Waldorfsk\u00e1 pedagogika, metoda Step by Step, \u010dinnostn\u00ed u\u010den\u00ed, Montessori program \u010di n\u011bkter\u00e9 metody kritick\u00e9ho my\u0161len\u00ed jsou ty nejviditeln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed inovativn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstupy v\u00a0z\u00e1kladn\u00edm vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed na Sedmi\u010dce. Nejsou v\u0161ak jedin\u00e9. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 \u0161kola v\u00a0Praze 7 se sna\u017e\u00ed, aby byla pro d\u011bti i&nbsp;pro jejich rodi\u010de atraktivn\u00ed a&nbsp;aby se sem ka\u017ed\u00e9 r\u00e1no t\u011b\u0161ily.<br \/>\r\n[\/perex]<\/p>\r\n<p>\u201eU\u010ditel\u00e9 to dnes v\u016fbec nemaj\u00ed lehk\u00e9. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 by \u0161kola m\u011bla d\u00e1t d\u011btem za\u017e\u00edvat pocit \u00fasp\u011bchu, pomoci jim rozv\u00edjet jejich nad\u00e1n\u00ed a&nbsp;zachovat si p\u0159itom p\u0159irozenou radost z\u00a0pozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, vytvo\u0159it prost\u0159ed\u00ed tak bezpe\u010dn\u00e9, aby se d\u011bti neb\u00e1ly d\u011blat chyby a&nbsp;z\u00a0chyb se u\u010dit. A&nbsp;to v\u0161echno je t\u0159eba poskytovat v\u0161em d\u011btem bez rozd\u00edlu, v\u010detn\u011b d\u011bt\u00ed se specifick\u00fdmi vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edmi pot\u0159ebami, ze soci\u00e1ln\u011b znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed, s\u00a0odli\u0161n\u00fdm mate\u0159sk\u00fdm jazykem, ale i&nbsp;t\u011bm mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b nadan\u00fdm. Aby tohle v\u0161echno \u0161kola byla schopn\u00e1 d\u011btem d\u00e1t, pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 nov\u00e9 metody a&nbsp;postupy, kter\u00e9 jim to umo\u017en\u00ed,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 nov\u00e1 radn\u00ed pro \u0161kolstv\u00ed Prahy&nbsp;7 Hanka \u0160i\u0161kov\u00e1.<\/p>\r\n<p>Ty tam jsou na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed doby, kdy \u017e\u00e1ci prosed\u011bli cel\u00fd den v\u00a0lavic\u00edch, zapisovali si such\u00e1 data do sv\u00fdch se\u0161it\u016f a&nbsp;znalosti pak na povel tahali z&nbsp;pam\u011bti. Na takovou \u0161koln\u00ed realitu vzpom\u00edn\u00e1 i&nbsp;Lubor Vinick\u00fd, u\u010ditel t\u0159et\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddy ze Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly T. G. Masaryka na Ortenov\u011b n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed (Z\u0160 TGM). \u201eNa prvn\u00ed stupe\u0148 jsem chodil v\u00a0polovin\u011b osmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch let, pamatuji si, jak jsme se b\u00e1li cokoliv \u0159\u00edct. Necht\u011bl bych, aby takov\u00e1 atmosf\u00e9ra byla u&nbsp;m\u011b ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b.\u201c Vinick\u00fd poch\u00e1z\u00ed z\u00a0u\u010ditelsk\u00e9 rodiny a&nbsp;vyu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed se v\u011bnuje ji\u017e 14 let, na Sedmi\u010dce p\u016fsob\u00ed \u0161est\u00fdm rokem a&nbsp;od z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2016 vyu\u010duje metodou Step by Step \u2013 Za\u010d\u00edt spolu. \u201eZjistil jsem, \u017ee celou \u0159adu v\u011bc\u00ed doporu\u010dovan\u00fdch touto metodou jsem ve sv\u00fdch hodin\u00e1ch pou\u017e\u00edval ji\u017e d\u00e1vno. Nap\u0159\u00edklad rann\u00ed kruh, kdy si s\u00a0d\u011btmi pov\u00edd\u00e1me a&nbsp;nala\u010fujeme se na dal\u0161\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00fd den. Je to n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed na p\u0159\u00edpravu, d\u011bti neopiju rohl\u00edkem, ale stoj\u00ed to za to.\u201c Step by Step \u2013 Za\u010d\u00edt spolu je propracovan\u00fd metodick\u00fd model. \u201eV\u00fduka prob\u00edh\u00e1 v\u00a0takzvan\u00fdch centrech aktivit. Tomu odpov\u00edd\u00e1 i&nbsp;netradi\u010dn\u00ed uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed prostoru t\u0159\u00eddy do men\u0161\u00edch pracovn\u00edch kout\u016f, podobn\u011b jako u&nbsp;waldorfsk\u00e9 \u010di Montessori pedagogiky,\u201c popisuje \u0159editel Z\u0160 TGM Jan Rychtr, jen\u017e \u0161kolu vede od \u010dervence 2017 a&nbsp;je slu\u017eebn\u011b nejmlad\u0161\u00edm \u0159editelem na Sedmi\u010dce.<\/p>\r\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b osoba \u0159editele je t\u00edm hlavn\u00edm hybatelem \u017eivota ve \u0161kole. \u201eVe \u0161kol\u00e1ch Prahy&nbsp;7 m\u00e1me schopn\u00e9 a&nbsp;otev\u0159en\u00e9 \u0159editelky a&nbsp;\u0159editele a&nbsp;mnoho v\u00fdborn\u00fdch u\u010ditelek a&nbsp;u\u010ditel\u016f, kter\u00fdm jde o&nbsp;ka\u017ed\u00e9 jednotliv\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou ochotn\u00ed a&nbsp;maj\u00ed odvahu hledat nov\u00e9 cesty, jak rozv\u00edjet potenci\u00e1l ka\u017ed\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte a&nbsp;prov\u00e1zet ho v\u00a0jeho osobn\u00edm r\u016fstu. Dal\u0161\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pedagog\u016f a&nbsp;sd\u00edlen\u00ed dobr\u00e9 praxe a&nbsp;zku\u0161enost\u00ed mezi u\u010diteli nejen v\u00a0r\u00e1mci jednotliv\u00fdch \u0161kol, ale tak\u00e9 mezi \u0161kolami, jsou cesty, jak pedagogy v&nbsp;tomto \u00fasil\u00ed podpo\u0159it. Stejn\u011b jako vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a&nbsp;sd\u00edlen\u00ed dobr\u00e9 praxe a&nbsp;zku\u0161enost\u00ed mezi \u0159editeli \u0161kol, nebo\u0165 pr\u00e1v\u011b oni d\u00e1vaj\u00ed sv\u00e9 \u0161kole tv\u00e1\u0159, vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed jej\u00ed koncepci, pracuj\u00ed se sv\u00fdmi pedagogy, pom\u00e1haj\u00ed jim se d\u00e1l profesn\u011b rozv\u00edjet a&nbsp;motivuj\u00ed je ke zkvalit\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed pedagogick\u00e9ho procesu,\u201c popisuje radn\u00ed \u0160i\u0161kov\u00e1.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<strong>Dovednosti i&nbsp;znalosti<\/strong><br \/>\r\nNa veden\u00ed \u0161koly toti\u017e velmi z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, kam se bude \u0161kola ub\u00edrat. Obecn\u00e1 koncepce vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 takzvan\u00fd R\u00e1mcov\u00fd vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed program (RVP) \u2013, kterou vydalo Ministerstvo \u0161kolstv\u00ed v\u00a0roce 2007, toti\u017e dala jednotliv\u00fdm \u0161kol\u00e1m obrovsk\u00e9 pravomoci. RVP \u0161kol\u00e1m vyty\u010duje h\u0159i\u0161t\u011b, na kter\u00e9m se mohou svobodn\u011b pohybovat v\u00a0r\u00e1mci vlastn\u00edho \u0161koln\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho programu. Celkov\u011b se materi\u00e1l ministerstva nam\u00edsto znalost\u00ed p\u0159ikl\u00e1n\u00ed k\u00a0dovednostem. \u0160kola by m\u011bla \u017e\u00e1ka nau\u010dit p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pracovat s\u00a0daty a&nbsp;p\u0159edat pov\u011bdom\u00ed o&nbsp;tom, kde si dan\u00e9 informace najde. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 \u0161kola si m\u016f\u017ee zvolit typ u\u010debnice nebo i&nbsp;zp\u016fsob hodnocen\u00ed. \u201eU\u010divo je v\u00a0RVP pouze doporu\u010den\u00e9, z\u00e1vazn\u00e9 jsou v\u00fdstupy \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, tedy dovednosti, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad \u017ee d\u00edt\u011b dok\u00e1\u017ee n\u011bco rozli\u0161it, vysv\u011btlit apod. K\u00a0tomu samoz\u0159ejm\u011b pot\u0159ebujete m\u00edt n\u011bjak\u00fd znalostn\u00ed z\u00e1klad, ale nemus\u00edte v\u011bd\u011bt \u00fapln\u011b v\u0161echno,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Franti\u0161ek Rada ze Z\u0160 Strossmayerovo n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed, kter\u00fd moment\u00e1ln\u011b s\u00a0kolegy pracuje na nov\u00e9m vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edm programu pro druh\u00fd stupe\u0148. \u201eN\u011bkdo m\u00e1 v\u00fd\u010ditky sv\u011bdom\u00ed, \u017ee nestihl probrat v\u0161echny P\u0159emyslovce, jako by se s\u00a0t\u00edm \u017e\u00e1k u\u017e nikdy v\u00a0\u017eivot\u011b nem\u011bl setkat. C\u00edlem by ale m\u011blo b\u00fdt nau\u010dit \u017e\u00e1ky to, jak si informace vyhledaj\u00ed a&nbsp;jak s\u00a0nimi mohou pracovat, co\u017e je velk\u00e1 v\u00fdzva. U\u010ditel m\u00e1 dnes obrovskou svobodu a&nbsp;je ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edm procesu naprosto kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm hr\u00e1\u010dem\u2026\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Rada, pod jeho\u017e k\u0159\u00eddla pat\u0159\u00ed i&nbsp;Z\u0160 Letohradsk\u00e1 se t\u0159\u00eddami s\u00a0prvky pedagogiky Rudolfa Steinera zn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jako waldorfsk\u00e1 pedagogika. Waldorfsk\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy podobn\u011b jako t\u0159\u00eddy s\u00a0Montessori prvky p\u0159i Z\u0160 Korunova\u010dn\u00ed vznikly z\u00a0popudu rodi\u010d\u016f a&nbsp;jejich postoj zde hraje kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli. \u201eD\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f, \u017ee se touto cestou cht\u011bj\u00ed vydat, \u010dasem se toti\u017e neubr\u00e1n\u00ed srovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed znalost\u00ed sv\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed a&nbsp;jejich vrstevn\u00edk\u016f a&nbsp;podobn\u011b. I&nbsp;proto rodi\u010de \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1me, aby n\u00e1m podepsali informovan\u00fd souhlas,\u201c popisuje jedna z\u00a0u\u010ditelek waldorfsk\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy Magda Flekov\u00e1. Jak v\u0161ak upozor\u0148uje, i&nbsp;v\u00a0t\u011bchto sv\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem alternativn\u00edch t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ch mus\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 p\u0159edat \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm stejn\u00e9 penzum znalost\u00ed. Jej\u00ed slova potvrzuje i&nbsp;Iva Schmittov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 vyu\u010duje v\u00a0Montessori t\u0159\u00edd\u011b p\u0159i Z\u0160 Korunova\u010dn\u00ed. \u201eNem\u00e1me povinn\u00e9 dom\u00e1c\u00ed \u00fakoly, nepracujeme s\u00a0klasick\u00fdmi u\u010debnicemi, orientujeme se na dovednosti, ale samoz\u0159ejm\u011b zvl\u00e1d\u00e1me obsah u\u010diva garantovan\u00fd \u0161koln\u00edm vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edm programem.\u201c Nap\u0159\u00edklad vyjmenovan\u00e1 slova zde u\u010d\u00ed s\u00e9ri\u00ed asi deseti aktivit, d\u011bti poslouchaj\u00ed poh\u00e1dky, pracuj\u00ed s\u00a0pracovn\u00edmi listy apod. \u201eD\u011bti to nesm\u00edrn\u011b bav\u00ed. Vyjmenovan\u00fdch slov by ale mohlo b\u00fdt m\u00ed\u0148, v\u017edy\u0165 s\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdmi se d\u011bti u\u017e nikdy v\u00a0\u017eivot\u011b nesetkaj\u00ed. Ale u&nbsp;p\u0159ij\u00edma\u010dek na gymn\u00e1zium jim p\u0159esn\u011b takov\u00e9 nepou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 v\u011bci daj\u00ed,\u201c st\u00fdsk\u00e1 si Schmittov\u00e1. \u0160koly tak co se konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch znalost\u00ed t\u00fd\u010de, mus\u00ed naj\u00edt spr\u00e1vn\u00fd kompromis, aby \u017e\u00e1ky p\u0159ipravily na p\u0159ij\u00edma\u010dky. Jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem toho doc\u00edl\u00ed, z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed jen na u\u010diteli.<\/p>\r\n<p>A\u0165 u\u017e v\u0161ak u\u010ditel\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed jak\u00e9koliv metody, jedno je jist\u00e9 \u2013 klasick\u00e9 front\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fduce na v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 pomalu zvonit um\u00edr\u00e1\u010dek. \u201eRodi\u010de v\u011bt\u0161inou v\u011bd\u00ed, co necht\u011bj\u00ed. Necht\u011bj\u00ed klasiku, tedy klasickou front\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fduku. Ta je ale na prvn\u00edm stupni opravdu pass\u00e9, ka\u017ed\u00fd se sna\u017e\u00ed inovovat,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Rada. Do v\u00fduky za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed vstupovat i&nbsp;modern\u00ed technologie. N\u011bkter\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy jsou vybaven\u00e9 interaktivn\u00edmi tabulemi, n\u011bkde maj\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 k\u00a0dispozici i&nbsp;televizi. Jak se v\u0161ak \u0159editel\u00e9 \u0161kol shodli, tohle vybaven\u00ed nen\u00ed samosp\u00e1sn\u00e9 a&nbsp;osobnost pedagoga je st\u00e1le to nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Poznali jsme \u0161kolu hrou, p\u0159\u00edstupy Montessori, Za\u010d\u00edt spolu, waldorfsk\u00e9 pedagogiky \u2013 sama jsem si vzala od v\u0161eho trochu,\u201c popisuje Jana Jiro\u0161ov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 moment\u00e1ln\u011b vede 1.B na Z\u0160 Tusarova. Podobn\u00fd koktejl metod raz\u00ed i&nbsp;Nikola Frkalov\u00e1 z&nbsp;FZ\u0160 Um\u011bleck\u00e1, jej\u00ed\u017e srde\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed je \u010dten\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 gramotnost. Na povinnou \u010detbu Babi\u010dky ale m\u016f\u017eete zapomenout. Tituly si d\u011bti mohou zvolit samy, jejich p\u0159e\u010dten\u00edm to ale nekon\u010d\u00ed. \u201eD\u011bti vypl\u0148uj\u00ed pracovn\u00ed list, kde se zam\u00fd\u0161lej\u00ed t\u0159eba nad t\u00edm, jak by mohla kn\u00ed\u017eka skon\u010dit. Pt\u00e1m se tak\u00e9, jak\u00fdm slov\u016fm nerozum\u011bly a&nbsp;jak si poradily. V\u011bt\u0161inou se ptaj\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f,\u201c sm\u011bje se u\u010ditelka, kter\u00e1 na FZ\u0160 Um\u011bleck\u00e1 pracuje \u0161est\u00fdm rokem a&nbsp;ve sv\u00fdch hodin\u00e1ch r\u00e1da pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1\u00a0prvky kritick\u00e9ho my\u0161len\u00ed, nap\u0159\u00edklad metodu voln\u00e9ho psan\u00ed. \u201eD\u011bti dostanou n\u011bjak\u00e9 t\u00e9ma a&nbsp;pak spont\u00e1nn\u011b p\u00ed\u0161ou v\u0161e, co je napadne, t\u0159eba i&nbsp;to, \u017ee je k\u00a0dan\u00e9 v\u011bci moment\u00e1ln\u011b nenapad\u00e1 v\u016fbec nic. Zkr\u00e1tka tu\u017eku nesm\u00ed zvednout z\u00a0pap\u00edru,\u201c l\u00ed\u010d\u00ed u\u010ditelka. FZ\u0160 Um\u011bleck\u00e1 coby fakultn\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kola \u00fazce spolupracuje s\u00a0Pedagogickou fakultou Univerzity Karlovy, studenti sem chod\u00ed na praxe, a&nbsp;nov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstupy k\u00a0v\u00fduce tak testuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo ve t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ch. \u201eJe moc prima vid\u011bt, jak n\u011bco funguje, a&nbsp;z\u00edskat tak rychlou zp\u011btnou vazbu,\u201c kvituje Frkalov\u00e1, je\u017e je v\u00a0r\u00e1mci Opera\u010dn\u00edho programu V\u00fdzkum, v\u00fdvoj a&nbsp;vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zapojena do projektu na v\u00fdzkum nov\u00fdch metod na zlep\u0161en\u00ed \u010dten\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 gramotnosti a&nbsp;skrze \u010dten\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed se sna\u017e\u00ed t\u0159eba i&nbsp;o&nbsp;nabour\u00e1n\u00ed genderov\u00fdch stereotyp\u016f.
