Komise rozvoje z\u00e1m\u011br posoud\u00ed a&nbsp;vyd\u00e1 usnesen\u00ed. Toto usnesen\u00ed je pak podkladem pro p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 stanovisko M\u010c Praha&nbsp;7 ke stavebn\u00edmu z\u00e1m\u011bru.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nJe vhodn\u00e9 p\u0159edstavit z\u00e1m\u011br ji\u017e v&nbsp;ran\u00e9 f\u00e1zi n\u00e1vrhu, v&nbsp;dob\u011b hled\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdsledn\u00e9ho objemov\u00e9ho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed \u010di zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed studie. Z\u00e1m\u011br je pak vhodn\u00e9 p\u0159edstavit ve variant\u00e1ch uva\u017eovan\u00fdch zp\u016fsob\u016f \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nJedn\u00e1n\u00ed Komise rozvoje se konaj\u00ed zpravidla jednou m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b mimo obdob\u00ed letn\u00edch pr\u00e1zdnin v&nbsp;budov\u011b \u00da\u0159adu M\u010c Praha&nbsp;7. Term\u00edny jedn\u00e1n\u00ed jsou zve\u0159ejn\u011bny na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/radnice\/voleni-zastupci-mistni-samospravy\/rada-mc-praha-7\/komise\/komise-rozvoje-urbanismu-architektury-a-verejneho-prostoru-rady-mc-praha-7\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">str\u00e1nce komise<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<hr \/>\r\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>JAK<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p>Pro jedn\u00e1n\u00ed s&nbsp;Komis\u00ed rozvoje je pot\u0159eba p\u0159ipravit si podklady ve form\u011b jasn\u00e9 a&nbsp;v\u00fdsti\u017en\u00e9 desetiminutov\u00e9 prezentace z\u00e1m\u011bru, kter\u00e1 by m\u011bla obsahovat:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>popis i&nbsp;zobrazen\u00ed um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed stavebn\u00edho z\u00e1m\u011bru<\/li>\r\n\t<li>popis i&nbsp;zobrazen\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho stavu, tj. z\u00e1m\u011brem dot\u010den\u00e9 plochy \u010di dot\u010den\u00fdch staveb v\u010detn\u011b okoln\u00edho kontextu lokality, do kter\u00e9 je z\u00e1m\u011br umis\u0165ov\u00e1n<\/li>\r\n\t<li>popis i&nbsp;zobrazen\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu stavebn\u00edho z\u00e1m\u011bru v\u010detn\u011b jeho navrhovan\u00e9ho vyu\u017eit\u00ed, vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159edstaven\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu z\u00e1m\u011bru (\u010di variant n\u00e1vrhu) zahrnuj\u00edc\u00ed mimo jin\u00e9 v\u00fdkresy pohled\u016f a&nbsp;\u0159ez\u016f se z\u00e1kladn\u00edmi objemov\u00fdmi k\u00f3tami v\u010detn\u011b v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00fdch<\/li>\r\n\t<li>preferovan\u00e9 je zobrazen\u00ed stavu a&nbsp;n\u00e1vrhu ve form\u011b jednoduch\u00e9ho srovn\u00e1n\u00ed<\/li>\r\n\t<li>zn\u00e1zorn\u011bn\u00ed n\u00e1vaznosti z\u00e1m\u011bru na okoln\u00ed z\u00e1stavbu v&nbsp;\u0161ir\u0161\u00edm kontextu zakreslen\u00edm sousedn\u00edch objekt\u016f, blok\u016f \u010di ulic.
