Nyn\u00ed m\u00e1 Praha kone\u010dn\u011b realistick\u00fd pl\u00e1n, jak toto 110hektarov\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed prom\u011bnit v\u00a0plnohodnotnou \u010dtvr\u0165. Kompletn\u00ed n\u00e1vrh \u00fazemn\u00ed studie, kter\u00fd bude zve\u0159ejn\u011bn v&nbsp;\u010dervenci, vykresluje novou podobu \u00fazem\u00ed Bubny-Z\u00e1tory, do n\u011bho\u017e by se mohlo vej\u00edt a\u017e 25&nbsp;000 obyvatel. Po ve\u0159ejn\u00e9m projedn\u00e1n\u00ed a&nbsp;schv\u00e1len\u00ed bude studie slou\u017eit jako podklad zm\u011bny \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu. Stav\u011bt se m\u016f\u017ee za\u010d\u00edt do p\u011bti let.<\/p>\r\n<p>[\/perex]<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00dazem\u00ed dne\u0161n\u00edho brownfieldu Bubny-Z\u00e1tory je ji\u017e des\u00edtky let p\u0159edm\u011btem \u00favah mnoha urbanist\u016f. U\u017e v\u00a080.&nbsp;letech 20.&nbsp;stolet\u00ed byly vytvo\u0159eny prvn\u00ed pl\u00e1ny na za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed tohoto 110 hektarov\u00e9ho \u00fazem\u00ed do organismu Prahy. N\u00e1sledovalo n\u011bkolik studi\u00ed a&nbsp;pl\u00e1n\u016f, kter\u00e9 ale nikdy nedosp\u011bly do realizace. Vznikl\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny ov\u0161em poj\u00edmaly toto v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed optikou minul\u00e9 doby. V\u00a0pl\u00e1nech urbanist\u016f se kladl p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00fd d\u016fraz na administrativn\u00ed funkce, ikonick\u00e9 v\u011b\u017eov\u00e9 domy a&nbsp;slo\u017eit\u00e1 dopravn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Nad pl\u00e1ny nikdy nepanovala shoda a&nbsp;proto Bubny-Z\u00e1tory i&nbsp;nad\u00e1le z\u016fst\u00e1valy jizvou Prahy.<\/p>\r\n<p>Od roku 1999 je na cel\u00e9 plo\u0161e tohoto \u00fazem\u00ed v\u00a0platn\u00e9m \u00fazemn\u00edm pl\u00e1nu stavebn\u00ed uz\u00e1v\u011bra. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee dokud tato uz\u00e1v\u011bra nebude odstran\u011bna, nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 na \u00fazem\u00ed stav\u011bt. A\u017e v\u00a0posledn\u00edch n\u011bkolika letech za\u010daly vznikat \u00favahy o&nbsp;revitalizaci brownfieldu tak, aby mohlo doj\u00edt k\u00a0vytvo\u0159en\u00ed opravdu plnohodnotn\u00e9 \u010dtvrti, kde se dob\u0159e pracuje, odpo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1, pohybuje a&nbsp;zejm\u00e9na bydl\u00ed. Hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto spolu s\u00a0Institutem pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a&nbsp;rozvoje (IPR) proto v\u00a0\u00fanoru 2018 rozhodlo o&nbsp;zad\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fazemn\u00ed studie, kter\u00e1 &#8222;p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00ed&#8220; o&nbsp;tomto \u00fazem\u00ed jako o&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti vytvo\u0159it sv\u00e9bytnou novou \u010dtvr\u0165, kter\u00e1 p\u0159irozen\u011b nav\u00e1\u017ee na sv\u00e9 okol\u00ed.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201eV\u00a0zad\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fazemn\u00ed studie je kladen d\u016fraz hlavn\u011b na kvalitu \u017eivota Pra\u017ean\u016f. V\u00a0nov\u00e9 \u010dtvrti proto nebudou chyb\u011bt \u0161koly, \u0161kolky, kultura, kvalitn\u00ed parky a&nbsp;pohodln\u00e9 ulice. T\u011b\u0161\u00ed m\u011b, \u017ee se usilovn\u011b pracuje na o\u017eiven\u00ed takto d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti m\u011bsta,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje 1.&nbsp;n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora pro \u00fazemn\u00ed rozvoj Petr Hlav\u00e1\u010dek.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Bydlen\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\u010ctvr\u0165 by m\u011bla nov\u011b propojit Letnou a&nbsp;Hole\u0161ovice a&nbsp;zajistit domov a\u017e pro 25&nbsp;000 obyvatel. To je zhruba 230 obyvatel na hektar, co\u017e se bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed hustot\u011b obyvatel na Vinohradech. Hlavn\u00ed reziden\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed bude ji\u017en\u00ed polovina \u00fazem\u00ed s\u00a0v\u00fd\u0161kovou hladinou p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 6 a\u017e 8 podla\u017e\u00ed. Podobn\u00fd po\u010det podla\u017e\u00ed maj\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad \u010d\u00e1sti Sm\u00edchova nebo Vinohrad z\u00a0po\u010d\u00e1tku 20.&nbsp;stolet\u00ed.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201eM\u00e1me skv\u011blou p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost vytvo\u0159it funk\u010dn\u00ed \u010dtvr\u0165, kter\u00e1 reaguje na aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed pot\u0159eby m\u011bsta \u2013 zejm\u00e9na nedostatek bydlen\u00ed. Bydlen\u00ed by proto m\u011blo tvo\u0159it alespo\u0148 60 %, co\u017e se n\u00e1m poda\u0159ilo propsat do zad\u00e1n\u00ed studie,\u201c<\/em> dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Hlav\u00e1\u010dek a&nbsp;d\u00e1le upozor\u0148uje, \u017ee si na novou \u010dtvr\u0165 budeme je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bjakou dobu muset po\u010dkat: <em>\u201eJe pot\u0159eba zd\u016fraznit, \u017ee m\u00e1me teprve n\u00e1vrh \u00fazemn\u00ed studie, kter\u00fd jde do ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho projedn\u00e1n\u00ed. Je to podobn\u00e9, jako kdy\u017e se zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1 \u00fazemn\u00ed pl\u00e1n. Nejd\u0159\u00edve se vytvo\u0159\u00ed n\u00e1vrh, kter\u00fd se projedn\u00e1 s\u00a0m\u011bstskou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, s\u00a0ve\u0159ejnost\u00ed a&nbsp;odborn\u00edky, aby se odladily p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 chyby a&nbsp;nep\u0159esnosti, nebo aby se vy\u0159e\u0161ily vztahy mezi vlastn\u00edky a&nbsp;m\u011bstem. Odhaduji, \u017ee fin\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fazemn\u00ed studie m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt hotov\u00e1 zhruba na konci roku.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>\r\n<strong>Administrativa<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>V\u00a0severn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti \u00fazem\u00ed vznikne mix administrativn\u00edch budov a&nbsp;obytn\u00e9ho \u00fazem\u00ed. Odhaduje se, \u017ee severn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st pojme p\u0159es 10 tis\u00edc pracovn\u00edk\u016f. Administrativn\u00ed budovy budou m\u00edt dle \u00fazemn\u00ed studie z\u00e1kladn\u00ed hladinu podobnou, jako ji\u017en\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st, tedy 6 a\u017e 8 podla\u017e\u00ed. V\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch bodech m\u016f\u017ee hladina v\u011b\u017e\u00ed dos\u00e1hnout a\u017e 18 a\u017e 21 podla\u017e\u00ed. Pokud by m\u011bla v\u00a0Praze vzniknout tzv. Vl\u00e1dn\u00ed \u010dtvr\u0165, bylo by vhodn\u00e9, aby vznikla pr\u00e1v\u011b zde \u2013 bl\u00edzko centru m\u011bsta, na vlaku, metru, tramvaji i&nbsp;bl\u00edzko m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho okruhu. Oproti Let\u0148an\u016fm by tak m\u011bsto mohlo vyu\u017e\u00edt kupn\u00ed s\u00edly tis\u00edc\u016f \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed by v\u00a0Let\u0148anech nem\u011bli p\u0159es ob\u011bd nebo po pr\u00e1ci kam zaj\u00edt. M\u00edsto je ale vhodn\u00e9 i&nbsp;pro um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed m\u011bstsk\u00e9 spr\u00e1vy stejn\u011b jako v\u00a0bloc\u00edch na jihu u&nbsp;stanice metra Vltavsk\u00e1 a&nbsp;N\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed Bubny.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Parky a&nbsp;zele\u0148<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Ve st\u0159edu \u00fazem\u00ed vznikne centr\u00e1ln\u00ed park o&nbsp;rozloze 6 hektar\u016f. Park m\u00e1 b\u00fdt srdcem \u00fazem\u00ed a&nbsp;novou tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed Hole\u0161ovic. \u00daloha parku by m\u011bla b\u00fdt multifunk\u010dn\u00ed a&nbsp;m\u011bl by tak nab\u00edzet Pra\u017ean\u016fm mo\u017enosti r\u016fzn\u00fdch sportovn\u00edch a&nbsp;rekrea\u010dn\u00edch aktivit. Park by tak\u00e9 m\u011bl poskytnout zelen\u00e9 propojen\u00ed b\u0159eh\u016f Vltavy na jihu, nov\u00e9 \u010dtvrti, V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b a&nbsp;Stromovky. Ulice lemovan\u00e9 stromo\u0159ad\u00edm a&nbsp;tak\u00e9 zelen\u00e9 st\u0159echy budov pat\u0159\u00ed mezi dal\u0161\u00ed prvky adaptace na klimatickou zm\u011bnu, se kter\u00fdmi \u00fazemn\u00ed studie po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201eBubny jsou nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed brownfield v\u00a0metropoli a&nbsp;lid\u00e9 z\u00a0Prahy&nbsp;7, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed na starosti rozvoj, str\u00e1vili prac\u00ed na tomto t\u00e9matu mnoho hodin. Velk\u00fd a&nbsp;modern\u00ed park bude z\u00e1sadn\u00edm m\u00edstem spole\u010dn\u00e9ho setk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a&nbsp;jsme r\u00e1di, \u017ee studie v\u00a0n\u011bm po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s\u00a0um\u00edst\u011bn\u00edm ploch a&nbsp;aktivit pro v\u0161echny generace,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Jan \u010ci\u017einsk\u00fd, starosta Prahy&nbsp;7.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Doprava<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Nov\u00e1 \u010dtvr\u0165 bude skv\u011ble obslou\u017eena r\u016fzn\u00fdmi druhy dopravy. Bubny-Z\u00e1tory jsou v\u00fdborn\u011b napojeny metrem, vlaky, tramvajemi a&nbsp;do budoucna i&nbsp;p\u00e1te\u0159n\u00edmi p\u011b\u0161\u00edmi a&nbsp;cyklistick\u00fdmi osami. Pobl\u00ed\u017e tak\u00e9 vede M\u011bstsk\u00fd okruh. V&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b je tak\u00e9 prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st rychlodr\u00e1hy na leti\u0161t\u011b. \u00dazemn\u00ed studie zat\u00edm nedefinuje detailn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se bude navrhovat s\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdmi projekty blok\u016f a&nbsp;ulic. Celkov\u00e9 dopravn\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed odpov\u00edd\u00e1 dopravn\u00edmu modelu Metropolitn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu. Do konce l\u00e9ta by pak m\u011bl b\u00fdt hotov detailn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed model pro \u00fazemn\u00ed studii.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201eNa prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b jsou chodci, MHD a&nbsp;cyklodoprava. D\u016fle\u017eitou slo\u017ekou dopravy je tak\u00e9 vhodn\u00fd mix bydlen\u00ed, slu\u017eeb a&nbsp;pr\u00e1ce. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee pokud budou moci obyvatel\u00e9 v\u00a0nov\u00e9 \u010dtvrti nejen bydlet, ale i&nbsp;nakupovat, pracovat a&nbsp;bavit se, sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed se tak po\u010det cest po m\u011bst\u011b autem a&nbsp;MHD. Takto si p\u0159edstavujeme \u010dtvrti budoucnosti \u2013 v\u0161echno hezky po ruce,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje Adam Scheinherr, n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora hl. m. Prahy a&nbsp;radn\u00ed pro dopravu. <em>\u201eNicm\u00e9n\u011b n\u00e1s je\u0161t\u011b \u010dek\u00e1 spousta pr\u00e1ce, abychom dos\u00e1hli k\u00fd\u017een\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f,\u201c<\/em> dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Scheinherr.<\/p>\r\n<p>V\u00a0okol\u00ed se tak\u00e9 pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed nov\u00e9 mosty a&nbsp;p\u011b\u0161\u00ed l\u00e1vky, tramvajov\u00e1 tra\u0165 a&nbsp;revitalizace \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed trati Praha \u2013 Kladno, jej\u00ed\u017e sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed je i&nbsp;zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 tra\u0165 na leti\u0161t\u011b. Rozvoj nov\u00e9 infrastruktury je koncipov\u00e1n tak, aby m\u011bl pozitivn\u00ed vliv i&nbsp;na existuj\u00edc\u00ed \u010dtvrti. Nov\u00e9 propojen\u00ed a&nbsp;slu\u017eby by naopak m\u011bly pomoci odleh\u010dit i&nbsp;p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00e9mu centru.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Kultura<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><em>\u201eV \u00fazem\u00ed nemiz\u00ed ani historick\u00e1 pam\u011b\u0165, z&nbsp;n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed Bubny byly b\u011bhem druh\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky vypravov\u00e1ny transporty s&nbsp;desetitis\u00edci \u017eidovsk\u00fdmi obyvateli z&nbsp;Prahy do ghett, koncentra\u010dn\u00edch a&nbsp;vyhlazovac\u00edch t\u00e1bor\u016f. Po druh\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lce odtud p\u0159i odsunu odj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bli pra\u017e\u0161t\u00ed N\u011bmci. V\u00a0 p\u016fvodn\u00ed n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed budov\u011b tohoto stigmatizovan\u00e9ho m\u00edsta vznik\u00e1 nyn\u00ed za p\u0159isp\u011bn\u00ed hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy Pam\u00e1tn\u00edk ticha s&nbsp;modern\u011b pojatou expozic\u00ed p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed slo\u017eit\u00e9 d\u011bjiny dvac\u00e1t\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 prostorem pro diskusi a&nbsp;kritickou reflexi ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 minulosti,\u201c<\/em> p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 Lenka Burgerov\u00e1, m\u00edstostarostka Prahy&nbsp;7.<\/p>\r\n<p>Podoba Pam\u00e1tn\u00edku ticha byla ned\u00e1vno p\u0159edstavena ve\u0159ejnosti a&nbsp;k\u00a0samotn\u00e9 realizaci pam\u00e1tn\u00edku by m\u011blo doj\u00edt v&nbsp;roce 2021.<\/p>\r\n<p>V\u00a0nov\u00e9 \u010dtvrti by m\u011bl tak\u00e9 vzniknout koncertn\u00ed s\u00e1l. N\u00e1vrh \u00fazemn\u00ed studie ho vn\u00edm\u00e1 jako samostatn\u00fd projekt v\u00a0ji\u017en\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti \u00fazem\u00ed \u2013 okol\u00ed zast\u00e1vky metra Vltavsk\u00e1. Na podobu s\u00e1lu bude vyps\u00e1na samostatn\u00e1 architektonick\u00e1 sout\u011b\u017e s\u00a0mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dast\u00ed, pro kterou se ji\u017e v&nbsp;sou\u010dasnosti p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed podklady. Samotn\u00e1 sout\u011b\u017e by m\u011bla b\u00fdt vyhl\u00e1\u0161ena v\u00a0druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b 2020. \u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<em>\u201eBubny a&nbsp;Z\u00e1tory \u0159e\u0161\u00ed Praha u\u017e t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 30 let. Je to dlouh\u00e1 doba, ale nen\u00ed neobvykl\u00e1. Nap\u0159\u00edklad lond\u00fdnsk\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed King\u00b4s Cross, celosv\u011btov\u011b uzn\u00e1van\u00fd \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad revitalizace brownfieldu, se p\u0159ipravoval na transformaci od po\u010d\u00e1tku 90.&nbsp;let a&nbsp;dokon\u010den\u00ed je pl\u00e1nov\u00e1no na rok 2020. P\u0159itom King\u2019s Cross m\u00e1 \u201epouh\u00fdch\u201c 27 hektar\u016f, co\u017e je 4x men\u0161\u00ed plocha ne\u017e na\u0161e Bubny,\u201c<\/em> uzav\u00edr\u00e1 Ond\u0159ej Boh\u00e1\u010d, \u0159editel IPR Praha.<\/p>\r\n<p>Kompletn\u00ed n\u00e1vrh \u00fazemn\u00ed studie bude zve\u0159ejn\u011bn v\u00a0\u010dervenci, po zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00ed bude n\u00e1sledovat ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 projedn\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu. A&nbsp;proto\u017ee lh\u016fta ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho projedn\u00e1n\u00ed vych\u00e1z\u00ed na pr\u00e1zdniny, bylo rozhodnuto prodlou\u017eit ji do konce z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. Lid\u00e9 se tak budou moci sezn\u00e1mit se studi\u00ed v\u00a0p\u0159edstihu a&nbsp;zas\u00edlat pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b svoje podn\u011bty.<\/p>\r\n<p>Ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 prezentace studie, tzn. \u201eve\u0159ejn\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c\u00a0spojen\u00e9 s\u00a0v\u00fdkladem a\u00a0prezentac\u00ed\u00a0n\u00e1vrhu prob\u011bhne p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b na podzim 2019. \u00a0N\u00e1vrh \u00fazemn\u00ed studie, lh\u016fta projedn\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0term\u00edn\u00a0\u201eve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c\u00a0budou zve\u0159ejn\u011bny na \u00fa\u0159edn\u00ed desce Magistr\u00e1tu hl. m. Prahy a&nbsp;na webu iprpraha.cz\/bubny.\u00a0Doru\u010den\u00e9 p\u0159ipom\u00ednky budou n\u00e1sledn\u011b vyhodnoceny a\u00a0p\u0159ed\u00e1ny zpracovateli \u00fazemn\u00ed studie k\u00a0zapracov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo vypo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<hr \/>\r\n<h3>Historie \u2013 jak situace s&nbsp;\u00fazem\u00edm (ne)vyv\u00edjela<\/h3>\r\n<p>1991\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed Workshop s\u00a0\u00fa\u010dast\u00ed p\u0159edn\u00edch evropsk\u00fdch architekt\u016f. P\u0159edm\u011btem workshopu bylo z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1zor\u016f a\u00a0n\u00e1pad\u016f na toto \u00fazem\u00ed. Z\u00a0workshopu vyplynulo konstatov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee Bubny-Z\u00e1tory jsou jednou z\u00a0nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch oblast\u00ed m\u011bsta vhodnou pro rozvoj jednoho z\u00a0budouc\u00edch center m\u011bsta.<\/p>\r\n<p>1992\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Rada zastupitelstva HMP ve spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0M\u010c P7 vypsala urbanistickou ve\u0159ejnou anonymn\u00ed sout\u011b\u017e s\u00a0mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dast\u00ed. 1.&nbsp;cena nebyla ud\u011blena, av\u0161ak auto\u0159i nejv\u00fd\u0161e ocen\u011bn\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu byli vyzv\u00e1ni ke zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed urbanistick\u00e9 studie. Vzhledem k\u00a0diskus\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed M\u011bstsk\u00e9ho okruhu byla studie zmrazena, pokra\u010dovalo se v\u00a0n\u00ed od r. 1994 do konce r. 1997. V&nbsp;listopadu 1998 zpracov\u00e1na studie prof. J G\u0159egor\u010d\u00edkem. Studie slou\u017eila jako podklad pro nov\u00fd \u00fazemn\u00ed pl\u00e1n schv\u00e1len\u00fd v\u00a0roce 1999.<\/p>\r\n<p>1999 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 platit nov\u00fd \u00fazemn\u00ed pl\u00e1n a\u00a0stavebn\u00ed uz\u00e1v\u011bra na cel\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed podle vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky \u010d. 33\/1999 Sb. hl. m. Prahy. V\u00a0t\u011bchto \u00fazem\u00edch je nutn\u00e9 d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e zde bude povolov\u00e1na nov\u00e1 z\u00e1stavba, celkovou koncepci \u00fazem\u00ed prov\u011b\u0159it podrobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u00fazemn\u011b pl\u00e1novac\u00ed dokumentac\u00ed (regula\u010dn\u00edm pl\u00e1nem) nebo \u00fazemn\u011b pl\u00e1novac\u00edm podkladem (\u00fazemn\u00ed studi\u00ed).<\/p>\r\n<p>2007\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(2008) Jsou po\u0159izov\u00e1ny d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed developersk\u00e9 studie pro severn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st (NAVATYP) a\u00a0ji\u017en\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st (ORCO), v\u00a0nich\u017e se v\u0161ak nepoda\u0159ilo naj\u00edt spole\u010dn\u00e9 celkov\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Tyto studie nebyly po\u0159izovatelem uzn\u00e1ny za urbanistick\u00e9 studie.<\/p>\r\n<p>2012 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Zad\u00e1n\u00ed podkladov\u00e9 studie. Z\u00e1m\u011br po\u0159\u00eddit studii, nad kterou by byla dosa\u017eena shoda v\u00a0\u00fazem\u00ed. Po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u00fazemn\u00ed studie bude dle z\u00e1kona n\u00e1sledn\u011b, v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee bude dosa\u017eena shoda v\u00a0\u00fazem\u00ed. Zad\u00e1n\u00ed podkladov\u00e9 studie zpracoval URM. V\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vyhr\u00e1l ateli\u00e9r CMC Architects.<\/p>\r\n<p>2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Zad\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fazemn\u00ed studie na z\u00e1klad\u011b zpracovan\u00e9 podkladov\u00e9 studie. Zpracovatelem je CMC Architects. \u00dazemn\u00ed studie poslou\u017e\u00ed jako podklad pro zm\u011bnu \u00daP.<\/p>\r\n<p>2014\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Odevzd\u00e1na \u00fazemn\u00ed studie, M\u010c P7 vyjad\u0159uje nesouhlas se studi\u00ed s\u00a0uveden\u00edm \u0159adu nov\u00fdch p\u0159ipom\u00ednek. Prahy (\u00daZR MHMP) schvaluje zad\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fazemn\u00ed studie pro Hole\u0161ovice Bubny \u2013 Z\u00e1tory spolupr\u00e1ce P7, p\u0159ipom\u00ednkuje IPR Praha. Rada hl. m. Prahy usnesen\u00edm \u010d. 2798 ze dne 15.&nbsp;11.&nbsp;2016 k\u00a0ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 Institutu pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0rozvoje hl. m.
