Nezbytn\u00fdm atributem ka\u017ed\u00e9ho v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho modern\u00edho m\u011bsta se tak stala ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 hromadn\u00e1 doprava. V\u00fdjimkou samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nebyla ani Praha, pota\u017emo jej\u00ed rychle se rozv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed sedm\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>[\/perex]<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Z-kladn--odstavec\"><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">Tramway a\u00a0elektrick\u00e1 dr\u00e1ha se staly fenom\u00e9nem, kter\u00fd m\u011bl v\u00fdrazn\u011b zm\u011bnit \u017eivot ve m\u011bst\u011b. Pro ujasn\u011bn\u00ed tehdy pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch pojm\u016f\u00a0\u2013 jako tramway se ozna\u010dovala ko\u0148sk\u00e1 dr\u00e1ha, zat\u00edmco prababi\u010dku dne\u0161n\u00edch tramvaj\u00ed na\u0161i p\u0159edkov\u00e9 naz\u00fdvali elektrickou drahou. Velmi zn\u00e1m\u00fdm a\u00a0podrobn\u011b popsan\u00fdm prim\u00e1tem Prahy&nbsp;7 byla prvn\u00ed elektrick\u00e1 tramvaj na trase z\u00a0Letensk\u00fdch sad\u016f ke Stromovce postaven\u00e1 a\u00a0provozovan\u00e1 Franti\u0161kem K\u0159i\u017e\u00edkem roku 1891. Konstrukt\u00e9r o\u010dek\u00e1val z\u00e1jem \u201epublika\u201c vzhledem <\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">k\u00a0prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed Jubilejn\u00ed zemsk\u00e9 v\u00fdstav\u011b, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm cht\u011bl uk\u00e1zat veden\u00ed Prahy i\u00a0tehdy samostatn\u00fdch m\u011bst (Libe\u0148, Vinohrady, \u017di\u017ekov), \u017ee je schopen podobn\u00fd podnik zrealizovat. Tramvajov\u00e9 koleje ov\u0161em vedly do Prahy&nbsp;7 u\u017e \u201ep\u0159ed K\u0159i\u017e\u00edkem\u201c\u00a0\u2013 v\u00a0l\u00e9t\u011b 1884 existovalo kolejov\u00e9 spojen\u00ed mezi Josefsk\u00fdm n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00edm (dne\u0161n\u00ed n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Republiky) a\u017e t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 k\u00a0V\u00fdstavi\u0161ti. Zku\u0161enosti i\u00a0z\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch pra\u017esk\u00fdch tramvaj\u00ed ta\u017een\u00fdch ko\u0148mi ale brzy uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee budoucnost nepat\u0159\u00ed zv\u00ed\u0159ec\u00ed s\u00edle, n\u00fdbr\u017e elekt\u0159in\u011b. To nebylo v\u016fbec samoz\u0159ejm\u00e9, v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch m\u011bstech (nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00a0Brn\u011b) pom\u011brn\u011b \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b fungovala tramvaj poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e1 parn\u00edm strojem.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Z-kladn--odstavec ParaOverride-2\"><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">Na podzim 1897 u\u017e v\u00a0Praze existovalo celkem \u0161est podnik\u016f provozuj\u00edc\u00edch tramvaje. Z\u00a0hlediska po\u010dtu p\u0159epravovan\u00fdch osob i\u00a0d\u00e9lky trati byla tehdy st\u00e1le d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ko\u0148sk\u00e1 dr\u00e1ha, kterou vlastnil a\u00a0provozoval belgick\u00fd podnikatel \u00c9duard Otlet na t\u011bchto tras\u00e1ch: Karl\u00edn\u00a0\u2013 Mal\u00e1 Strana, Sm\u00edchov\u00a0\u2013 ulice Na Po\u0159\u00ed\u010d\u00ed, Sm\u00edchov\u00a0\u2013 \u0158et\u011bzov\u00fd most, \u017di\u017ekov\u00a0\u2013 K\u0159i\u017eovnick\u00e9 n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed a\u00a0Kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e9 Vinohrady\u00a0\u2013 Kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e1 obora. Soub\u011b\u017en\u011b u\u017e ale fungovaly i\u00a0vozy na elektrick\u00fd pohon. Ji\u017e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd Franti\u0161ek K\u0159i\u017e\u00edk provozoval krom\u011b tehdy ji\u017e pon\u011bkud skom\u00edraj\u00edc\u00ed linky na Letn\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b spojen\u00ed Praha\u2013Libe\u0148\u2013Vyso\u010dany. Dal\u0161\u00ed \u201esoukromn\u00edk\u201c ko\u0161\u00ed\u0159sk\u00fd starosta Mat\u011bj Hlav\u00e1\u010dek nab\u00edzel svezen\u00ed mezi Sm\u00edchovem a\u00a0Ko\u0161\u00ed\u0159emi. Celom\u011bstsk\u00fd provozovatel\u00a0\u2013 Elektrick\u00e9 podniky kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e9ho hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy\u00a0\u2013 pak 18.\u00a0z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed\u00a01897 zah\u00e1jil provoz na okru\u017en\u00ed trati Praha\u2013Kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e9 Vinohrady\u2013\u017di\u017ekov. \u0160estikilometrov\u00e1 tra\u0165 vyu\u017eila \u010d\u00e1st existuj\u00edc\u00ed vinohradsk\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy <\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">a\u00a0zbytek byl zad\u00e1n k\u00a0dostav\u011bn\u00ed firm\u011b K\u0159i\u017e\u00edk.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/stripky-z-historie-prazskych-tramvaji-i\/attachment\/03\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-33923\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/03-1491x1000.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"429\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-33923\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/03-1491x1000.jpg 1491w, https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/03-596x400.jpg 596w, https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/03-768x515.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Z-kladn--odstavec ParaOverride-2\"><span class=\"CharOverride-62\"><strong>Elekt\u0159ina m\u00edsto kon\u00ed<\/strong><br \/>\r\n<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">Pra\u017e\u0161t\u00ed radn\u00ed si samoz\u0159ejm\u011b uv\u011bdomovali, \u017ee pro dal\u0161\u00ed rozvoj hromadn\u00e9 dopravy je nezbytn\u011b nutn\u00e9 sjednotit technick\u00e9 parametry jednotliv\u00fdch trat\u00ed a\u00a0provozovat je v\u00a0r\u00e1mci jedn\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti. Ide\u00e1ln\u011b m\u011bstsk\u00e9. Dal\u0161\u00edm \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm krokem tedy bylo vykoupit za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a\u00a0trat\u011b ko\u0148ky a\u00a0tu transformovat v\u00a0provoz na elekt\u0159inu. To se nakonec povedlo po slo\u017eit\u00fdch jedn\u00e1n\u00edch na po\u010d\u00e1tku roku 1898. Jak ji\u017e bylo \u0159e\u010deno, jedna z\u00a0trat\u00ed pra\u017esk\u00e9 ko\u0148ky vedla k\u00a0\u201en<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">\u00e1m\u201c do Prahy&nbsp;7\u00a0\u2013 tra\u0165 z\u00a0tehdy samostatn\u00fdch Kr\u00e1lovsk\u00fdch Vinohrad a\u017e ke Kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e9 obo\u0159e byla dlouh\u00e1 10,7 kilometru. B\u011bhem posledn\u00edho m\u011bs\u00edce jej\u00edho provozu v\u00a0\u010dervenci 1898 na n\u00ed bylo prod\u00e1no 465 tis\u00edc l\u00edstk\u016f. Pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b kv\u016fli velk\u00e9 oblib\u011b cest Pra\u017ean\u016f do Stromovky byl prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed ko\u0148ky p\u0159em\u011bn\u011bnou v\u00a0elektrickou dr\u00e1hu pr\u00e1v\u011b \u00fasek Josefsk\u00e9 n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed\u00a0\u2013 Kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e1 obora. Slavnostn\u00ed uveden\u00ed do provozu prob\u011bhlo na sv\u00e1tek sv. V\u00e1clava 28.\u00a0z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed\u00a01898. Otev\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159edch\u00e1zela komplikace\u00a0\u2013 z\u00e1stupce ministerstva \u017eeleznic necht\u011bl provoz povolit, ob\u00e1val se p\u0159ej\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159es most Franti\u0161ka Josefa, jeho\u017e stav po pouh\u00fdch dvaceti letech existence vykazoval z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 nedostatky. Nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00a0zim\u011b toho roku byl most uzav\u0159en, proto\u017ee bylo t\u0159eba vyzvednout a\u00a0opravit prasklou kotvu jednoho z\u00a0lan, kter\u00fdmi byla konstrukce zafixov\u00e1na ke dnu Vltavy. Ned\u016fv\u011bru ministersk\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edka se ale poda\u0159ilo p\u0159ekonat a\u00a0v\u00a06 hodin r\u00e1no na sv\u00e1tek sv. V\u00e1clava se rozjely prvn\u00ed vozy z\u00a0centra sm\u011brem do Stromovky. Prvn\u00ed den provozu si nenechal uj\u00edt ani starosta m\u011bst pra\u017esk\u00fdch JUDr. Podlipn\u00fd, dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dlenov\u00e9 m\u011bstsk\u00e9 rady a\u00a0z\u00e1stupci spr\u00e1vn\u00ed rady elektrick\u00fdch podnik\u016f. Z\u00e1jem lid\u00ed byl obrovsk\u00fd, na Josefsk\u00e9m n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed se t\u00edsnily davy \u010dekaj\u00edc\u00ed na cestu do Stromovky. D\u016fvodem z\u00e1jmu byla i\u00a0prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed V\u00fdstava architektury a\u00a0in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed na V\u00fdstavi\u0161ti. Po druh\u00e9 hodin\u011b odpoledn\u00ed bylo rozhodnuto, \u017ee na tra\u0165 budou nasazeny naposledy <\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">i\u00a0vozy ta\u017een\u00e9 ko\u0148mi. Je\u0161t\u011b hor\u0161\u00ed situace byla ale ve\u010der v\u00a0opa\u010dn\u00e9m sm\u011bru. N\u00e1rodn\u00ed listy o\u00a0tom referovaly n\u00e1sledovn\u011b: \u201eOdpoledn\u00ed n\u00e1val na elektrickou dr\u00e1hu nebyl v\u00a0nijak\u00e9m porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0n\u00e1valem ve\u010dern\u00edm, kter\u00fd povstal p\u0159ed v\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011bm, jakmile se spustil lijavec. O\u00a0m\u00edsta v\u00a0motorov\u00fdch vozech i\u00a0vagonech tramwaye (ko\u0148ky, pozn. aut.) sv\u00e1d\u011bny skute\u010dn\u00e9 boje a\u00a0vagony byly obsazeny skute\u010dn\u011b do posledn\u00edho m\u00edste\u010dka, tak\u017ee ani \u0159idi\u010di nedost\u00e1valo se pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho prostoru<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">.\u201c Bilance prvn\u00edho dne byla \u00factyhodn\u00e1: cestu do Stromovky absolvovalo celkem 20&nbsp;240 lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed na j\u00edzdenk\u00e1ch zaplatili p\u0159es 1000 zlat\u00fdch. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed a\u00a0hlavn\u011b zrychlen\u00ed dopravy bylo tak\u00e9 rozhodnuto, \u017ee nap\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b se na most\u011b Franti\u0161ka Josefa\u00a0I. nebude platit mostn\u00e9 (poplatek, kter\u00fd vyb\u00edrali spr\u00e1vci pra\u017esk\u00fdch most\u016f p\u0159i jejich p\u0159echodu, respektive p\u0159ejezdu) p\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9m projet\u00ed tramvaje, n\u00fdbr\u017e pouze jednou za t\u00fdden, a\u00a0to na z\u00e1klad\u011b re\u00e1ln\u00e9ho po\u010dtu p\u0159ejezd\u016f. Cena byla stanovena na 10 krejcar\u016f za ka\u017ed\u00fd v\u016fz, ve sv\u00e1tek a\u00a0v\u00a0ned\u011bli odpoledne byla taxa dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Z-kladn--odstavec ParaOverride-2\"><span class=\"CharOverride-62\"><strong>Pivo nebo j\u00edzdenka<\/strong><br \/>\r\n<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">Z\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00edho pohledu je velice zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 porovnat ekonomick\u00e9 aspekty pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed hromadn\u00e9 dopravy. V\u00a0prvn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b j\u00edzdenky\u00a0\u2013 v\u00a0roce 1898 bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 na drah\u00e1ch provozovan\u00fdch m\u011bstem koupit t\u0159i druhy l\u00edstk\u016f. Cena j\u00edzdenky se odv\u00edjela od po\u010dtu ujet\u00fdch zast\u00e1vek\u00a0\u2013 do 3 stanic se platily <\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">3 krejcary, do 6 stanic 5 krejcar\u016f. Jako \u201ep<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">\u0159estup<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">n\u00ed\u201c se nej\u010dast\u011bji vyu\u017e\u00edvaly l\u00edstky za 10 krejcar\u016f, kter\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148ovaly cestovat na vzd\u00e1lenost p\u0159esahuj\u00edc\u00ed 6 stanic. Pro p\u0159edstavu\u00a0\u2013 mzda d\u011bln\u00edka se tehdy pohybovala mezi 80 krejcary a\u00a01 zlat\u00fdm denn\u011b, ob\u011bd v\u00a0restauraci st\u00e1l mezi 30 a\u00a040 krejcary, litr piva p\u0159i\u0161el na 10 krejcar\u016f\u00a0\u2013 stejn\u011b jako nejdra\u017e\u0161\u00ed j\u00edzdenka. U\u017e v\u00a0z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed\u00a01898 p\u0159edstavila spr\u00e1vn\u00ed rada elektrick\u00fdch podnik\u016f n\u00e1vrh na zm\u011bny j\u00edzdn\u00e9ho. Podle n\u011bj by si mohli Pra\u017ean\u00e9 koupit celoro\u010dn\u00ed \u201ekupon\u201c za 60 zlat\u00fdch. Na prvn\u00ed pohled se cena zd\u00e1 vysok\u00e1\u00a0\u2013 tato <\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">\u201el\u00edta\u010dka\u201c ov\u0161em m\u011bla oprav\u0148ovat k\u00a0neomezen\u00e9mu u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed tramvaj\u00ed i\u00a0ko\u0148sk\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy. Uveden\u00e9 ceny se dostaly v\u00a0z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed\u00a01898 na p\u0159et\u0159es nejprve ve spr\u00e1vn\u00ed rad\u011b elektrick\u00fdch podnik\u016f, pozd\u011bji v\u00a0m\u011bstsk\u00e9 rad\u011b. T\u0159\u00edkrejcarov\u00e9 l\u00edstky m\u011bly b\u00fdt zru\u0161eny\u00a0\u2013 nap\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b byly ponech\u00e1ny jen dv\u011b sazby\u00a0\u2013 za 5 krejcar\u016f (6 stanic) <br \/>\r\na\u00a010 krejcar\u016f (10 stanic). Existovala ov\u0161em mo\u017enost, jak u\u0161et\u0159it. Cestuj\u00edc\u00ed si mohli zakoupit \u201eb<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">lo\u010dky\u201c s\u00a025 p\u0159edplacen\u00fdmi l\u00edstky za 1 zlat\u00fd na krat\u0161\u00ed trasy a\u00a0za dvojn\u00e1sobek pro del\u0161\u00ed cesty. <\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">Zat\u00edmco d\u0159\u00edve byly tyto bloky vystaveny na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed jm\u00e9no, nov\u011b byly anonymn\u00ed. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci jedn\u00e9 rodiny tak mohli blo\u010dek vyu\u017e\u00edvat v\u0161ichni jej\u00ed \u010dlenov\u00e9. Jedn\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bstsk\u00e9 rady konan\u00e9 29.\u00a0z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed\u00a01898, kde se o\u00a0nov\u00fdch cen\u00e1ch rozhodovalo, muselo b\u00fdt velmi bou\u0159liv\u00e9. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m byl z\u0159ejm\u011b n\u00e1vrh na zru\u0161en\u00ed nejlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch\u00a0\u2013 t\u0159\u00edkrejcarov\u00fdch l\u00edstk\u016f. Jejich existenci vehementn\u011b h\u00e1jil p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm radn\u00ed Franti\u0161ek Sokol s\u00a0poukazem na fakt, \u017ee ne v\u0161ichni d\u011bln\u00edci si mohou dovolit nakoupit by\u0165 zlevn\u011bn\u00e9 j\u00edzdenky v\u00a0blo\u010dku. Naproti tomu jin\u00fd radn\u00ed (tisk jm\u00e9no neuvedl) na to reagoval \u201epodivuhodn\u00fdmi n\u00e1zory\u201c, kdy\u017e uvedl, \u017ee \u201ec<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">hud\u0161\u00ed t\u0159\u00edda bez toho pr\u00fd <\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">elektrick\u00e9 ani ko\u0148sk\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1, a\u00a0chce-li m\u00edt levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed j\u00edzdu, nech\u0165 koup\u00ed si blok za 1 zl. Na upozorn\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee sotva kter\u00fd m\u00e9n\u011b z\u00e1mo\u017en\u00fd neb d\u011bln\u00edk najednou za l\u00edstky 1 zl. vyd\u00e1, dostalo se v\u00a0odpov\u011b\u010f, \u017ee po v\u00fdplat\u011b leckter\u00fd vypije tucet i\u00a0v\u00edce sklenic piva a\u00a0m\u016f\u017ee t\u00edm sp\u00ed\u0161 1 zl. na l\u00edstky zachovati.\u201c S\u00a0platnost\u00ed od 15.\u00a0\u0159\u00edjna byly nov\u00e9 ceny schv\u00e1leny.
