\/p>\r\n<p>Stane-li se, \u017ee takto ohro\u017een\u00e1 stavba je v\u00a0majetku m\u011bsta, zd\u00e1 se p\u0159irozen\u00e9, \u017ee jako dobr\u00fd hospod\u00e1\u0159 a\u00a0nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed str\u00e1\u017ece kulturn\u00edch hodnot v\u00a0\u00fazem\u00ed p\u016fjde p\u0159\u00edkladem: to, co vy\u017eaduji od\u00a0jin\u00fdch, bych m\u011bl s\u00e1m \u010diniti. O\u00a0to smutn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je skute\u010dnost, \u017ee se v\u00a0tuto chv\u00edli stahuj\u00ed mraky nad Libe\u0148sk\u00fdm mostem, kter\u00fd je jednou z\u00a0nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch industri\u00e1ln\u00edch hole\u0161ovick\u00fdch staveb a\u00a0spad\u00e1 do\u00a0majetku a\u00a0gesce hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta. Most je jedn\u00edm z\u00a0vrcholn\u00fdch d\u011bl v\u00fdznamn\u00e9ho \u010desk\u00e9ho architekta Pavla Jan\u00e1ka a\u00a0je unik\u00e1tn\u00ed svou konstrukc\u00ed i\u00a0architektonick\u00fdm v\u00fdrazem.<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2015-06-libensky-most3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2015-06-libensky-most3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1440\" height=\"669\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7710\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2015-06-libensky-most3.jpg 1440w, https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2015-06-libensky-most3-600x279.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2015-06-libensky-most3-768x357.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1440px) 100vw, 1440px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Koncepce pra\u017esk\u00fdch most\u016f<br \/>\r\n <\/strong>Libe\u0148sk\u00fd most byl postaven v\u00a0letech 1924\u201328. Du\u0161\u00ed cel\u00e9ho projektu a\u00a0autorem obloukov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed mostu byl Ing.\u00a0Franti\u0161ek Mencl, p\u0159ednosta mostn\u00edho odboru ve\u00a0stavebn\u00edm \u00fa\u0159adu pra\u017esk\u00e9ho magistr\u00e1tu, kter\u00fd se d\u016fsledn\u011b zab\u00fdval nejen technick\u00fdm ztv\u00e1rn\u011bn\u00edm mostu, ale i\u00a0pozic\u00ed a\u00a0p\u016fsoben\u00edm most\u016f v\u00a0r\u00e1mci cel\u00e9 Prahy. Mencl dle vlastn\u00edch slov vn\u00edmal soubor pra\u017esk\u00fdch most\u016f jako \u201ejednotnou harmonickou skupinu, \u0159e\u0161enou z\u00a0vy\u0161\u0161\u00edho hlediska bez jednotliv\u00fdch z\u00e1lib a\u00a0p\u0159edsudk\u016f,\u201c ve\u00a0kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba \u201edb\u00e1ti \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed rozmanitosti, aby byl ka\u017ed\u00fd most pokud mo\u017eno jin\u00fd, od\u00a0p\u0159ede\u0161l\u00fdch odli\u0161n\u00fd\u201c. Libe\u0148sk\u00fd most se od\u00a0po\u010d\u00e1tku p\u0159edstavoval jako t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd a\u00a0d\u016fkladn\u00fd, a\u00a0to jednak proto, aby se odli\u0161il od\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u011b prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho lehk\u00e9ho a\u017e \u201efiligr\u00e1nsk\u00e9ho\u201c mostu Trojsk\u00e9ho, jednak z\u00a0technologick\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f: p\u0159edstava pevn\u00e9ho robustn\u00edho mostu dob\u0159e odpov\u00eddala zvolen\u00e9 technologii dusan\u00e9ho betonu bez kovov\u00fdch v\u00fdztu\u017e\u00ed a\u00a0jist\u00e1 masivnost architektury byla dle Menclova soudu nam\u00edst\u011b i\u00a0vzhledem k\u00a0mohutn\u00fdm n\u00e1sp\u016fm, ze kter\u00fdch se tento v\u00a0podstat\u011b krajinn\u00fd most z\u00a0velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti sest\u00e1val.<\/p>\r\n<p>Tomuto Menclovu n\u00e1zoru vy\u0161el podle soudu historika um\u011bn\u00ed Rostislava \u0160v\u00e1chy \u201eide\u00e1ln\u011b vst\u0159\u00edc Jan\u00e1k\u016fv robustn\u00ed puristick\u00fd styl, k\u00a0n\u011bmu\u017e pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u00a0polovin\u011b dvac\u00e1t\u00fdch let architekt dosp\u00edval po\u00a0sv\u00e9m kubistick\u00e9m a\u00a0rondokubistick\u00e9m \u00fadob\u00ed\u201c. O\u00a0vysok\u00e9m dobov\u00e9m hodnocen\u00ed Jan\u00e1kova ztv\u00e1rn\u011bn\u00ed mostu sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed mimo jin\u00e9 fakt, \u017ee byl jako jedin\u00fd z\u00a0pra\u017esk\u00fdch most\u016f postaven\u00fdch za\u00a0prvn\u00ed republiky publikov\u00e1n v\u00a0dobov\u00e9m architektonick\u00e9m tisku. \u0158e\u010deno op\u011bt slovy Rostislava \u0160v\u00e1chy, Libe\u0148sk\u00fd most lze pokl\u00e1dat za\u00a0\u201evysoce hodnotn\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nek v\u00a0\u0159et\u011bzci pra\u017esk\u00fdch klenut\u00fdch most\u016f z\u00a0prvn\u00ed poloviny 20.&nbsp;stolet\u00ed, za\u00a0nenahraditelnou sou\u010d\u00e1st p\u016fsobiv\u00e9ho Menclova konceptu jednoty a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 i\u00a0rozmanitosti pra\u017esk\u00fdch mostn\u00edch d\u011bl\u201c.<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2015-06-libensky-most.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2015-06-libensky-most.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1440\" height=\"1919\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7707\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2015-06-libensky-most.jpg 1440w, https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2015-06-libensky-most-300x400.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2015-06-libensky-most-768x1023.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2015-06-libensky-most-750x1000.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1440px) 100vw, 1440px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Zabr\u00e1nit roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed<br \/>\r\n <\/strong>Desetilet\u00ed bez koncep\u010dn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eby a\u00a0nez\u00e1jem bohu\u017eel p\u0159inesly postupn\u00e9 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 ch\u00e1tr\u00e1n\u00ed mostu, a\u00a0kdy\u017e p\u0159ipo\u010dteme povodn\u011b z\u00a0roku 2002, nen\u00ed divu, \u017ee technick\u00fd stav mostu se v\u00a0tuto chv\u00edli rozhodn\u011b ned\u00e1 ozna\u010dit za\u00a0dobr\u00fd. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tato skute\u010dnost se stala z\u00e1minkou pro minim\u00e1ln\u011b deset let prosazovanou \u201eradik\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159estavbu\u201c, kter\u00e1 by v\u0161ak znamenala faktick\u00fd z\u00e1nik mostu a\u00a0jeho nahrazen\u00ed novou konstrukc\u00ed. Takzvan\u00e1 rekonstrukce by, mimo jin\u00e9, ji\u017e tak velkorys\u00fd most d\u00e1le roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ila o\u00a06 metr\u016f a\u00a0vytvo\u0159ila p\u0159edpoklad pro n\u00e1r\u016fst dopravy na\u00a0\u00farove\u0148 \u010dty\u0159proud\u00e9 tranzitn\u00ed komunikace. Tento od\u00a0po\u010d\u00e1tku sporn\u00fd projekt bohu\u017eel v\u00a0uplynul\u00fdch letech z\u00edskal v\u0161echna pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 povolen\u00ed a\u00a0jeho realizaci u\u017e t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nic nebr\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0Vzhledem k\u00a0z\u00e1va\u017enosti situace proto vydala Rada M\u010c Prahy&nbsp;7 dne 14.&nbsp;dubna 2015 stanovisko, v\u00a0n\u011bm\u017e konstatovala, \u017ee neshled\u00e1v\u00e1 k\u00a0pl\u00e1novan\u00e9mu roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed a\u00a0zkapacitn\u011bn\u00ed Libe\u0148sk\u00e9ho mostu \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd d\u016fvod. Uli\u010dn\u00ed profil na\u00a0hole\u0161ovick\u00e9 i\u00a0libe\u0148sk\u00e9 stran\u011b toti\u017e zcela odpov\u00edd\u00e1 \u0161\u00ed\u0159ce mostu a\u00a0jeho dne\u0161n\u00ed kapacita vyhovuje sou\u010dasn\u00e9mu i\u00a0budouc\u00edmu m\u011bstsk\u00e9mu i\u00a0m\u00edstn\u00edmu v\u00fdznamu. Most vynik\u00e1 urbanistickou i\u00a0architektonickou hodnotou a\u00a0je v\u00fdznamnou technickou pam\u00e1tkou. Vzhledem k\u00a0nesporn\u00e9mu v\u00fdznamu mostu po\u017eaduje M\u010c respektovat architektonick\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed mostu a\u00a0v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nutnosti snesen\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed a\u00a0vytvo\u0159en\u00ed jejich p\u0159esn\u00e9 repliky. Citliv\u00e1 oprava bude toti\u017e levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e navr\u017een\u00e1 radik\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159estavba a\u00a0omezen\u00ed dopravy bude pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b trvat krat\u0161\u00ed dobu. Roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by z\u00a0mostu vytvo\u0159ilo tranzitn\u00ed kapacitn\u00ed komunikaci, pova\u017euje M\u010c Praha&nbsp;7 za\u00a0zcela ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed \u2013 vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed toti\u017e mimo jin\u00e9 prostor pro tunelov\u00e1 spojen\u00ed v\u00a0oblasti Palmovky. Na\u00a0z\u00e1klad\u011b t\u011bchto d\u016fvod\u016f vyzvala M\u010c Praha&nbsp;7 Magistr\u00e1t hl. m. Prahy, aby aktivn\u011b hledal a\u00a0nalezl mo\u017enosti technick\u00e9ho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed opravy st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed mostn\u00ed konstrukce tak, aby Libe\u0148sk\u00fd most mohl nad\u00e1le slou\u017eit sv\u00e9mu \u00fa\u010delu.<\/p>\r\n<p>Jak\u00fd bude v\u00fdsledek cel\u00e9 situace, nen\u00ed prozat\u00edm jasn\u00e9. V\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b prob\u00edhaj\u00ed intenzivn\u00ed jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e1 by podle n\u00e1zoru M\u010c Praha&nbsp;7 m\u011bla ide\u00e1ln\u011b v\u00e9st k\u00a0nalezen\u00ed kompromisu a\u00a0faktick\u00e9 z\u00e1chran\u011b Jan\u00e1kova mostu. Rozhodnut\u00ed, zda most zrekonstruovat, \u010di postavit nov\u00fd, by z\u00e1le\u017eelo na cen\u011b obou variant.\u201c<\/p>\r\n<p>ANO<\/p>\r\n<p>\u201eJe p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm nutn\u00e9 zah\u00e1jit rekonstrukci mostu, a&nbsp;to co nejd\u0159\u00edve, obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 kdy\u017e je vydan\u00e9 platn\u00e9 \u00fazemn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed a&nbsp;stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed.\u201c<\/p>\r\n<p>\u010cSSD<\/p>\r\n<p>\u201eLibe\u0148sk\u00fd most jednozna\u010dn\u011b pot\u0159ebuje z\u00e1sadn\u00ed rekonstrukci, ale \u010cSSD je v\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pro zklidn\u011bn\u00ed mostu.\u201c<\/p>\r\n<p>TOP 09<\/p>\r\n<p>\u201ePodporujeme co nejd\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed opravu mostu, pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed pr\u016fjezdu mezi Palmovkou a&nbsp;Hole\u0161ovicemi n\u00e1m v\u0161ak vad\u00ed.\u201c<\/p>\r\n<hr \/>\r\n<p>Pavel Jan\u00e1k (1882\u20131956) je jedn\u00edm z\u00a0nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u010desk\u00fdch architekt\u016f prvn\u00ed poloviny 20.&nbsp;stolet\u00ed.\u00a0 Podobn\u011b jako jeho genera\u010dn\u00ed souputn\u00edk Josef Go\u010d\u00e1r i\u00a0Jan\u00e1k ve\u00a0sv\u00e9m d\u00edle pro\u0161el pozoruhodnou cestou od\u00a0kubismu p\u0159es rondokubismus a\u017e k\u00a0purismu a\u00a0funkcionalismu. Mezi jeho nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pra\u017esk\u00e9 stavby pat\u0159\u00ed pal\u00e1c Adria (s\u00a0Josefem Zaschem, 1922\u201325), hotel Juli\u0161 (1931\u201333) \u010di n\u00e1vrh urbanistick\u00e9ho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed osady Baba (1929\u201331). Nem\u00e9n\u011b z\u00e1sadn\u00ed jsou Jan\u00e1kovy rekonstrukce a\u00a0adaptace pam\u00e1tek (adaptace \u010cern\u00ednsk\u00e9ho pal\u00e1ce na\u00a0ministerstvo zahrani\u010d\u00ed v\u00a0letech 1927\u201334, role hlavn\u00edho architekta Pra\u017esk\u00e9ho hradu po\u00a0odchodu Jo\u017ee Ple\u010dnika v\u00a0roce 1936, obnova letohr\u00e1dku Hv\u011bzda v\u00a0letech 1948\u201352).
