Zvl\u00e1dnout t\u0159\u00eddu t\u0159iceti d\u011bt\u00ed s\u00a0\u010dasto velmi odli\u0161n\u00fdmi schopnostmi i\u00a0z\u00e1zem\u00edm je samo o\u00a0sob\u011b velkou v\u00fdzvou. Kdy\u017e se k\u00a0tomu p\u0159id\u00e1 n\u011bjak\u00fd problematick\u00fd \u017e\u00e1k \u010di kolega, m\u016f\u017ee to u\u010diteli v\u00fdrazn\u011b zkomplikovat jeho ka\u017edodenn\u00ed v\u00fdkon p\u0159ed tabul\u00ed. Jedno z\u00a0\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed nab\u00edz\u00ed institut takzvan\u00e9 supervize, kter\u00fd radnice ned\u00e1vno p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eila \u0159editel\u016fm i\u00a0u\u010ditel\u016fm z\u00a0Prahy&nbsp;7. O\u00a0co konkr\u00e9tn\u011b jde, jsme se zeptali certifikovan\u00e9ho \u0161kolsk\u00e9ho supervizora PhDr. Miloslava \u010ced\u00edka.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>[\/perex]<\/p>\r\n<div id=\"_idContainer671\" class=\"_idGenObjectStyleOverride-1\">\r\n<p class=\"Z-kladn--odstavec\"><span class=\"CharOverride-61\"><strong>Co si pod term\u00ednem supervize m\u00e1me p\u0159edstavit?<\/strong><br \/>\r\n<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">Kdybych to m\u011bl \u0159\u00edct v\u00a0kostce, tak jde o\u00a0takov\u00e9 zastaven\u00ed se. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z\u00a0n\u00e1s se p\u0159eci n\u011bkdy pot\u0159ebuje ve sv\u00e9m ka\u017edodenn\u00edm rytmu zastavit a\u00a0reflektovat svoji pr\u00e1ci. Supervize p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm odbornou podporu v\u00a0hled\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch pracovn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f. V\u00edte, sou\u010dasn\u00e1 inkluzivn\u00ed \u0161kola toti\u017e klade na pedagogy obrovsk\u00e9 n\u00e1roky a\u00a0moc se nemyslelo na to, jak u\u010ditele podpo\u0159it. Ur\u010dit\u00e1 forma psychohygieny jako prevence syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed m\u00e1 ve \u0161kolstv\u00ed ur\u010dit\u011b sv\u00e9 m\u00edsto.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Z-kladn--odstavec\"><span class=\"CharOverride-61\"><strong>Jak konkr\u00e9tn\u011b supervize prob\u00edh\u00e1?<\/strong><br \/>\r\n<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">Kl\u00ed\u010dem k\u00a0\u00fasp\u011bchu je pocit bezpe\u010d\u00ed. Jde toti\u017e o\u00a0to, aby mezi supervizorem a\u00a0u\u010ditelem vzniklo prost\u0159ed\u00ed d\u016fv\u011bry a\u00a0oni se neb\u00e1li ta t\u00e9mata otev\u00edrat. O\u00a0obsahu setk\u00e1n\u00ed je zapov\u011bzeno mluvit. <\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm aspektem je tak\u00e9 to, \u017ee supervizor je externista, tedy nen\u00ed emo\u010dn\u011b nijak zasa\u017een t\u00edm, co se na dan\u00e9m pracovi\u0161ti odehr\u00e1v\u00e1. Pokud tam vstupuje takto zvenku, m\u00e1 mo\u017enost dan\u00fd probl\u00e9m zp\u0159ehlednit a\u00a0pomoci naj\u00edt konstruktivn\u00ed cestu, kudy d\u00e1l. Nen\u00ed to tak, \u017ee pedagog pak n\u011bco mus\u00ed. Nov\u00e9 pozn\u00e1n\u00ed je jak\u00fdsi d\u00e1rek a\u00a0je zcela na n\u011bm, jak s\u00a0n\u00edm nalo\u017e\u00ed. Nikdo ho nebude k\u00e1rat, pokud se nakonec rozhodne nechat v\u011bci b\u00fdt. Setk\u00e1n\u00ed ale mohou m\u00edt i\u00a0t\u00fdmov\u00fd charakter.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Z-kladn--odstavec\"><strong><span class=\"CharOverride-61\">Co u\u010ditel\u00e9 nej\u010dast\u011bji \u0159e\u0161\u00ed?<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"CharOverride-20\"> <br \/>\r\n<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">T\u011bch probl\u00e9m\u016f je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b cel\u00e1 \u0159ada. M\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt komplikovan\u00fd \u017e\u00e1k, slo\u017eit\u00e1 situace v\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">cel\u00e9 t\u0159\u00edd\u011b, m\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt nap\u0159\u00edklad i\u00a0rodi\u010d, z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e ale n\u011bkdy vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed i\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00fd jin\u00fd kolega pedagog. U\u010ditel si ta t\u00e9mata pak \u010dasto odn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed dom\u016f, dost\u00e1v\u00e1 se do celkov\u00e9 nepohody, co\u017e se pak ve fin\u00e1le samoz\u0159ejm\u011b mus\u00ed odrazit na jeho v\u00fdkonu. Supervizor mu m\u016f\u017ee pomoci situaci n\u011bjak reflektovat. <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Z-kladn--odstavec\"><span class=\"CharOverride-61\"><strong>Jak moc je tato forma podpory ve \u0161kolstv\u00ed zat\u00edm roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e1?<\/strong><br \/>\r\n<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">Z\u00e1kon bohu\u017eel neupravuje supervizi v\u00a0b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m \u0161kolstv\u00ed, zat\u00edm to nen\u00ed uz\u00e1kon\u011bno, tak <\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">jako nap\u0159\u00edklad ve speci\u00e1ln\u00edm \u0161kolstv\u00ed. Pracov<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">n\u00edci d\u011btsk\u00fdch domov\u016f, diagnostick\u00fdch \u00fastav\u016f apod. s\u00a0t\u00edmto institutem u\u017e n\u011bkolik let pracuj\u00ed. Podobn\u011b standardem je supervize v\u00a0oblasti soci\u00e1ln\u00edch slu\u017eeb. Nap\u0159\u00edklad pracovn\u00edci OSPOD (Odbor soci\u00e1ln\u011bpr\u00e1vn\u00ed ochrany d\u011bt\u00ed) maj\u00ed supervizi jako norm\u00e1ln\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st pr\u00e1ce, nikdo u\u017e se nad t\u00edm v\u016fbec nepozastavuje. Bylo by fajn, kdyby se supervize stala normou i\u00a0v\u00a0oblasti vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Z-kladn--odstavec\"><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">Pedagogick\u00e1 profese je toti\u017e sama o\u00a0sob\u011b velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 \u2013 jde o\u00a0psychickou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, co\u017e si ve\u0159ejnost \u010dasto neuv\u011bdomuje. A\u00a0s\u00a0inkluzivn\u00ed \u0161kolou je z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee je\u0161t\u011b podstatn\u011b v\u00edc. Do tradi\u010dn\u00edch \u0161kol vstupuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1ci, kte\u0159\u00ed vykazuj\u00ed jist\u00e9 zn\u00e1mky jinakosti, a\u00a0tradi\u010dn\u00ed pedagog se tak mus\u00ed vypo\u0159\u00e1dat s\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdmi nov\u00fdmi situacemi a\u00a0jejich za\u010dle\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm, co\u017e, jak u\u017e jsem zm\u00ednil, nen\u00ed v\u017edy snadn\u00e9. Pedagogov\u00e9 postr\u00e1daj\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00ed schopnosti, dal\u0161\u00ed \u0161kolen\u00ed <\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">a\u00a0postgradu\u00e1ln\u00ed kurzy sice mohou pomoci, d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je ale pr\u00e1v\u011b kontinu\u00e1ln\u00ed podpora. Kouzlo supervize je v\u00a0tom, \u017ee supervizor se pravideln\u011b vrac\u00ed, nejde o\u00a0jednor\u00e1zovou v\u011bc, ale je to proces.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Z-kladn--odstavec\"><strong><span class=\"CharOverride-61\">M\u00e1te p\u0159edstavu, kolik \u0161kol v\u00a0\u010cR supervizi vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1?<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"CharOverride-20\"> <br \/>\r\n<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed statistiky neexistuj\u00ed. Osobn\u011b si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee je to st\u00e1le v\u00a0\u0159\u00e1du jednotek procent. Jsme zkr\u00e1tka na za\u010d\u00e1tku, ale supervize se do \u0161kolstv\u00ed postupn\u011b dost\u00e1v\u00e1. <\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">\u0158editel\u00e9 vn\u00edmaj\u00ed, \u017ee n\u00e1roky na pedagogy neust\u00e1le rostou a\u00a0podpora je pot\u0159ebn\u00e1. Tak\u00e9 sehnat u\u010ditele nen\u00ed dnes snadn\u00e9 a\u00a0supervize je n\u00e1stroj, jak zabr\u00e1nit jejich odchodu. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed tedy na osv\u00edcenosti \u0159editel\u016f. <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Z-kladn--odstavec\"><span class=\"CharOverride-61\"><strong>Jak moc je ta slu\u017eba finan\u010dn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1?<\/strong><br \/>\r\n<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">Ceny se pohybuj\u00ed okolo 1000&nbsp;K\u010d za hodinu, u\u00a0skupinov\u00e9 supervize 1500&nbsp;K\u010d. M\u016f\u017ee se to zd\u00e1t jako vysok\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky, ale n\u00e1roky na supervizory jsou opravdu velk\u00e9. S\u00e1m jsem absolvoval \u010cesk\u00fd institut supervize, kde je po\u017eadov\u00e1no vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed, d\u00e1le psychoterapeutick\u00fd v\u00fdcvik a\u00a0dostate\u010dn\u00e1 praxe v\u010detn\u011b mana\u017eersk\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti. Financovat tuto slu\u017ebu lze ale nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00a0r\u00e1mci grant\u016f \u010di nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch projekt\u016f, nebo tak jako tady na Sedmi\u010dce, kde maj\u00ed \u0159editel\u00e9 a\u00a0pedagogov\u00e9 mo\u017enost podporu prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm supervize z\u00edskat d\u00edky iniciativ\u011b radnice. Co\u017e je bezvadn\u00e9 a\u00a0j\u00e1 se na tu spolupr\u00e1ci ji\u017e velmi t\u011b\u0161\u00edm.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<hr \/>\r\n<h3 class=\"Z-kladn--odstavec\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><span class=\"CharOverride-2\">Aktuality ze \u0161kolstv\u00ed<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p class=\"Z-kladn--odstavec ParaOverride-2\"><span class=\"CharOverride-61\"><strong>Workshopy supervize<\/strong><br \/>\r\n<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">V\u00a0listopadu se v\u00a0r\u00e1mci projektu MAP II uskute\u010dnily dva workshopy na t\u00e9ma \u0161kolsk\u00e9 supervize. Prvn\u00ed c\u00edlil na \u0159editelky a\u00a0\u0159editele z\u00e1kladn\u00edch a\u00a0mate\u0159sk\u00fdch \u0161kol Prahy&nbsp;7 a\u00a0druh\u00fd byl ur\u010den pro pedagogy. C\u00edlem workshop\u016f bylo sezn\u00e1men\u00ed z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdch s\u00a0pojmem a\u00a0obsahem \u0161kolsk\u00e9 supervize, s\u00a0jej\u00edmi c\u00edli a\u00a0p\u0159\u00ednosy pro b\u011b\u017enou pedagogickou a\u00a0\u0159editelskou praxi. Supervize pro pedagogy a\u00a0\u0159editele je jednou z\u00a0forem podpory \u0161kol v\u00a0Praze 7. Ji\u017e tento rok Sedmi\u010dka pilotn\u011b nab\u00eddla individu\u00e1ln\u00ed supervizi n\u011bkolika pedagog\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed \u0159e\u0161ili komplikovanou profesn\u00ed situaci. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b pozitivn\u00ed odezvy a\u00a0z\u00e1jmu pedagog\u016f pl\u00e1nuje nab\u00eddku superviz\u00ed v\u00a0p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edm roce roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed podpory u\u010ditel\u016f ze strany radnice bude tak\u00e9 pro\u0161kolen\u00ed 160 pedagog\u016f v\u00a0pr\u00e1ci s\u00a0agresivn\u00edm \u017e\u00e1kem a\u00a0v\u00a0rozpozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed ohro\u017een\u00fdch dom\u00e1c\u00edm n\u00e1sil\u00edm. Dal\u0161\u00ed kroky v\u00a0t\u00e9to oblasti budou n\u00e1sledovat.<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\"> <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Z-kladn--odstavec\"><span class=\"CharOverride-61\"><strong>T\u0159icet let svobody<\/strong> <br \/>\r\n<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">V\u0161echny \u0161koly Sedmi\u010dky se zapojily do oslav 30 let od sametov\u00e9 revoluce. Mnoho \u017e\u00e1k\u016f nav\u0161t\u00edvilo v\u00fdstavu Komunikace 89 na Letensk\u00e9 pl\u00e1ni, n\u011bkter\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy se z\u00fa\u010dastnily akce Totalita na Karlov\u011b n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed, na mnoha \u0161kol\u00e1ch se po\u0159\u00e1daly besedy a\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed akce k\u00a0listopadov\u00fdm ud\u00e1lostem. S\u00a0akcemi pom\u00e1hali i\u00a0rodi\u010de, kter\u00fdm se poda\u0159ilo pozvat do jedn\u00e9 z\u00a0na\u0161ich \u0161kol k\u00a0diskuzi se \u017e\u00e1ky \u0160imona P\u00e1nka, jednu z\u00a0kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch osobnost\u00ed listopadov\u00fdch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed. <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Z-kladn--odstavec\"><span class=\"CharOverride-61\"><strong>Zastupitelstvo mlad\u00fdch<\/strong> <br \/>\r\n<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">V\u00a0\u0159\u00edjnu odstartoval projekt Zastupitelstvo mlad\u00fdch <\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">v\u00a0Praze 7. Zapojit se do n\u011bj mohou v\u0161ichni studenti a\u00a0\u017e\u00e1ci ze Sedmi\u010dky, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed chu\u0165 a\u00a0dobr\u00e9 n\u00e1pady, jak pozitivn\u011b ovlivnit \u017eivot ve sv\u00e9 \u010dtvrti. Prvn\u00edho setk\u00e1n\u00ed ve Vod\u00e1rensk\u00e9 v\u011b\u017ei na Letn\u00e9 se z\u00fa\u010dastnila v\u00edce ne\u017e stovka aktivn\u00edch mlad\u00fdch lid\u00ed ze z\u00e1kladn\u00edch a\u00a0st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol Prahy&nbsp;7, n\u00e1sledn\u00e1 pravideln\u00e1 setk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nemaj\u00ed o\u00a0\u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky nouzi.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">C\u00edlem Zastupitelstva mlad\u00fdch je povzbudit \u017e\u00e1ky a\u00a0studenty v\u00a0z\u00e1jmu aktivn\u011b m\u011bnit sv\u00e9 okol\u00ed a\u00a0poskytnout jim podporu p\u0159i\u00a0realizaci zaj\u00edmav\u00fdch a\u00a0p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00fdch n\u00e1pad\u016f. M\u011bstsk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st chce touto cestou z\u00e1rove\u0148 propojovat\u00a0mlad\u00e9 lidi r\u016fzn\u00e9ho v\u011bku\u00a0nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d Sedmi\u010dkou a\u00a0vytvo\u0159it pro n\u011b z\u00e1zem\u00ed, kde mohou\u00a0navazovat p\u0159\u00e1telstv\u00ed <\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">a\u00a0z\u00edsk\u00e1vat nov\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">Osobn\u00ed z\u00e1\u0161titu nad projektem p\u0159evzali sen\u00e1tor a\u00a0b\u00fdval\u00fd rektor Univerzity Karlovy V\u00e1clav Hampl a\u00a0p\u0159edsedkyn\u011b V\u00fdboru pro v\u00fdchovu a\u00a0vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed Zastupitelstva hl. m. Prahy Mariana \u010capkov\u00e1.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Z-kladn--odstavec\"><span class=\"CharOverride-61\"><strong>Setk\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kolsk\u00fdch rad<\/strong> <br \/>\r\n<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">V\u00a0listopadu se setkali \u010dlenov\u00e9 \u0161kolsk\u00fdch rad (\u0160R) nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d \u0161kolami Prahy&nbsp;7. Na setk\u00e1n\u00ed se v\u011bnovali sezn\u00e1men\u00ed s\u00a0d\u011bn\u00edm v\u00a0oblasti vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0Praze 7, s\u00a0legislativn\u00edm r\u00e1mcem \u010dinnosti \u0160R. V\u011bt\u0161inu spole\u010dn\u00e9ho \u010dasu str\u00e1vili sd\u00edlen\u00edm dobr\u00e9 praxe ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch a\u00a0domluvili se na pravideln\u00e9m setk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\"> <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Z-kladn--odstavec\"><span class=\"CharOverride-61\"><strong>V\u00fdznamn\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed akce<\/strong> <br \/>\r\n<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">V\u00a0listopadu se v\u00a0Praze 7 uskute\u010dnil festival o\u00a0vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed PREF (The Prague Educational Festival) zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd na nov\u00e9 trendy ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed na z\u00e1kladn\u00edch i\u00a0st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch. C\u00edlem bylo inspirovat odborn\u00edky i\u00a0\u0161irokou ve\u0159ejnost nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi p\u0159\u00edstupy ke vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, podpo\u0159it vz\u00e1jemnou v\u00fdm\u011bnu zku\u0161enost\u00ed a\u00a0ovlivnit sm\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0\u010cesku. Na festivalu se p\u0159edstavili odborn\u00edci z\u00a0\u010cR i\u00a0ze zahrani\u010d\u00ed, zapojila se tak\u00e9 radnice i\u00a0\u0161koly z\u00a0Prahy&nbsp;7.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Z-kladn--odstavec\"><span class=\"CharOverride-20\">Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznamnou akc\u00ed byl veletrh \u00dasp\u011bch pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u017e\u00e1ka, jeho\u017e leto\u0161n\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edk hostila Z\u0160 Strossmayerovo n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed a\u00a0v\u00a0partnerstv\u00ed s\u00a0na\u0161\u00ed m\u011bstskou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jej po\u0159\u00e1dala St\u00e1l\u00e1 konference asociac\u00ed ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Spolupr\u00e1ci nab\u00eddla i\u00a0FZ\u0160 Um\u011bleck\u00e1. Veletrh byl ur\u010den p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pro t\u00fdmy MAP (M\u00edstn\u00edch ak\u010dn\u00edch pl\u00e1n\u016f vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed) a\u00a0mezi pozvan\u00fdmi byli i\u00a0z\u00e1stupci sedmi\u010dkov\u00fdch \u0161kol a\u00a0\u0161kolek. <\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"[perex] B\u00fdt u\u010ditelem nen\u00ed snadn\u00e9.
