Tuto agendu zaji\u0161\u0165uje\u00a0pobo\u010dka <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uradprace.cz\/web\/cz\/praha-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00da\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce<\/a>, od 8.&nbsp;9.&nbsp;2025 na adrese Hartigova 2660\/141, Praha 3, v\u00edce <a href=\"https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/urad-prace-se-stehuje\/\">zde<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>[\/perex]<\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>PODM\u00cdNKY PRO P\u0158IZN\u00c1N\u00cd D\u00c1VEK<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>Rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed je v\u00fd\u0161e p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f, n\u00e1klad\u016f na bydlen\u00ed a&nbsp;forma bydlen\u00ed.<\/p>\r\n<p>Na <strong>p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na bydlen\u00ed<\/strong> m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok osoba (rodina), kter\u00e1 vynakl\u00e1d\u00e1 v\u00edce ne\u017e 30% (v&nbsp;Praze 35%) ze sv\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu na n\u00e1klady na bydlen\u00ed a&nbsp;z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u0161ak t\u011bchto 30% (v&nbsp;Praze 35%) z&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edjmu nen\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e z\u00e1konem stanoven\u00e1 hranice (tzv. normativn\u00ed n\u00e1klady na bydlen\u00ed \u2013 jejich v\u00fd\u0161i naleznete na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uradprace.cz\/prispevek-na-bydleni\">zde<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>N\u00e1rok na <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uradprace.cz\/doplatek-na-bydleni1\">doplatek na bydlen\u00ed<\/a><\/strong> m\u00e1 osoba (rodina), kter\u00e1 se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v&nbsp;hmotn\u00e9 nouzi a&nbsp;spl\u0148uje podm\u00ednky pro p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na \u017eivobyt\u00ed (viz let\u00e1k D\u00e1vky pomoci v&nbsp;hmotn\u00e9 nouzi). \u00da\u0159ad pr\u00e1ce poskytne t\u00e9to osob\u011b (rodin\u011b) doplatek na bydlen\u00ed, jestli\u017ee j\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem spolu s&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvkem na \u017eivobyt\u00ed sta\u010d\u00ed k&nbsp;zabezpe\u010den\u00ed \u017eivobyt\u00ed, nikoliv v\u0161ak k&nbsp;\u00fahrad\u011b od\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f na bydlen\u00ed (i&nbsp;s&nbsp;vyu\u017eit\u00edm p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na bydlen\u00ed). S&nbsp;p\u0159ihl\u00e9dnut\u00edm k&nbsp;celkov\u00fdm soci\u00e1ln\u00edm a&nbsp;majetkov\u00fdm pom\u011br\u016fm \u00da\u0159ad pr\u00e1ce m\u016f\u017ee (ale nemus\u00ed) doplatek na bydlen\u00ed poskytnout tak\u00e9 osob\u011b (rodin\u011b), kter\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na \u017eivobyt\u00ed nebyl p\u0159izn\u00e1n, av\u0161ak jej\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem nep\u0159es\u00e1hl 1,3 n\u00e1sobek \u010d\u00e1stky \u017eivobyt\u00ed (\u010d\u00e1stky \u017eivobyt\u00ed popisuje let\u00e1k D\u00e1vky pomoci v&nbsp;hmotn\u00e9 nouzi).<\/p>\r\n        <div style=\"text-align: justify;\">ve vlastn\u00ed stavb\u011b pro individu\u00e1ln\u00ed\/rodinnou rekreaci, pokud spl\u0148uje standardy kvality bydlen\u00ed<\/li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">v jin\u00e9m ne\u017e obytn\u00e9m prostoru (nezkolaudovan\u00e9m jako byt) na z\u00e1klad\u011b vlastnick\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va, smlouvy, rozhodnut\u00ed nebo jin\u00e9ho pr\u00e1vn\u00edho titulu, pokud tento prostor spl\u0148uje standardy kvality bydlen\u00ed a&nbsp;\u00da\u0159ad pr\u00e1ce ur\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee jde o&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad hodn\u00fd zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edho z\u0159etele<\/li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">v ubytovac\u00edm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na z\u00e1klad\u011b smlouvy o&nbsp;ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed (nap\u0159. v&nbsp;ubytovn\u011b), pokud ubytovac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed spl\u0148uje po\u017eadavky z\u00e1kona o&nbsp;ochran\u011b ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed,[1] obec, na jej\u00edm\u017e \u00fazem\u00ed se ubytovac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nach\u00e1z\u00ed, vyslovila souhlas s&nbsp;poskytov\u00e1n\u00edm doplatku na bydlen\u00ed, a&nbsp;\u00da\u0159ad pr\u00e1ce ur\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee jde o&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad hodn\u00fd zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edho z\u0159etele<\/li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">v za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00edch slu\u017eeb (v&nbsp;azylov\u00e9m dom\u011b, v&nbsp;domov\u011b pro seniory, v&nbsp;domov\u011b pro osoby se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm, v&nbsp;domov\u011b se zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edm re\u017eimem, v&nbsp;chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9m bydlen\u00ed, v&nbsp;dom\u011b na p\u016fli cesty, v&nbsp;terapeutick\u00e9 komunit\u011b). Pr\u00e1vn\u00ed titul k&nbsp;u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed bytu\/prostor\u016f je nezbytn\u00e9 prok\u00e1zat p\u00edsemn\u00fdm dokladem.\u00a0                <\/div>\r\n            <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3><\/h3>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>CO JSOU STANDARDY KVALITY BYDLEN\u00cd A&nbsp;KDO JE HODNOT\u00cd<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee bydl\u00edte ve vlastn\u00ed stavb\u011b pro individu\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010di rodinnou rekreaci \u010di v&nbsp;jin\u00e9m ne\u017e obytn\u00e9m prostoru (nezkolaudovan\u00e9m jako byt), m\u016f\u017ee \u00da\u0159ad pr\u00e1ce p\u0159iznat doplatek na bydlen\u00ed, pokud objekty spl\u0148uj\u00ed standardy kvality bydlen\u00ed.
