Celkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na projekt \u010dinily 4\u00a0184\u00a0079,40 K\u010d, z\u00a0\u010deho\u017e na dotaci p\u0159ipad\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka v\u00a0maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161i 3\u00a0556\u00a0467,49&nbsp;K\u010d.<\/p>\r\n<p>Projekt si kladl za c\u00edl analyzovat dosavadn\u00ed d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed n\u00e1stroje \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed lidsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f na \u00da\u0159ad\u011b m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Praha&nbsp;7 \u00a0a vytvo\u0159it z&nbsp;nich koncep\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9m, kter\u00fd umo\u017en\u00ed naj\u00edt vnit\u0159n\u00ed efektivitu v&nbsp;\u00fa\u0159ad\u011b. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci realizace byla postupn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ena kvalifikace kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f a&nbsp;pos\u00edleny jejich odborn\u00e9 schopnosti. D\u00edky zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm mana\u017eersk\u00fdm a&nbsp;odborn\u00fdm schopnostem vy\u0161\u0161\u00edho a&nbsp;st\u0159edn\u00edho managementu je cel\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad stabiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed i&nbsp;p\u0159i zm\u011bn\u011b person\u00e1ln\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00da\u0159ad m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Praha&nbsp;7 v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu roku 2013 v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na \u201eDodavatele slu\u017eeb nastaven\u00ed syst\u00e9mu \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed lidsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f\u201c, vybral a&nbsp;uzav\u0159el mand\u00e1tn\u00ed smlouvu s\u00a0Pra\u017eskou mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed mana\u017eerskou \u0161kolou (PIBS) p\u0159i V\u0160E v\u00a0Praze.<\/p>\r\n<p>PIBS zpracoval kl\u00ed\u010dovou aktivitu 02, anal\u00fdzu \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed lidsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b proveden\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy zpracoval kl\u00ed\u010dovou aktivitu 03, strategii \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed lidsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f. Dal\u0161\u00ed oblast\u00ed \u010dinnosti bylo podpo\u0159en\u00ed zm\u011bn ke zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed kompetenc\u00ed v\u00a0r\u00e1mci kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 aktivity 04, kde v\u00a0r\u00e1mci vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho programu prob\u011bhlo 20 \u0161kolen\u00ed na\u0161ich zam\u011bstnanc\u016f \u2013 vedouc\u00edch odbor\u016f, vedouc\u00edch odd\u011blen\u00ed, talent\u016f a&nbsp;tajemn\u00edka \u00fa\u0159adu. Celkem se jednalo o&nbsp;53 podpo\u0159en\u00fdch osob z\u00a0\u010deho\u017e bylo 20 mu\u017e\u016f a&nbsp;33 \u017een. Tyto osoby \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b absolvovaly celkem 233 \u0161kolen\u00ed. \u00a0Dal\u0161\u00ed oblast\u00ed byla podpora odd\u011blen\u00ed person\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1ce v&nbsp;kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 aktivit\u011b 05, p\u0159i kter\u00e9 byl pro\u0161kolen personalista \u00fa\u0159adu a&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00ed osoba v\u00a0pozici specialista person\u00e1ln\u00ed oblasti \u2013 intern\u00ed lektor. Jednalo se o&nbsp;dv\u011b \u0161kolen\u00ed ze strany dodavatelsk\u00e9 firmy. C\u00edlem tohoto \u0161kolen\u00ed byl d\u016fraz na maximalizaci udr\u017eitelnosti projektu a&nbsp;sou\u010dasn\u011b snaha se nau\u010dit co mo\u017en\u00e1 nejl\u00e9pe implementovat nastavenou strategii do na\u0161eho \u00fa\u0159adu. V\u00fdznamnou oblast\u00ed byla i&nbsp;pr\u00e1ce s\u00a0talenty v\u00a0po\u010dtu 8 osob, kter\u00e9 byly vybr\u00e1ny z\u00a0okruhu 27&nbsp;lid\u00ed. Krom v\u0161ech popsan\u00fdch vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch program\u016f absolvovali t\u0159i tr\u00e9ninky \u2013 prezen\u010dn\u00ed dovednosti, motivace pod\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdch, strategii a&nbsp;taktiku vyjedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\r\n<p>To, jak se bude da\u0159it vyu\u017e\u00edvat v\u0161ech v\u011bdomost\u00ed a&nbsp;poznatk\u016f z&nbsp;projektu v\u00a0r\u00e1mci na\u0161eho \u00fa\u0159adu, uk\u00e1\u017ee bl\u00edzk\u00e1 budoucnost. I&nbsp;s&nbsp;nov\u00fdm veden\u00edm \u00fa\u0159adu se budeme sna\u017eit o&nbsp;co nejlep\u0161\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed nastaven\u00e9 strategie.<\/p>\r\n<p>P\u0159i v\u0161ech vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch programech se velice osv\u011bd\u010dilo vyu\u017eit\u00ed interaktivn\u00ed tabule, kter\u00e1 byla zakoupena z\u00a0t\u011bchto dota\u010dn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f.<\/p>\r\n<p>Dne 31.&nbsp;b\u0159ezna 2015 bude finalizov\u00e1na z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e1 monitorovac\u00ed zpr\u00e1va a&nbsp;posledn\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dost o&nbsp;platbu.
