M\u011bstsk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st v\u00a0roce 2002 prodala d\u016fm ve Veverkov\u011b ulici bytov\u00e9mu dru\u017estvu a&nbsp;ztratila t\u00edm p\u0159\u00edstup k\u00a0d\u0159\u00edve p\u0159\u00edsn\u011b utajovan\u00e9mu dvoupodla\u017en\u00edmu objektu, kde s\u00eddlilo jedno ze sledovac\u00edch odd\u011blen\u00ed STB. S\u00a0dru\u017estvem, a&nbsp;pot\u00e9 SVJ, se dlouho neda\u0159ilo dohodnout na z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed slu\u017eebnost\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edch \u0159\u00e1dnou spr\u00e1vu a&nbsp;u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed tohoto objektu. Museli jsme tak v\u00a0roce 2015 za\u010d\u00edt v\u011bc \u0159e\u0161it pr\u00e1vn\u00ed cestou a&nbsp;cel\u00e1 z\u00e1le\u017eitost skon\u010dila u&nbsp;soudu,\u201c<\/em> uvedl <strong><em>m\u00edstostarosta Prahy&nbsp;7 Kamil Vav\u0159inec Mare\u0161<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p>Praze 7 se poda\u0159ilo se sou\u010dasn\u00fdm SVJ dohodnout na sm\u00edrn\u00e9m \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed z\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm slu\u017eebnosti (v\u011bcn\u00e9ho b\u0159emene) s\u00a0pr\u00e1vem pr\u016fchodu, pr\u016fjezdu a&nbsp;veden\u00ed in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00fdch s\u00edt\u00ed za \u010d\u00e1stku 850 tis\u00edc K\u010d. V\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b m\u00e1 ji\u017e m\u011bstsk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st z\u00e1pisem do katastru nemovitost\u00ed definitivn\u011b zaji\u0161t\u011bn p\u0159\u00edstup k\u00a0objektu ve vnitrobloku a&nbsp;m\u016f\u017ee za\u010d\u00edt pracovat na jeho budouc\u00edm vyu\u017eit\u00ed.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201eJsem velmi r\u00e1d, \u017ee se tento dlouholet\u00fd spor poda\u0159ilo vy\u0159e\u0161it dohodou. Pokud bychom se nyn\u00ed nedomluvili, hrozilo by, \u017ee by se cel\u00e1 v\u011bc u&nbsp;soud\u016f prodlu\u017eovala o&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00ed roky a&nbsp;budova by bez vyu\u017eit\u00ed a&nbsp;zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eby d\u00e1l ch\u00e1trala,\u201c<\/em> doplnil <em><strong>Kamil Vav\u0159inec Mare\u0161<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201eJe to v\u00fdborn\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va. M\u00e1me ov\u011b\u0159ovac\u00ed studii, kter\u00e1 po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee by v\u00a0objektu mohlo vzniknout \u0161kolsk\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Podobn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me s\u00a0mate\u0159skou \u0161kolou U&nbsp;Pr\u016fhonu, kter\u00e1 byla zp\u0159\u00edstupn\u011bna po t\u0159in\u00e1cti letech soudn\u00edch tahanic, tedy se snad i&nbsp;v\u00a0tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b kone\u010dn\u011b bl\u00fdsk\u00e1 na lep\u0161\u00ed \u010dasy. Majitelka domu, p\u0159es kter\u00fd je p\u0159\u00edstup zaji\u0161t\u011bn, respektovala nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a&nbsp;odstranila posledn\u00ed zd\u011bnou p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eku, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1m br\u00e1nila se ke \u0161kolce dostat. V\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee ji\u017e brzy budeme moci za\u010d\u00edt objekt vyu\u017e\u00edvat,\u201c<\/em> \u0159ekl <strong><em>starosta Prahy&nbsp;7 Jan \u010ci\u017einsk\u00fd<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p>Mate\u0159sk\u00e1 \u0161kola U&nbsp;Pr\u016fhonu je zav\u0159en\u00e1 od konce roku 2006. Praha&nbsp;7 tehdy kv\u016fli chyb\u011b \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edk\u016f z\u00a0roku 1994 ztratila p\u0159\u00edstup do vnitrobloku, kde se \u0161kolka nach\u00e1z\u00ed.
