Touto formou prob\u00edhaj\u00ed nap\u0159. zm\u011bny funk\u010dn\u00edho vyu\u017eit\u00ed \u00fazem\u00ed, v\u011bt\u0161ina zm\u011bn hranic ploch funk\u010dn\u00edho vyu\u017eit\u00ed \u00fazem\u00ed, zm\u011bny vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky, zm\u011bny ve\u0159ejn\u011b prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch staveb a&nbsp;t\u00e9\u017e zm\u011bny m\u00edry vyu\u017eit\u00ed \u00fazem\u00ed. Zm\u011bny \u00dazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu S\u00da hl. m. Prahy jsou schvalov\u00e1ny Zastupitelstvem hl. m. Prahy. Pro projedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zm\u011bn se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u011b postup, jak\u00fdm je projedn\u00e1v\u00e1n \u00fazemn\u00ed pl\u00e1n. Podan\u00e9 podn\u011bty i&nbsp;pr\u00e1v\u011b projedn\u00e1van\u00e9 zm\u011bny \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu m\u016f\u017eete nal\u00e9zt\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/app.iprpraha.cz\/js-api\/app\/vykresyUP\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zde<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<p>[\/perex]<\/p>\r\n<p>Jeliko\u017e fyzick\u00e9 a&nbsp;pr\u00e1vnick\u00e9 osoby mohou pod\u00e1vat podn\u011bty na po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zm\u011bn \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu pouze prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm m\u011bstsk\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, na jejich\u017e \u00fazem\u00ed se p\u0159edm\u011bt zm\u011bny nach\u00e1z\u00ed (dle \u010c\u00e1sti VI. kap. 4. P\u0159\u00edlohy \u010d. 1 k&nbsp;usnesen\u00ed Rady HMP \u010d. 1774 ze dne 22.10.2002 &#8211; Metodick\u00fd pokyn k&nbsp;\u00dazemn\u00edmu pl\u00e1nu S\u00da hl. m. Prahy, schv\u00e1len\u00e9mu 9.9.1999 usnesen\u00edm ZHMP \u010d. 10\/05 \u00fapln\u00e9 zn\u011bn\u00ed ke dni 1.11.2002), je t\u0159eba v\u00e1\u0161 podn\u011bt na po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zm\u011bny \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu podat na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.praha7.cz\/radnice\/organizacni-struktura\/odbor-rozvoje-a-pece-o-verejny-prostor\/\">ORVP<\/a>. ORVP n\u00e1sledn\u011b p\u0159iprav\u00ed n\u00e1vrh stanoviska M\u010c Praha&nbsp;7 formou usnesen\u00ed Rady M\u010c Praha&nbsp;7. To je pak spolu s&nbsp;podn\u011btem na po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zm\u011bny \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1no MHMP. Doporu\u010dujeme p\u0159edjednat podn\u011bt na po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zm\u011bny \u00dazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu S\u00da hl. m. Prahy s&nbsp;M\u010c Praha&nbsp;7 obdobn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, jako jsou projedn\u00e1v\u00e1ny stavebn\u00ed z\u00e1m\u011bry.<\/p>\r\n<p>Pod\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu na po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zm\u011bny \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu je mo\u017en\u00e9 prov\u00e9st pouze p\u00edsemnou formou. Bude obsahovat identifikaci \u00fazem\u00ed, kter\u00e9ho se navr\u017een\u00e1 zm\u011bna t\u00fdk\u00e1, a&nbsp;popis v\u010detn\u011b grafick\u00e9ho vyobrazen\u00ed navrhovan\u00e9 zm\u011bny a&nbsp;jej\u00ed podstaty.<\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>POD\u00c1N\u00cd N\u00c1VRHU ZM\u011aNY MUS\u00cd M\u00cdT N\u00c1SLEDUJ\u00cdC\u00cd N\u00c1LE\u017dITOSTI<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>P\u0159edm\u011bt navrhovan\u00e9 iniciace zm\u011bny \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu, tj. v\u00fdsti\u017en\u00fd popis navrhovan\u00e9 navrhovan\u00fdch bilanc\u00ed hrub\u00e1 podla\u017en\u00ed plocha rozd\u011blen\u00e1 po jednotliv\u00fdch funkc\u00edch).<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Identifikace \u00fazem\u00ed, jeho\u017e se st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy, m\u011bstsk\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed a&nbsp;hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy) ne star\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 3 m\u011bs\u00edce.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Zmocn\u011bn\u00ed majitele pro navrhovatele, kter\u00fd nen\u00ed vlastn\u00edkem p\u0159edm\u011btn\u00fdch pozemk\u016f \u010di staveb.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Sn\u00edmek katastr\u00e1ln\u00ed mapy.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Stru\u010dn\u00e9 od\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00ed navrhovan\u00e9 zm\u011bny, v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby i&nbsp;s&nbsp;podklady dostate\u010dn\u011b 1:5&nbsp;000 nebo 1:2\u00a0000.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pod\u00e1n\u00ed podn\u011btu na po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zm\u011bny \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu, kter\u00e1 se nach\u00e1z\u00ed na \u00fazem\u00ed v\u00edce m\u011bstsk\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt tento n\u00e1vrh pod\u00e1n v&nbsp;po\u017eadovan\u00e9 podob\u011b na v\u0161echny m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti, jejich\u017e \u00fazem\u00ed se zm\u011bna dot\u00fdk\u00e1.<\/p>\r\n<p>Rada Hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy jednou a\u017e dvakr\u00e1t ro\u010dn\u011b ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 po\u0159izovateli (\u00daZR MHMP) zpracovat zad\u00e1n\u00ed na po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zm\u011bn, kter\u00e9 do t\u00e9 doby byly po\u0159izovateli
