Pl\u00e1ny se postupn\u011b m\u011bnily a\u00a0v\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se zd\u00e1, \u017ee je na stole jejich fin\u00e1ln\u00ed podoba. P\u016fvodn\u00ed n\u00e1vrh doznal \u0159ady zm\u011bn \u2013 zmizely vysok\u00e9 protihlukov\u00e9 st\u011bny, zast\u00e1vka Bubny bude bl\u00ed\u017e k\u00a0tramvaj\u00edm, pod estak\u00e1dou vzniknou podstavby nebo m\u00edsto pro chodce a\u00a0cyklisty.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>[\/perex]<\/p>\r\n<p><em>pozn: Pod estak\u00e1dou ve Strojnick\u00e9 ulici by mohla vzniknout <span class=\"CharOverride-48\">\u017eiv\u00e1 podstavba s&nbsp;obchody, st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed ulice budou propojeny<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-48\"> <\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-48\">pr\u016fchody. Celkov\u011b by se tak dnes neprostupn\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed v\u00a0okol\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed trat\u011b m\u011blo o\u017eivit a\u00a0zp\u0159\u00edstupnit. <\/span><\/em><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Normal\"><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">Co nejrychlej\u0161\u00ed cesta na Leti\u0161t\u011b V\u00e1clava Havla v\u00a0Ruzyni je evergreenem u\u017e od 90.&nbsp;let. Pot\u00e9, co padly varianty s\u00a0prodlou\u017een\u00edm tramvajov\u00e9 trati, metrem A\u00a0nebo B i\u00a0zav\u011b\u0161enou rychlodr\u00e1hou mono-rail, se dopravn\u00ed in\u017een\u00fd\u0159i definitivn\u011b p\u0159iklonili k\u00a0\u017eeleznici. Upraven\u00e1 tra\u0165 povede z\u00a0Masarykova n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed a\u00a0na \u00fazem\u00ed Sedmi\u010dky bude m\u00edt vlak m\u00ed\u0159\u00edc\u00ed na leti\u0161t\u011b hned dv\u011b zast\u00e1vky \u2013 jedna bude nedaleko n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed Bubny, druh\u00e1 pak vznikne zcela nov\u011b u\u00a0V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b. <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Normal ParaOverride-2\"><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">\u201e\u017deleznice toti\u017e hraje v\u00a0rozvoji Prahy&nbsp;7 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed a\u00a0dosud t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nedocen\u011bnou roli, p\u0159itom dnes jsou n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed a\u00a0trat\u011b sp\u00ed\u0161e bari\u00e9rou, kter\u00e1 Sedmi\u010dku rozd\u011bluje na izolovan\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti. Pl\u00e1novan\u00e1 p\u0159estavba trat\u011b mezi Masarykov\u00fdm n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00edm a\u00a0leti\u0161t\u011bm je tak p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed, jak tento stav zm\u011bnit,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Richard Biegel, p\u0159edseda komise rozvoje, kter\u00e1 se p\u0159ipom\u00ednkami k\u00a0p\u016fvodn\u00edmu n\u00e1vrhu intenzivn\u011b zab\u00fdvala a\u00a0navrhla \u0159adu \u00faprav. <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Normal\"><span class=\"CharOverride-46\"><strong>V\u00fdhled na V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b<\/strong><br \/>\r\n<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">P\u016fvodn\u00ed pl\u00e1n architekta Patrika Kotase, kter\u00fd projektoval nap\u0159\u00edklad stanice metra Rajsk\u00e1 zahrada nebo St\u0159\u00ed\u017ekov, po\u010d\u00edtal s\u00a0trat\u00ed s\u00a0tubusy, \u017eelezobetonov\u00fdmi ochrann\u00fdmi zdmi \u010di s\u00a0mostem na k\u0159i\u017eovatce ulic Strojnick\u00e1 a\u00a0Dukelsk\u00fdch hrdin\u016f vybaven\u00fdm \u010dty\u0159metrov\u00fdmi sklen\u011bn\u00fdmi st\u011bnami, kter\u00e9 by zast\u00ednily v\u00fdhled na V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b. Velk\u00e9 sklen\u011bn\u00e9 desky nav\u00edc z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed podle zku\u0161enost\u00ed z\u00a0jin\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed Prahy \u0161pinav\u00e9. Pokud by m\u011bly b\u00fdt \u010dist\u00e9, museli by je \u017eelezni\u010d\u00e1\u0159i obden m\u00fdt. Celkov\u011b by p\u016fvodn\u011b navr\u017een\u00e1 podoba dr\u00e1hy negativn\u011b zas\u00e1hla do sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho vzhledu na\u0161\u00ed \u010dtvrti, proto radnice po projektantech po\u017eadovala n\u011bkolik zm\u011bn. <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Normal ParaOverride-2\"><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">Velk\u00e9 sklen\u011bn\u00e9 desky tak na z\u00e1klad\u011b po\u017eadavk\u016f radnice vym\u011bn\u00ed za speci\u00e1ln\u00ed protihlukov\u00e9 st\u011bny, kter\u00e9 ud\u011blaj\u00ed stejnou slu\u017ebu, ale neuzav\u0159ou ulici do akv\u00e1ria. In\u017een\u00fd\u0159i Metroprojektu k\u00a0nim p\u0159idali je\u0161t\u011b tlumic\u00ed 1,2&nbsp;m vysokou st\u011bnu mezi kolejemi, aby byly spln\u011bny hlukov\u00e9 limity. \u201eV\u00a0nov\u00e9m n\u00e1vrhu zmizely \u010dty\u0159i a\u00a0p\u016fl metru vysok\u00e9 sklen\u011bn\u00e9 st\u011bny viaduktu u\u00a0V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b i\u00a0prosklen\u00fd tubus ve Strojnick\u00e9 ulici, estak\u00e1du by m\u011bly podp\u00edrat svisl\u00e9 sloupy m\u00edsto p\u016fvodn\u00edch do V\u00a0a\u00a0ob\u011b zast\u00e1vky, jak Praha Bubny, tak ta u\u00a0Stromovky, jsou upraven\u00e9, aby l\u00e9pe navazovaly na okoln\u00ed ulice,\u201c vysv\u011btluje radn\u00ed pro rozvoj Prahy&nbsp;7 Lenka Burgerov\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Normal ParaOverride-2\"><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">I\u00a0p\u016fvodn\u011b pl\u00e1novan\u00e1 zast\u00e1vka na most\u011b proti V\u00fdstavi\u0161ti je u\u017e minulost\u00ed. Posune se o\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">n\u011bkolik des\u00edtek metr\u016f v\u00fd\u0161 mezi ze\u010f h\u0159bitova a\u00a0Stromovky a\u00a0uvoln\u00ed typick\u00fd hole\u0161ovick\u00fd pohled na V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b z\u00a0ulice Dukelsk\u00fdch hrdin\u016f. Na n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b nov\u00e9 stanice povede cesta kolem Z\u0160 Um\u011bleck\u00e1 z\u00a0ulice U\u00a0Stud\u00e1nky a\u00a0po nov\u011b navr\u017een\u00e9 l\u00e1vce p\u0159es koleje, kter\u00e1 je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed projektu, se dostaneme nejen na druh\u00e9 n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b, ale i\u00a0do Stromovky. S\u00a0nov\u00fdm n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00edm po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 i\u00a0projekt vznikaj\u00edc\u00edho obchodn\u00edho centra. Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed na Sedmi\u010dku p\u0159ijedou vlakem, se ze zast\u00e1vky jednodu\u0161e dostanou do Stromovky i\u00a0na V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b. \u201eS\u00a0pam\u00e1tk\u00e1\u0159i se n\u00e1m poda\u0159ilo dohodnout prostup op\u011brnou zd\u00ed ve Stromovce, aby se lid\u00e9 k\u00a0vlaku snadno dostali,\u201c dopl\u0148uje Burgerov\u00e1. Stavba bude tak\u00e9 levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee zast\u00e1vku bude tvo\u0159it jen n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b na navezen\u00e9 zemin\u011b. Na peron bude mo\u017en\u00e9 vystoupat p\u0159\u00edmo ze zast\u00e1vky metra Vltavsk\u00e1. T\u00edm p\u00e1dem na sebe bude v\u00a0jednom uzlu navazovat metro, vlak a\u00a0tramvaje. Budova n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed bude dlouh\u00e1 dv\u011b st\u011b metr\u016f \u2013 v&nbsp;jej\u00edm st\u0159edu bude pr\u016fchod v&nbsp;ose He\u0159manova \u2013 Jate\u010dn\u00ed, aby mohl vlak obslou\u017eit tak\u00e9 obyvatele nov\u00e9 \u010dtvrti, kter\u00e1 v\u00a0Bubnech \u010dasem vyroste. <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Normal ParaOverride-2\"><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">I\u00a0v\u00a0\u010d\u00e1sti Strojnick\u00e9 ulice naproti V\u00fdstavi\u0161ti sklen\u011bn\u00e9 st\u011bny nahrad\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ochrany proti hluku a\u00a0p\u016fvodn\u00ed podp\u011brn\u00e9 sloupy do V\u00a0vyst\u0159\u00eddaj\u00ed svisl\u00e9 podp\u011bry, aby mezi nimi mohla vzniknout nap\u0159\u00edklad stezka pro chodce a\u00a0cyklisty nebo podstavby s\u00a0kav\u00e1rnami a\u00a0obchody. \u201ePodstatn\u00e9 pro n\u00e1s je, aby tra\u0165 tvo\u0159ila co nejmen\u0161\u00ed vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed a\u00a0hlukovou p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eku pro lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed tu bydl\u00ed, a\u00a0co nejm\u00e9n\u011b jim zm\u011bnila podm\u00ednky k\u00a0\u017eivotu,\u201c vysv\u011btluje radn\u00ed Burgerov\u00e1. K\u00a0tomu p\u0159isp\u011bje i\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">to, \u017ee jim vlaky nebudou zastavovat p\u0159\u00edmo pod okny.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Normal ParaOverride-2\"><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">Viadukty by naopak m\u011bly zajistit sjednocen\u00ed Sedmi\u010dky a\u00a0celkov\u011b by nov\u00e1 dr\u00e1ha na leti\u0161t\u011b m\u011bla Sedmi\u010dku obohatit. \u201eVznik m\u011bstsk\u00fdch viadukt\u016f, kter\u00e9 umo\u017en\u00ed plynul\u00e9 propojen\u00ed dosud odd\u011blen\u00fdch \u010dtvrt\u00ed, promy\u0161len\u00e9 um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed a\u00a0kultivovan\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed nov\u00fdch zast\u00e1vek a\u00a0celkov\u00e9 m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed \u017eeleznice podle vzoru zda\u0159il\u00fdch zahrani\u010dn\u00edch realizac\u00ed, nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00a0Berl\u00edn\u011b \u2013 to v\u0161e zvy\u0161uje \u0161ance, \u017ee \u017eeleznice bude pro Prahu 7 p\u0159\u00ednosem,\u201c mysl\u00ed si Biegel. <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Normal\"><span class=\"CharOverride-46\"><strong>M\u011bstsk\u00e1 \u017eeleznice<\/strong><br \/>\r\n<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">I\u00a0kdy\u017e m\u00e9dia novou tra\u0165 p\u0159ek\u0159tila na rychlo-<br \/>\r\ndr\u00e1hu, jej\u00ed charakter se mnohem v\u00edc bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed klasick\u00e9 m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u017eeleznici. Vlaky nap\u00e1jen\u00e9 elektrick\u00fdmi trolejemi pojedou v\u00a0\u00faseku Praha-Bubny a\u017e Praha-V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b rychlost\u00ed 50\u201360 kilometr\u016f za hodinu. Cesta na leti\u0161t\u011b by tak ze Sedmi\u010dky nem\u011bla trvat d\u00e9le ne\u017e dvacet minut. A\u00a0kolik vlak\u016f Sedmi\u010dkou projede? \u201eV\u00a0dopravn\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dce se po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b s\u00a0osmi p\u00e1ry osobn\u00edch vlak\u016f za hodinu, kter\u00e9 zastav\u00ed v\u00a0obou stanic\u00edch na Sedmi\u010dce, a\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">\u010dty\u0159mi p\u00e1ry sp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch vlak\u016f, kter\u00e9 zastavuj\u00ed jen ve stanici Praha-Bubny. S\u00a0n\u00e1kladn\u00ed dopravou se v\u00a0\u00faseku Praha-Bubny \u2013 Praha-Ruzyn\u011b nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1,\u201c p\u0159ibli\u017euje Tom\u00e1\u0161 Richtr z\u00a0Odboru rozvoje. <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"Normal ParaOverride-2\"><span class=\"CharOverride-5\">Vlaky (i\u00a0ty ve m\u011bstech) pat\u0159\u00ed k\u00a0nejekologi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed form\u011b dopravy a\u00a0dob\u0159e \u0159e\u0161en\u00e1 m\u011bstsk\u00e1 \u017eeleznice znamen\u00e1 v\u00edc spokojen\u00fdch cestuj\u00edc\u00edch, kte\u0159\u00ed nechaj\u00ed auta doma. Podle studie Spr\u00e1vy \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed cesty by modernizovanou tra\u0165 z\u00a0Prahy do Kladna m\u011blo v\u00a0roce 2052 vyu\u017e\u00edt a\u017e 24 tis\u00edc cestuj\u00edc\u00edch denn\u011b. P\u016fvodn\u011b m\u011bla b\u00fdt tra\u0165 hotov\u00e1 v\u00a0roce 2004, v\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je p\u0159ipravena dokumentace pro pod\u00e1n\u00ed projektu na \u00fazemn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.
