Intermediary functions of PSC:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\t- PSC forwards the application for authorization to provide the service to the administrative body responsible for deciding on this application. At the same time, the PSC receives and forwards to the relevant administrative authorities notifications and reports made on the basis of other legal regulations, namely notifications and reports in the field of social security from natural persons, notifications about the creation of vacant jobs or their filling, and notifications and reports from natural persons – entrepreneurs to health insurance companies.

Intermediary functions of PSC:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\t- PSC forwards the application for authorization to provide the service to the administrative body responsible for deciding on this application. \r\n<\/li>\r\n\t - Information on the regulation of professions, which includes in particular the list of the regulated professions and conditions for their performance, including information on the procedure for recognizing professional qualifications, fees, requirements for documents and language skills, information on the obligation to notify the competent administrative authority in advance of the intention to provide a given service and for the authorization of the competent administrative authority to check the professional qualification of the service provider before the first provision of the service, the list of professions for which there is a European professional card and the conditions for obtaining it, list of professions for which the competent authority is authorized to check the professional qualification of the service provider before the first provision of the service, list of regulated education and professional preparations with a special structure and contact details of relevant administrative authorities and help centers.

\r\n<\/li>\r\n\t - Depending on the nature of the inquiry, information in Czech or English and, if possible, in other official languages of the European Union.

\r\n<\/li>\r\n\t - Immediate Information after receiving the request, which can also be delivered electronically. The information is provided in clear and understandable language and it includes simple instructions on how to proceed. The above-mentioned information obligation does not have the character of legal advice in individual cases, but only concerns general information, in particular about the way in which the requirements are usually interpreted or applied.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
Intermediary functions of PSC:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

- PSC forwards the application for authorization to provide the service to the administrative body responsible for deciding on this application. At the same time, the PSC receives and forwards to the relevant administrative authorities notifications and reports made on the basis of other legal regulations, namely notifications and reports in the field of social security from natural persons, notifications about the creation of vacant jobs or their filling, and notifications and reports from natural persons – entrepreneurs to health insurance companies.
\r\n
\r\n<\/li>\r\n\t - All submissions can be processed through a Point of Single Contact or the relevant administrative authorities, even remotely or electronically. When proving the facts relevant to administrative proceedings, the administrative authorities cooperate with the administrative authorities of the other member states of the European Union through an electronic system for the exchange of information between the member states in accordance with a special legal regulation.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
\r\nAdvisory services of PSC are provided free of charge – in person, by email, or by telephone.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n
PSC does not provide legal advice or solutions to specific problems and disputes beyond the scope defined by the Act on the Free Movement of Services.<\/p>\r\n
